Volume CLXX: The Magical Monday Motive A Sean Edition; The City of Ottawa Responds

Hello every One, and welcome to the Good News Journal’s Magical Monday Motive A Sean Edition, thank King You for joining Me. As the Title would suggest, I did receive a reply to the Notice of Criminal Liability Issued to the city of Ottawa on June 8th. I also (finally) received the renewal package from Housing Services and wouldn’t You know, they can Spell the Magic of My Calling correctly when they Wish to! Sad that One has to place them on Notice of Criminal Liability before they Will do so, but it’s better than continuous attacks upon My Character and attempting to compel Me to answer to a legal entity defined by Canada as having no rights of citizenship or family regardless how offended I tell them I am by such implications.

I also managed to discover when the renewal package was mailed out to Me. It was mailed out to Me on June 16th, just two days before the same office is threatening to revoke My housing subsidy for failing to return to them by the 18th, which was clearly impossible for Me to do. They have still not provided any assurance that My housing subsidy will not be revoked, so I am still suffering some pretty serious mental and emotional duress as a result of their negligence. But I am feeling slightly better by the day. This is the email I received this afternoon:

Not thrilled to be dealing with Genevieve Langlais again as it was Genevieve that determined that violations upon the constitutional rights of Canada’s People by the Salvation Army were a ‘frivolous and vexatious’ matter. I guess Genevieve doesn’t feel that People subject to poverty and homelessness are entitled to any compensation for the loss of their rights. I’m hoping she’s changed her mind in that regard and Will take Canada’s legally binding contractual obligations to the U.N. Covenant on Civil and Political Rights a little more seriously this time.

I almost responded to the email by habit of reflex but caught My Self in time. My next email was to the city’s legal counsel.

Well, that was somewhat Good News because the city of Ottawa is a short walk away and I can deliver by Hand to ensure it is received. Of course, the digital documents are not of any help because they are not editable (would be a whole lot easier and less costly if they were though, wouldn’t it?).

The Truth is, I would really like to discuss these renewal forms with the city’s legal counsel because I am filling them out exactly the same Way I did last year, advising them I am NOT a taxpayer, may not be discriminated against for not being a taxpayer, and was approved last year without Issue. So these facts should be well known by Housing Services, so I am going to be as King of Genevieve for a copy of last year’s renewal form on file with them.

After receiving Genevieve’s last email, I checked My mailbox again and wouldn’t You know, renewal package was there! (Last time I checked before this was 2:30, Postie is getting later and later by the day!)

I filled out the form right away, then decided instead of adding a Hand Writ letter to the package as a disclaimer, I would send Genevieve an email to indicate to her specifically why I am dependent upon the city for housing subsidy under duress and without prejudice for their continuous trespass upon My right to freely dispose of My natural wealth to foreign obligations, and the criminal negligence (or gross incompetence) of the superior offices of the Canadian government to revoke My interest in the public Trust and allow Me to discharge My share of Canada’s debt so that I may freely dispose of My natural wealth without prejudice to foreign (Canadian) obligations. The email reads as follows:

I have received the renewal package and Will return it to You tomorrow by dropping it off at the address provided in Your email.

I am also advising You in this email that I am doing so under threat of economic duress and without prejudice, as I am only dependent upon the city of Ottawa, the province of Ontario and Canada for social support because these service representatives of Canada’s government at the city of Ottawa are ignoring their international obligations legally binding upon Canada.  

” Similar or related provisions are found in the following international instruments binding on Canada: article 2(3) of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights; article 2(c) of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women; and articles 2(1) and 14 of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.  ” – Department of Justice of Canada website

Article 2

3. Each State Party to the present Covenant undertakes:

(a) To ensure that any person whose rights or freedoms as herein recognized are violated shall have an effective remedy, notwithstanding that the violation has been committed by persons acting in an official capacity;

(b) To ensure that any person claiming such a remedy shall have his right thereto determined by competent judicial, administrative or legislative authorities, or by any other competent authority provided for by the legal system of the State, and to develop the possibilities of judicial remedy;

(c) To ensure that the competent authorities shall enforce such remedies when granted.

Article 1

1. All peoples have the right of self-determination. By virtue of that right they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social and cultural development.

2. All peoples may, for their own ends, freely dispose of their natural wealth and resources without prejudice to any obligations arising out of international economic co-operation, based upon the principle of mutual benefit, and international law. In no case may a people be deprived of its own means of subsistence.

3. The States Parties to the present Covenant, including those having responsibility for the administration of Non-Self-Governing and Trust Territories, shall promote the realization of the right of self-determination, and shall respect that right, in conformity with the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations.

These are the rights being violated by the city of Ottawa, and I would very much like to know why the city feels they are not obliged to Honour their legally binding contractual obligations to Me.  Why does Canada seek to hold Me in bondage, trespass upon My right to freely dispose of My natural wealth to foreign obligations (Canada, the city of Ottawa), when it very clearly states that in no case may a People be deprived of its own means of subsistence?

So that’s the Good News for today. Now We wait and see if Canada’s service representatives are Willfully abdicating their legal obligations to Canada’s People, or if Housing Services are just grossly incompetent. Time Will tell…
