Volume LIX: The City of Ottawa Determine A Sean

In Deed it does.  Welcome to the Magical Monday Motivation Edition of The Good News Journal, thank You for being here.  Today I Will be tall King about preparing to Write a Letter in response to the City Determinations.

I was also thing King it was kismet I’m Writing the 59th Edition and that it happens to sound like ‘Lix’; I’m sitting here ‘licking My chops’ as I contemplate all the different ‘Ways’ to ex-Press My opinion (O-Pin-Ion).

The Letter ‘O’ is a lot like ‘E’ with respect to its Magical meaning.  ‘E’ is Life Force Energy, the Will, the Way, the Spirit of God.  ‘O’ is similar, as it represents Oxygen.  Oxygen infuses the Blood and Gives it Life force Energy, which is why Red represents the Living.  Blood without the (Life Force Energy) of Oxygen, is blue, and represents the dying.  Red Pill, Blue Pill; which One would You choose?

The Common Law is always expressed in blue ink because it represents the Idea of Man without Will (Oxygen).  The Ideas are not the Ideas of the Man, they are a Creation of Man, and were Given to Man.  Those Ideas have comprised Man’s entire world, Our ‘Matrix’.  The Will is the Spirit of God; Free Will is [a] Free Dome (Freedom),a Head governed by [the Spirit of] God (Will), rather than the Ideas of Man.  That’s why Free Will is Our Greatest Gift, and why the Will is the Way.  What would God do?

“God Save the Queen!!!”

Are the Pieces of the puzzle starting to come together?  Every One in every Common Wealth country has Sworn or Affirmed allegiance to Her Grace, Glory and Majesty, Elizabeth II, House of Windsor.  According to Wikipedia, ‘God Save the Queen’ is an anthem and (no coincidences), the Vice Regal Salute in Canada still acknowledges the first six bars (6 is the Magical Number for Peace).

I once worried that if I were to start Writing a Post every day, I would run out of things to Write about.  I Give You My Word, that won’t be happening any time soon.  I have so much to tell the world, I’m really just getting started.  Before I go on too far, I also wanted to touch on the Word ‘Dome’ because Freedom really does mean to have a Free Mind.  Let’s look at the definition of the Word, “Dome”:

“A rounded Vault Forming the roof of a building or structure.”

If the Body is the Temple, and Ideas are Formed in the Mind, does it not make Sense (more Valuable than cents) that the authority of the Spiritual Temple would be Seated in the Centre of Man’s Mind?  The Will is Life Force Energy, the Spirit of God.  The Mind and the Body are Nothing without it.  Opinion.  Open-Ion.  Or O-Pin-Ion Works just as well.  An opinion is an Idea attached to a unit of Energy (Ion).  The ‘right’ Idea can Open new Doors, which Act as Gate-Ways in Man’s Mind.  Keys turn Pins in Locks, which is why O-Pin-Ion works almost as well.  If Ideas are stored in the King’s Dome (Kingdom/the Mind of the King), then the Kingdom’s Keep (Vault) can be breached by a Good Opinion.

This is why making Good moral arguments is the Key to Guarding the King’s Keep.  That’s why thing King really is the Way to Kingdom (King’s Dome).  The Key to understand here, is that the Will and the Spirit determine which Opinions Will Open the Door to the King’s Dome, and which Opinions (Ideas) We Will Keep (Safe) in the Vault.  These Ideas Form the ‘roof’ of the Man’s Temple, which is why a King is Called, “High-ness” because the King is ‘Tall King’ by addressing the People from a Higher Level of Standing.  All of these Ideas are mimicked in the world’s ritual’s too.  The Monarch Will always speak to the People from an elevated Venue, usually a balcony of the Dome of the Cathedral, Castle or whatever, One of the Highest places in the Kingdom.  The People Stand under in a ‘Court Yard’ (under-Stand).  Microcosm reflects the Macrocosm in all things.

Wow, and all of this just as an introduction to the Letter I Will be Writing to the city of Ottawa later today regarding their ‘determinations’.  The Quest-Ion I am tasked with, is deciding whether or not the city determinations are ‘reasonable’ and/or ‘correct’.  It is a big task for a lot of reasons, I’m only going to mention the most critical before I get started on My next Composite Sean.

The first reason is because the city determinations are not reasonable or correct, not by a long shot.  In fact, there are so many reasons the city determinations are unreasonable and incorrect, I’m not quite sure where I Will start.

Secondly, the city determinations are so unreasonable and incorrect, it would be an insult to the city’s legal counsel and the legal profession in general if I were to suggest the city doesn’t know it, too – they must.  So why Give Me an unreasonable and incorrect determination in Writing?  How are they expecting Me to respond?

This is where it gets complicated and political.  Would We be as King of the Ottawa police to investigate the Ottawa police?  No.  The RCMP or maybe the OPP would be called in, or some other impartial tribunal.  My complaint (to the city of Ottawa) was with the general conditions of the Salvation Army, which are to be maintained in accordance with ’emergency shelter standards’.  ‘Housing Services’ is an independent organization that is responsible for assuring shelter compliance with the Emergency Shelter Standards.  My Complaint suggests that Housing Services lied to ‘members of council and chair deans’ about the conditions of the shelter, presumably so they would continue to receive funding (though that was not mentioned in My original complaint, ‘why’ they lied is irrelevant).

On the very Face of the city determinations, it is both unreasonable and incorrect to have an organization investigate its own complaint, as they are liable to the city for ensuring the shelter standards are met and have clear and obvious motive to cover up their errors.  It is the same organization that ‘brushed off’ My complaint after they had reported to the city they were ‘dealing with Me directly’ (by brushing off My complaint and failing to follow up with My emails).  None of this caught up to the city of Ottawa until I filed My complaint to the Divisional Court, at which time the city of Ottawa became responsible for the negligence of Housing Services.  Caught with their pants down, Housing Services want to do everything they can to absolve them selves of accountability – so they do another ‘investigation’ of the shelter and essentially claim that everything is fine and well, no harm done.

Well, a few things may have changed now, but I know that participation in Chapel was actually on the Form I Signed (just like the many violations of rights on the forms to receive housing subsidy).  I’m pretty sure I Writ My objection to the condition Right on the Form (that’s what I usually do), and I can as King to have that subpoenaed, the Salvation Army Will be required to Keep all of those Forms for several years, as they are all related to funding.

I really do Quest-Ion everything, and I advised Drew Corley he was seriously trespassing upon My Spiritual belief, practice, and observance, and that the Salvation Army does not have that right.  I was threatened with expulsion from the program (and potentially the shelter) if I failed to attend.  In his defence, Drew Corley explained to Me that he had made the same objections to his superiors (Jason Prevost) and was continually ignored. Drew is no longer with the organization for unknown reasons.

Anyway, I have My work cut out for Me this evening.  The main point I Wished to make is that Giving Me the city determinations was like Handing Me a loaded gun, equipped with all the ammunition I would ever need to destroy the city in a Divisional Court setting.  Why?  Why would they Give Me such a Powerful Gift?  And more importantly, what Will I choose to do with it?
