| To Whom this Presentment is Gifted, Greetings, I have very serious concerns regarding all levels of the Canadian government and am Writing You today because I fear for My safety and feel that if I cannot receive speedy remedy to the trespasses upon My Sovereignty as a Canadian People, I Will have no recourse but to seek international support and asylum for fear of serious harm and unlawful imprisonment for the enjoyment of My natural inherent rights allegedly acknowledged and legally protected in Canada by Way of international agreements. The country of Canada and its government agencies are causing Me serious mental anguish and physical harm for their incompetence in Honouring their international obligations to protect My natural inherent right to freely dispose of My natural wealth without prejudice to foreign obligations in the interest of mutual benefit and international cooperation, and My right of Self determination, which is the first natural right of any of Canada [or God’s] People. I hereby complain that the Canadian government is Willfully trespassing upon My right of Self determination and My right to freely dispose of My natural wealth necessary for the full development of My Character’s health and well being in the international community, causing catastrophic physical harm and continuous mental anguish. It is My understanding that ALL organizations registered to operate or do business of any kind in the country of Canada are required to Act in compliance with Canada’s international obligations to protect the inherent rights of Canada’s People. To that end, My Honourable attempt to resolve these complaints of trespass upon My rights have been expressed to Sean Kearney, legal director of the Attorney General, Toronto Ontario, the Registrar General regarding revocation of consent to be governed with Vital Statistics (with a requisition/demand that the Trust be dissolved and that the commercial bonds against the commercial character owned by the state be offset and discharged for Value with Honour), the Governor General, Julie Payette, the Lieutenant Governor General, Elizabeth Dowdrey, My [previous] local M.P. Lloyd Longfield, the city of Ottawa’s registry, the Mayor of Ottawa, Jim Watson, and most recently, the director of Ontario Works, Christopher Tuck. Each of these organizations have failed to respond to Me or Honour their international obligations to Me. I currently Live in fear of threat of violence and unlawful imprisonment for exercising the enjoyment of either of the fore-listed rights Canada is legally obligated to protect in accordance with international law. Failure to Honour these requests and suggest I am an indentured servant and bonded slave to a private corporation foreign to Canada, is a serious international crime against humanity. I should also advise You that as part of the Canadian CITIZEN’s Oath, it is presumed all People in Canada, regardless their position or authority in government have a duty and responsibility to protect the Sovereign, inherent rights of Canada’s People and ALL offices listed in this complaint are guilty of crimes of treason against Canada’s People for failing to Honour these obligations. This alone makes the citizenship ‘contract’ null and void, as the premise of governance is that the government’s authority is derived by Way of the consent of its Sovereign People, and are elected to protect the Sovereign rights of Canada’s People, not to pass codes, statutes and Acts that trespass upon those rights. Any such Act is an Act of Treason against Canada’s Sovereign People. Can You tell Me who in Canada’s government can free Me of My ‘alleged’ obligations to Canada’s debt to a foreign, international bank and how I may free My Self of this bondage? Or is Canada secretly a fascist regime posting as a Constitutional Democratic Monarchy? I look forward to Your prompt reply so that these Issues May be addressed immediately. Failure to reply, and it Will be perceived that Canada’s Minister of Justice endorses gross trespass upon the Sovereign, natural (inherent/God Given) rights of Canada’s People.
