Hello and happy Tuesday, world! Being a King is not always fun and today I am faced with the task of addressing Jason Prevost, general manager of the Salvation Army one last time. So, to add to the disclaimer of My last Post, I want to suggest that most or all of the individuals I have Writ Letters to are not Willfully Acting dishonourably, they just don’t know any better.
I took the morning off so I could dedicate My time to the task at [the King’s] Hand and even sought some private counsel earlier this morning, explaining that I really don’t want to make Jason look bad, I have no interest in Creating any kind of ‘smear’ campaign, yet I also can’t allow Jason to take Me for granted. The Truth is, I haven’t done anything to make Jason look bad, he has brought everything upon himself – and that’s how the Common Law works. Generally, a man Wishes to defend Claims against him that Stand to tarnish his character. An uncontested Claim ‘Stands’ as fact in Law until it is disputed [with facts to support the counter-claim].
I have G-mail open in another window, Composing (like a Symphony Keeping Harmony with the Universe) My last Letter to Jason, revising My strategy as I share the process with You here. I have to suggested that Jason Prevost has a Duty and responsibility to respond to My Letters and to take My determination to protect the Common Law and the rights and dignity of the Canadian People seriously. That is a Claim. Now, I must prove My Claim so that Jason can understand why I am compelled to proceed with legal Action against him.
I could use Canada’s Constitution as many of the rights I Wish to defend are protected by Canada’s Constitution, but it is not near as inclusive as the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Freedoms. Canada is bound to protect and uphold the Universal Charter as long as they are a member State of the U.N. Should Canada revoke it’s membership with the United Nations, the United Nations would still provide a premise for international rights as an independent tribunal for non-member States (like My Self).
After much ado, here is My final Letter and Notice to Jason Prevost:
