Hello every One, and welcome to the Fabulous Free Lance Friday Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always a Pleasure to have You in My House. There was no Finale this Friday for the Fraudsters in My Microcosm who faked a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee Application, and have since been Noted in Default for Contempt of Court for continuing the perpetrate the fraud on the Court (and deliberately misrepresent two Ontario Superior Court Judges to boot!). The Good News for Me in My Microcosm is that I’m not expecting any Word over the weekend, so I feel I can enjoy some down time without having to immediately check every new email thing King it might be Word from the Court.
Without this Blog, without Public Accountability, fraudsters like My sister’s [previous] lawyer, Hala Tabl, might get away with their crimes! Especially in the digital age, I have no Idea if there was a single member of the Public in that Courtroom, no impartial observers, every One there to do business. How are the People ever going to know what’s going on in those Courtrooms? Every virtual Courtroom should have a Public link where any One can watch and listen to the proceedings, it would have no effect whatsoever on the actual proceedings because the link would be permanently muted. But at least the People could see what’s going on, and it Gives the opportunity for People all over the world to see what’s taking place in the world’s Courtrooms of any Common Law country. The digital age could be used to enhance public accountability. Judges are a whole lot less likely to glaze over some One complaining of a Charter violation when there are hundreds of People watching, never Mind thousands of People (potentially) from all over the world…
Anyway, today is another Tribute to Informm’s Blog because We know there are no coincidences and the audio recording of My Motion for the Purpose of Public Accountability is perfectly synchronized with Man’s Macrocosm the House of Commons Justice Committee Report and Recommendations on “Open Justice; Court Reporting in the Digital Age“. You’ll Notice it’s the UK House of Commons Justice Committee, not Canada’s, but it’s equally relevant to any Common Law country. Common Law is more about Principles of Justice than it is about the legislation of codes, statutes and Acts – in fact, it’s the Principles of Justice integral to Common Law system that the codes, statutes and Acts are legislated by parliament to protect (or at least, that’s the premise and Foundation).
Enjoy the Post, and to Special Thanks to Judith Townend for Reporting on this important Principle integral to Justice in Common Law systems.
Have a Fabulous Friday every One!!!
Love and Blessings,
