Yesterday was a very productive day for Me. I always seem to have all kinds of things going on at once. It’s been a while since I’ve painted but there is good reason for that; I’m scouting for a new location. The Artwork is an expression of everything else I’m doing with My life, putting the final pieces together in a montage of paintings, and a story book of letters. After having the opportunity to apply My knowledge practically in a court of law as a criminal defence lawyer yesterday, I followed up with another phone call to the Guelph Municipal Courthouse, motivated by My experience that morning.
I called some time ago, advising the court that all charges have been discharged in the Superior court and that I hold all supporting documents to verify My claim. They were not at all helpful or cooperative. After being called a lawyer all morning, I decided I should call again claiming to be Sean von Dehn’s lawyer, see if it made any difference. It did.
Ironically, the first thing the lady asked Me was if I was the client’s lawyer.
“Yes, I am.”
I gave her the case number and soon enough she was looking up the details on her computer. Once again, I explain the charges were discharged in the Superior Court on May 18th and that no bench warrants should have been issued.
“Okay, I’ll have to check that.”
“Thank You, please do. A court Order to the Guelph Police Service was also filed into the Superior Court record on May 18th.”
“Oh, okay.”
“This call is being recorded for quality assurance, correct?”
“Yes.”
“Okay, I’m going to read You the Order placed into the Superior Court so it Will be on Your record.”
I read it all, including the “King Sean, House of von Dehn, Hand of Stephen, Kingdom of God,” at the bottom.
“So You are representing Your Self?”
“Yes, that’s right.”
“You could have told Me that sooner.”
“You asked if I was a lawyer and I said yes because I am. The last time I called I said who I was and My title was not Honoured or respected. Few people understand what it means to speak with a King – I figured lawyer was a Word We would both understand.”
“I am sorry to hear that, that shouldn’t have happened.”
“That’s okay. Do You have a fax number where I can forward [a copy of] My documents?”
“Yes,” and she waits while I jot down the numbers. “I’m not sure what I can do here to take care of this but I Will look into it for You and make a call to the Guelph Police Department.”
“Thank You. My documents are in colour, I think Your machine can only print black and white, is that going to be a problem?”
“No, that shouldn’t be a problem.”
“Thank You, I’ll have the documents faxed to You shortly, along with contact information to reach Me.”
Paraphrasing because I would never remember every Word but that was more or less how the conversation went. I was using a staff member’s office and, although she only heard My half of the conversation, the first thing she said to Me when I was done,
“Wow. Did the person on the other end of the phone sound nervous after You read the letter?”
Yes. Pretty much everyone I speak with is far more cautious with their Words once I start talking about Kings and Judicial Oath’s. I faxed over My copy of the Promise to Appear (evidencing the Honourable discharge) and the Executive Order to the Guelph Police along with contact information.
This is the kind of work a King does, the complicated stuff that few people care to know about. It’s fine to discharge the offences against My name but if they don’t go away, then what have I accomplished? Nothing. The charges must be removed or I Will have new letters to Write.
Being responsible means maintaining Honour in every Way and allowing false charges to remain on My record is dis-Honour to My character and title. These are minor, summary offences and far less serious than the false claims made by the Toronto Police, and I succeeded in making those charges disappear. I don’t want to allow lies to remain on My record just because I know I could squash them in court.
If the Guelph municipal courthouse has any issues or problems with anything I have ordered them to do, I Will hear about it – it is their duty and responsibility to respond. If they do not, then the charges should disappear. I Will wait roughly thirty-days before I call back to check on their progress.
Love and blessings,
