Hello every One and welcome to the Terrific Two’s Day Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, always a Pleasure to have You in My House. Today is a Two’s Day I am thing King Will be True to its name. I’m going to be sharing with You what I am as King for in My Statement of Claim. Although the entirety of the Claim has not yet been drafted, the Claim is what I am as King for, and today is the New Moon which represents the Casting of Magic that Will come to Fruit-Sean on the Full Moon. Obviously, the Claim is not likely to be fulfilled by the Full Moon, though the Intent-Ion of the Magic I am Casting now Will be filed and before the Courts by that time. So today I am sharing My Claim with You because it is not at all like a typical Claim One Will be accustomed to seeing. Without further ado, let Me Show You what I am tall King about.
Ah… I’m not sure what My audience Will be thing King, but I am very pleased with this!!! A Friend was as King of Me, “Can You be as King for all that? I thought People are only as King for money.”
Well, money is debt, so I’m not really interested in accepting debt in exchange for property which had Real Value to Me, the money I am as King for Will be used to purchase Real property for the Benefit of the Heirs and successors of My Trust, and for taking care of some rather costly medical expenses the State does not Wish to allow Me to dispose of My natural wealth (in violation of My rights) to fulfill. My Brother and Sister Truly have no Idea what is involved in administrating an Estate, and there are accounts to be dealt with in Germany, too. I haven’t even heard My Brother or Sister mention anything about the accounts in Germany. I Will likely have to travel to Germany to close out those accounts in Good standing, so the funds Will also be used to discharge costs for travel to fulfill other obligations of My Trust instrument.
As far as the sum of money I am as King for, if People are thing King the amount is excessive in any Way, Keep in Mind that this is what My Sister, her lawyer and My Brother have tacitly agreed to by failing to respond to the Notice Served upon them to explain why My Sister is holding over $40k in assets without ever having been awarded a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee. Both My Brother and My Sister have a legal and lawful obligation to provide Me with full disclosure and transparency regarding My Father’s Estate. My Sister seems to believe that because it’s not ‘My’ lawyer, her lawyer has no obligation to provide Me with disclosure because it is the lawyer’s duty to Act in My Sister’s best interest, not to inform her of her duties and obligations if she Wishes to Act as Estate Trustee. The Estate Trustee must (obligation) always be Acting in the best interest of the Beneficiaries. This is why her lawyer is guilty of professional misconduct for failing to clearly advise My Sister of her obligations if she chooses to make such an application – which is STILL not showing up in the system, though they claim to have filed the application on March 24th, 2022. Clearly, lying to Me – presumably because they believe I am too stupid or incompetent to do anything about it. I guess We Will see. This is the Notice that is binding upon My Sister, Brother and her lawyer.
So basically, I Will need to provide an Affidavit of Service Showing the Notice was legally and lawfully served, then it becomes a legally binding, tacit agreement. I can hardly wait to get this filed, though the rest of the Claim Will take a some time (though I am thing King not more than a couple more days).
