Hello every One, and welcome to the Terrific Tuesday Edition, thank King You for joining Me. I Will not be doing a Tell a Vision Edition this week because of all the other things I have going on in My microcosm with the new platform launch, but I am hoping to get back to it for next week. Today I’m just chiming in to keep You up to date with My recent Shoppers adventure, and a day of silence from the city in response to the Notice of Criminal Liability issued to them yesterday.
I Will start by telling You of My recent Shoppers adventure. For those who don’t know, Shoppers was placed on Notice of Criminal Liability for uttering threats with intent to intimidate, endangering My life (violating emergency social distancing orders), defamation of Character, and discrimination not so long ago.
I eventually placed them on Notice of Criminal Liability because there was no response to My complaint or guarantee for My future safety in their store from customer service where I Voiced My complaint. Because I was forced to place them on Notice I am also as King for $1,000,000.00 in compensation, and advised them that harassing Me on future visits would cost them $10,000.00 per offence, $100,000.00 if I am compelled to leave the store without acquiring My essentials, and $1,000,000.00 if I am threatened or assaulted.
It is the 8th of June today and My first time going back to the store since the incident happened. There has been more than one occasion where I would have gone there if it had not been for the incident and did not Wish to deal with the potential of further harassment, regardless how much I am telling them it Will cost. Today I made sure My phone was charged and wore My headphones around My neck so that the microphone would be catch any external conversation. Not a huge inconvenience, but it says something about how comfortable I feel going back there.
However, it was a Terrific Tuesday and although I have still not heard any further Word from Shoppers or their legal department, I can tell You that some One has had a chat with the staff. They not only left Me alone without saying a Word, I was Given a wide berth and One of the employees absolutely recognized Me and very obviously turned away uncomfortably the second I caught his eye, trying to make himself look busy stocking shelves with no product in his hand… I’m not complaining.
I know some People may think these Notices mean nothing, I am telling You they mean everything I am suggesting they do. My guess is that Shoppers Drug Mart’s legal department has not contacted Me yet because they don’t have any other name for Me except King Sean, House of von Dehn, Hand of Stephen, Kingdom of God. Nobody Wishes to get into legal Matters with a King – “Rex non potest peccare”. Latin Maxim in Law, “the King can do no wrong.”
The reason I made the claim for $1,000,000.00 is because it is clear that harm was done, an injured party is entitled to compensation, and Shoppers Drug Mart is liable. The amount of compensation can be disputed, but not the Issue of compensation itself. I told Shoppers that if they do not respond to Me before the 22nd of June, default judgement Will be awarded against them without further Notice to them. I am as King for $1,000,000.00 because I Wish to elicit a reply. If they do not respond, they are presumed to be in agreement with all the statements I’ve made, including My claim for $1,000,000.00. Typically, they Will respond to dispute part or all of My statements and the amount I am as King for in damages. If they do not respond at all, it Will work that much more to My favour because it implies further negligence and disregard for My well being. These things Will all be taken into consideration in front of a justice.
The other reason I’m excited to be tall King about this today is because the Notice appears to have accomplished its main objective, which was to protect Me from further harassment when I visit their store. That is always the main purpose of a Notice – to prevent further trespass.
I really don’t care about money but this one Will be fun to bring into court. I haven’t heard any Word in response to My Notice of Criminal Liability Issued to Housing Services yesterday either, and I already have all of the paperwork for Merovitz Potechin ready to go when I decide what type of Action I Wish to take. So I’m not sure if I Will do it immediately after the 22nd if they do go into default. It is just as powerful to leave it here on the Public Record as an outstanding claim and standing notice of the consequences for trespassing upon Me in violation of the Law within their franchise. I can choose to file the claim anytime after the 22nd, there is no rush.
The silence from the city of Ottawa in response to their Notice is also curious. I have no Idea what to make of that. I Will confess I was expecting to hear something today because I do only have eight business days to return a package I have not yet received. They Will need to respond to Me sometime before the 18th to let Me know what they plan to do and realistically, the sooner the better. If they are planning to get a package off to Me so I can accommodate their request (demand), it should already be in the mail and it would be courteous to let Me know.
And I guess that’s the other thing I Wished to be tall King about today, though I don’t Wish to dwell on it because it takes away from the Good News. But the fact that Housing Services did not respond to the Notice today is further testimony of their incompetence – it’s truly beyond laughable and no longer funny (if it ever was).
Otherwise, the new platform is coming along beautifully. I’m not going to make any promises until We are officially launched because it is out of My hands, but I do get to see and hear about the updates (as they occur in many cases) and it really is coming together. I’m also very thankful for My new Podcast series where I am tall King about some of these Matters going on in My microcosm a little more candidly, along with some of the main letters I Writ that are war King in My favour now.
