Hello every One, and welcome to the Good News Journal’s ‘Lucky’ Witches, Wizards and Warlocks Wednesday Edition – thank King You for being here. We are in Deed all Kings and Queens in God’s Kingdom, whichever One Wishes to identify with. Today, I Will be Showing how the Magic of this Truth is reflected in Man’s Macrocosm. Welcome to ‘The Supremacy of God and the Rule of Law, Part II’.
Below You Will see a screenshot taken from the International Covenant on Social and Political Rights. The darker the blue, the more Covenants ratified by the country. Canada has ratified many of the Covenants, and One can peruse the website to find out which documents have been ratified by Canada. The International Covenant on Social and Political Rights was ratified by Canada in 1976. This means that Canada has agreed to ensure that this Covenant is kept. I have capitalized the Word Covenant because although the Word does not exclusively imply a relationship with God, the Word Covenant was used in the Bible to define God’s Promise to the People. At the very least, the Word represents a Contractual Agreement which is legally binding, and that is its relevance to Our Story.
In My first Post on ‘The Supremacy of God and the Rule of Law’, I was tall King about how the Idea of God was a reflection of Man’s evolution as a species while ‘natural selection’ was still running its course throughout Man’s kind in the early stages of Our ego’s evolution, what is Commonly referred to as ‘the fall’ of Man [by Christian theology at the very least]. Basically, Mind was determined to be the successful evolutionary trait of Man and those with superior intelligence rose to the top and took control of the world – in a nutshell. What We experience today is the virtual ‘end product’ of that evolutionary development and religion was very much used as a tool by the ruling class who presumed to have divine knowledge of God, as means of establishing ‘God’s Laws so that People would Act more ‘civil’ toward One another by suggesting God would punish those with eternal hellfire if One chose not to obey.
For People who are intimidated by the Word God, I ask them to consider the Word being equal to Good, and nothing more. It is easier for some to believe in Good than to believe in God because We can see Good everyday if We look. That was the Idea to making ‘God’ Supreme. ‘The Supremacy of Good and the Rule of Law.’ Does that sound less intimidating for those who have reservations about the Word ‘God’? I am suggesting that the Intent behind the Idea of God was to only to provide a moral Foundation for Law. The evolution of Man and natural selection allowed the ruling class to Create the Bible, the Roman Catholic Church, and clearly define ‘God’ and what God Wishes for God’s People. ‘As above, so below’.
Today, the Supremacy of God has less to do with the Word Covenant than it does with One’s ‘inherent’ rights. If One does not believe in God, then where does One presume rights come from? And that is a Quest-Ion I cannot answer to be honest with You. If One does not believe in God, where does the Idea of moral Goodness come from? I can’t answer that one, either. The reason this is important is because I Wish to draw Your attention to the very first Article of the Covenant. But even before that, I Wish to quote the entire preamble because generally the preamble Presents the Intention of the following Covenant. Intention is what Gives a Magical Spell its Power.
The States Parties to the present Covenant,
Considering that, in accordance with the principles proclaimed in the Charter of the United Nations, recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,
Recognizing that these rights derive from the inherent dignity of the human person,
Recognizing that, in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the ideal of free human beings enjoying civil and political freedom and freedom from fear and want can only be achieved if conditions are created whereby everyone may enjoy his civil and political rights, as well as his economic, social and cultural rights,
Considering the obligation of States under the Charter of the United Nations to promote universal respect for, and observance of, human rights and freedoms,
Realizing that the individual, having duties to other individuals and to the community to which he belongs, is under a responsibility to strive for the promotion and observance of the rights recognized in the present Covenant,
Agree upon the following articles:
Now, it is important for all member states who have ratified the above Covenant to hereby acknowledge the following amendments to the above preamble which Shall be Honoured throughout the entirety of this Covenant anytime it may be used in the defense of Man’s inherent, God Given rights by this Author. Any further interpretation of the Words expressed in black italics above Shall be presumed to include the following interpretation when expressed by this Author.
The States Parties to the present Covenant,
Considering that, in accordance with the principles proclaimed in the Charter of the United Nations, recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of Man’s kind is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,
Recognizing that these rights derive from the inherent dignity of Mankind,
Recognizing that, in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Man’s Rights, the ideal of free Man enjoying civil and political freedom and freedom from fear and want can only be achieved if conditions are created whereby every One may enjoy One’s civil and political rights, as well as One’s economic, social and cultural rights,
Considering the obligation of States under the Charter of the United Nations to promote universal respect for, and observance of, Man’s rights and freedoms,
Realizing that the individual, having duties to other individuals and to the community to which One belongs, is under a responsibility to strive for the promotion and observance of the rights recognized in the present Covenant,
Agree upon the following articles:
This is exclusively for the purpose of those who believe that a human being is a shade of Man protected by the Colour of Law, more commonly known as commercial admiralty, or what I refer to as ‘Man’s legal fiction’.
The beauty and Magic of it, though, is that it does not much Matter in that regard, which is why I believe the use of the Word ‘Human’, ‘human person’, and ‘individual’ throughout this Covenant are not arbitrary. This was to ensure that the incorporated ‘person’ would enjoy the same rights as Man, which is why this document is so Magical. It defines the obligations of member states, ‘considering the obligations of States under the Charter…’. These are contractual obligations to human beings, which are equal (legally) to the certified person. This means they are available to all citizens of all countries where this Covenant has been ratified. One can see quite quickly, it includes most countries of the world, some of which have governments that are arguably entirely corrupt. It’s relevance to My Story and the Last Chapter, is that the Covenant very much applies in Canada and is legally binding. It is language that is recognized in Man’s legal fiction.
I Will clearly need to do a few more parts to this ‘Supremacy of God and Rule of Law’ Matter. But before I Sign off today, I Wish to leave You with the very first Article the Covenant addresses because if it’s number one, it must be important, right? Let’s take a look.
PART I
Article 1
1. All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.
2. All peoples may, for their own ends, freely dispose of their natural wealth and resources without prejudice to any obligations arising out of international economic co-operation, based upon the principle of mutual benefit, and international law. In no case may a people be deprived of its own means of subsistence.
3. The States Parties to the present Covenant, including those having responsibility for the administration of Non-Self-Governing and Trust Territories, shall promote the realization of the right of self-determination, and shall respect that right, in conformity with the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations.
Well, is that enough for today? The very first Article and ‘inherent’ (God Given) right is the right to Self determination. Individual Sovereignty. That is precisely what that means. I Will elaborate on this next time, and how it relates to paying for debt with My thumbprint.
Love and Blessings,
