Volume CCLXXI: The Magical Monday Motive a Sean Edition; Cornering Criminals War King for Canada’s Courts

Hello every One and welcome to the second Public a Sean of the Good News Journal this Magical Monday evening, thank Your Royal (Moral) Highness for being here, it is always an Honour to have You in My House.

Yes, We are cornering criminals in Canada’s (Provincial Superior) Courts by following up on last week’s request for a Court of Record for an Estate Application that doesn’t exist – though they Wish to try to insist that it does! I’m not as gullible as the Emperor who was handed nothing and told he was holding the best clothes money could buy, but I suppose it is a nice try. If the Superior Courts Wish to sell Me a Suit, I’m going to insist on something I can see with My own eyes and touch with My own Hands. Just try to Imagine what the clerks of the Court are thing King when they received the following email this morning…

Now, I’m not telling these clerks of the Court that every email request for this inform a Sean is also being blind carbon copied to Canada’s Minister of Justice and Attorney General, David ‘the Lame’ Lametti. The affect-Sean-at nickname could change to something more likable, like David ‘the Decisive’ Lametti, but it all depends on how long it takes the Man to put an end to the crimes taking place in Canada’s Courts under his watch. When the Minister of Justice and Attorney General is made aware of antics like this taking place in Canada’s Courts and chooses to do nothing, One can’t help but wonder if it is ignorance by design and with Willful intent (mens rae). So it is important to let David ‘the Lame’ Lametti know that he Will also be criminally liable in his private capacity if he doesn’t take Act-Sean soon. Although I’m not telling Derrick Bert and the criminals he’s colluding with at the Bracebridge Courthouse that David Lametti knows of their crimes, they do know I Post everything to this International Public a Sean and have equal opportunity to discover that fact here.

The Motion to settle the Order with Derrick Bert wasted no time topping My list of most downloaded documents… Why? Because it is not everyday One has an opportunity to hear a lead Registrar for the Ontario Superior Court (whatever that means) attempt to gaslight a Self Presented litigant, insisting there is nothing at all unusual about no documents being entered or ‘processed’ onto the system in the Estate Application since March 24th, 2022, while My sister is walking around with a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee allegedly related to the same application. He even tells Me that the Bracebridge Courthouse may have a hard copy Record of the Application that hasn’t been ‘processed’ onto the system yet. He’s literally describing what a Registrar might be doing if they Wished to perpetrate fraud in an Estate Application!!! He’s just trying to convince Me that fraud is perfectly acceptable, just another day at the Bracebridge Superior Court!!!

Yeah, the Motion to settle the Order topped My list of downloads faster than any other document ever published on this Blog. Jester Jaye Hooper’s Rule 21 Motion hearing is number two, followed very closely by My reply to Jester Hooper’s threat to ‘notify the authorities’ or fine Me in contempt for refusing to remove the very same audio of the Motion hearing. The audio is still available, no authorities were notified, the jester of a judge did not push her luck and attempt to fine Me for contempt. Oh, and incidentally (but very much worth Noting), there have not been any further ‘Notices’ preceding any hearings advising Me that Recording the proceedings is strictly forbidden by the Courts of Justice Act. I thought that was pretty interesting, and so did My Friend (who has been quietly watching in the background for all Motion hearings so far).

Today was also Motive a Sean all for Me because I mentioned that I have three official lawful Matters in the works, one of which is with the Social Benefits Tribunal. The website states that One must file their documents with the Registrar by Way of fax or regular mail. That seemed ridiculous to Me because one of the options for the process is to receive all communication by Way of email – so why would One not be able to file their original materials that Way, too? So I figured the worst they could do is say no, and I filed the Appeal with the Social Benefits Tribunal last Friday. I received confirm a Sean that the documents have been received by the Registrar this morning!!!

This Appeal is on behalf of My artificial person and another Beneficiary of The Kingdom of Heaven Found a Sean and the Public Trust, so I am Keeping the contents of the Appeal confidential for now to protect the other Beneficiary’s privacy as best I can. She has confirmed that I may use her name as necessary for the purpose of litigation but I Wish to do so as sparingly as possible and only when absolutely necessary.

Alright, that concludes this Magical Monday Motive a Sean Edition, but I Will continue to follow up with Canada’s Superior Courts because I’m not at all surprised they have nothing to say so far (Nihil Dicit) – they are running out of excuses, and excuses are not legal or lawful explain a Sean’s so… I am thing King time and luck Will be running out for them soon.

Please join the boycott of public schools for the month of June or Your children Will be subject to drag shows and sexual education designed to confuse and disorient Our youth. We need to instill positive family values and teach children to Love the body they are born with, regardless how masculine or feminine they may feel. Until hormones kick in, it Will be perfectly normal for children to be somewhat ‘androgynous’ in their behaviour. Just because a girl climbs trees or a boy plays with dolls, doesn’t mean One should start them on puberty blockers and mutilate their genitals, rendering them sterile when they are finally of age to legally consent to such things. Start thing King about these things more critically and start caring less about being politically correct. Peaceful non-compliance with corrupt agendas is absolutely necessary if We Wish to survive the #wokemindvirus #plandemic.
