Email to Member of Parliament, David McGuinty Regarding Legal Obligations to Canada’s People

Just to ensure I am exhausting every resource, I figured I should Give David McGuinty a chance, too. Curious to know if ANY member of Canada’s government Will Honour their legal obligations to Canada’s People.

Good day, David,

I am growing increasingly more concerned with the city of Ottawa’s negligence with respect to My legal right of self determination and to freely dispose of My natural wealth without prejudice to foreign obligations as afforded to Me by the Covenant on Civil and Political Freedoms ratified by Canada in 1976.

I do not Wish to continue to live in fear of unlawful arrest and detainment for disposing of My natural wealth without prejudice and exercising My right of self determination.  These are the very first two rights afforded to Me by the Covenant on Civil and Political Freedoms, and I desperately need to know what provisions Will be made to ensure My safety as I have already been unlawfully arrested for attempting to defend the rights of Canada’s People subject to emergency shelters.

I have Writ the mayor of Ottawa, as I presume he is responsible for ensuring all corporations within the city of Ottawa are Acting in compliance with national and international law.  The Mayor has not yet responded, despite being informed that every day he fails to respond is causing Me further harm by the loss of My inherent rights.

l do not Wish to believe that the government is endorsing and enforcing contracts of bondage and slavery, so I Trust You Will respond to this email promptly to let Me know how I may enjoy these rights in Canada.

Canada’s legal obligations are clearly outlined in the Covenant and I am taking the liberty of providing You with a link.  

Failure to respond to this email Will be considered breach of public Trust and aiding and abetting bondage and slave contracts in Canada, as it would appear as though Canada’s People are bonded slaves to a foreign debt (world bank) when a Sovereign nation has the right to print its own currency debt and interest free.

I look forward to hearing from You at Your immediate convenience and would like You to Present this Matter to the House of Commons to determine why Canada is not printing its own coin and contracting with a private corporation foreign to Canada for its wealth.  The authority of any contract is always the creditor, so it would seem as though Canada’s REAL authority is the directive of a world bank foreign to Canada, and I find this extremely alarming.

1. All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.

2. All peoples may, for their own ends, freely dispose of their natural wealth and resources without prejudice to any obligations arising out of international economic co-operation, based upon the principle of mutual benefit, and international law. In no case may a people be deprived of its own means of subsistence.
