Volume CCXIV: The Magical Monday Motive a Sean Edition; The Law Society of Ontario’s Investigate Sean

Hello every One, thank King Your Moral Highness for being here, it is a Pleasure to have You in My House. The Magical Motive a Sean for My Monday was following up with the Law Society of Ontario earlier today in hopes of finding out if My Sister still intends to file an Application for Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee, and why I was served Notice of an Application that had not been filed with the Court which included an Endorsement from an Application made almost two years previous (and obviously no longer applicable or relevant to the application). I did get an update including a time estimation, so I’ll be letting You know the Magic of its Motive a Sean for My Monday and otherwise keeping this Post fairly short.

I’m admittedly not much of a photographer but I do like this one. This plant is another from My succulent collection and one of My first trailing succulents. Its common name is String of Pearls and the plant in the photo is a cutting that was started with just two ‘pearls’. The ‘pearls’ are leaves, of course, using the sphere shape to store water. But see the translucent strip on the third pearl up from the center? That’s a window to let light inside the pearl where it Will be stored and used for additional photosynthesis on the inside of the leaf! How cool is that? Plants are continually evolving to find new ways to more efficiently store water and maximize light (or in some cases adapting to minimal lighting conditions and disposing of excess water). This one is growing pretty quick and Will likely cover the entire surface of the pot and Will eventually grow down all sides like funky, string of pearl hair.

Alright, back to the busy-ness of the day, the Law Society of Ontario. The link Will take You to the last email sent by Carmine which includes My final reply until the investigation is complete. I Will not follow up again until We reach the fourteenth day.

It is very frustrating that Carmine does not seem to be able to elicit an answer to a reasonably simple Quest-Ion. However, I have been thing King about the Matter a little more since I received Carmine’s last email and the only explanation I have, is that Hala doesn’t have an explanation. The fact she is still not responding to that email with Carmine investigating and as King Quest-Ions of her suggests to Me that whatever is going on is pretty serious. It really is fraud, and it’s pretty serious fraud. So as frustrating as it is to know that I might have to wait as long as two more weeks just to find out if My Sister is still planning to file an Application, I am also thing King some very serious conversations are probably taking place to figure out how to fix this problem. I guess We’ll know in fourteen days.

The Good News for Me, is that the longer all of this takes, the greater My Claim because every day is just adding one more day to this whole headache. Also, I can’t possibly know what legal action I’m going to take until I know the extent of the harm that’s been done – both economically and psychologically/emotionally.

However, I am thing King this timeline should bring Us to the climax of this Estate Matter once and for all. I also feel much better just knowing how long Carmine is expecting the investigation to take. It’s still a headache for Me, but at least I’m not expecting to hear something everyday and being continually disappointed.

Also, My nerve injury is getting much better, though the worst pain is in My forearm when I’m typing or at My desk which really doesn’t help to inspire Me to sit down and Write. But I am hoping to add another Matrix Tell a Vision Edition tomorrow (Resurrections) because it is such a perfect metaphor for what’s going on in the world right now.
