Thank You.  And when You return the money order, I Will need You to include Your reason for failing to accept My payment (protest of acceptance).  To refuse to accept My payment is to violate the bills of exchange Act, 

(3) Where the holder of a bill refuses to receive payment under protest, he loses his right of recourse against any party who would have been discharged by that payment.

This means that if You refuse to accept My payment, You are trespassing upon My right to dispose of My natural wealth without prejudice to foreign obligations, which is violating Canadian and international law by Way of the Covenant on Civil and Political Freedoms.

I am SICK AND TIRED of organizations (like Yours) acting as though it is OKAY to treat Me as an indentured servant and bonded slave to Canada’s debt and ignoring Your legal obligations to Me.  I am ONLY dependent on You for subsidy UNDER DURESS because You (and other organizations of the Canadian government) are hereby trespassing upon My right to freely dispose of My natural wealth and suggesting I am an indentured servant and bonded slave to Canada’s debt.

So who is committing the crime? Is it You that is refusing to accept My payment?  Because if so, I am going to hold You legally responsible for the harm caused to Me by refusing to allow Me to dispose of My natural wealth.  I need to hold someone criminally responsible, so is it YOU that is refusing My payment?

Perhaps You can include Your exemption clause from the bills of exchange act, and let Me know why You are refusing to comply with Canadian law?

Furthermore, in compliance with Canadian law and the Bills of Exchange Act, 160.
160 Subject to this Act, the interpretation of the drawing, endorsement, acceptance or acceptance under protest of a bill, drawn in one country and negotiated, accepted or payable in another, is determined by the law of the place where the contract is made, but where an inland bill is endorsed in a foreign country, the endorsement shall, with respect to the payer, be interpreted according to the law of Canada.

These laws are applicable, lest You are suggesting I am a bonded slave and indentured servant to Canada’s debt to a foreign corporation (world bank).

What is Your legal defence for refusing to accept My payment, or should I presume Your intent is to violate Canadian law and U.C.C. (Universal Commercial Codes of Conduct).
