Volume CCLXXXI: The Super Natural Son Day Edition; Tanja Johnson; Converse a Sean and Collusion of a Serial Narcissist

Hello every One and welcome to the Super Natural ‘Son’ Day Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always a Pleasure and tremendous Honour to have You in My House. We Call it ‘Son’ Day here because it is generally a day of Celebrate Sean of Our Father in Heaven, and thematically it has also represented an almost four year long public Record of My determination to Honour My Father in Heaven with respect to an Estate Matter. The next Motion hearing date for the Matter is September 7th, and I’m hoping to have My Factum prepared and ready to file with the Court tomorrow.

I was already anxious and excited to tell You all about the incredible lengths My dear brother and sister have taken to deceive Me. One of the hardest things for Me to get My head wrapped around, is the fact that My brother and sister were never interested in Honouring My Father and were conspiring against Me pretty much from day one. Honestly, despite the fact that My sister and I never communicate with eath other outside of family gatherings, (and I haven’t even been invited to any of those for probably as long as ten years now), if One had been as King of Me about My family before My father had died, I would have told them that despite having very different world views, I pretty much believed they were every bit as morally Good and well intentioned as I am. I certainly didn’t ever believe they would ever Wish to cause Me harm – negligence can be rationalized and justified – malicious intent is just evil.

‘Lucy’ from the ‘Peanuts’ comic by Schultz is narcissism 101 personified. Lucy Promises Charlie Brown she’ll hold the football for him so he can practice his punt. It’s an excellent comic to collect the whole series because there are a lot of ‘inside jokes’ in the comic that One Will miss if not read in sequence. The first time Charlie Brown is excited because Lucy is usually mean to Charlie Brown, and she’s offering to do something she knows he Loves. Lucy tells him how she Wishes to make up for all the times she’s been mean to Charlie Brown, she Wishes to see how far he can punt a football, and encourages him to take a Good run at it. I presume We all know what happens?

She yanks the football just before he’s about to punt so that he lands on his head, Lucy laughing hysterically. This exact scenario reappears in the comic consistently, every time Lucy convinces Charlie Brown to Trust her with a new lie. Charlie Brown is so genuinely Good natured that he can’t even understand Lucy’s motive because he so desperately Wishes to Trust her, that he allows him Self to be victimized every time. Sometime she even demoralizes him for being so Trusting and gullible. To the best of My knowledge, Charlie Brown always Trusts Lucy, and Lucy never stops pulling away the football. I don’t ever remember this scenario war King out well for Charlie Brown, nor does Lucy ever seem to lose her lust for harming him. And I’m pretty sure that is the punchline, pun intended.

The information provided to Me this week in the Respondents (Moving Parties) Motion Factum’s were the first two Gifts from God I received this week. The reason the Motion materials are so mind-numbingly bad (and also why each were placed on Notice of Contempt for Civil and Criminal Liability – AGAIN) is because they inform on their Self!

They are literally (puns always intended) Giving Me everything I could possibly be as King for to prove irrefutably that My brother and sister were not only colluding against Me, they were colluding against or with Tiffany, they were colluding against the insurance claims against My father (CV2000634159-0000 and CV2000638907-0000 valued at $3 million combined, both against ‘Singh et al’, of which My father is co-defendant), and also colluding and conspiring with the National Bank to keep the Estate Matter off the Record to hide the assets from the other creditors/claimants, and to sell the house under power of sale without My knowledge or judicial oversight. The creditors with the outstanding claims against the Estate Will receive Notice when some One is appointed by the Court to represent My father’s interests. No Claim can legally proceed against the Estate without some One being appointed to represent My father’s interests, which is also precisely why the Notice of Civil and Criminal Liability served upon Noah and his criminal cabal over at Merovitz Potechin LLP is absolutely Good and binding. It’s also why Noah was unable to deposit the funds with the Court, because he Will have to Show the Court that due process was had and that My father had an Estate Trustee during litigation appointed before he proceeded with power of sale (oops).

Another little tidbit for the Common Man which might not be such ‘common’ knowledge, is that creditors need to be paid before beneficiaries can receive. One can’t (legally or lawfully) claim the bounty of a Man’s Estate without taking care of his creditors first. If a Man borrows a million dollars the day before he dies, the Beneficiaries can’t just claim a third each and leave the creditor with nothing. So when Michael told Me that Tiffany was going to Act as the executor, I said something like ‘great, I can’t wait to see her crash and burn!’ because I know she can’t claim her share without making an application to prove the Will is valid, and as soon as she is as King for that position, is the moment those claims Will proceed against her. Those claims are against the Estate of My father, so that’s $3 million in economic harm Tiffany Singh has done to My father’s Estate without lifting a finger as the executor. Hardly makes her a suitable ‘Trustee’…

The worst part of the whole thing, really, is that My brother and sister can read these Posts as well as any One else can, and as My siblings I made sure to communicate all of these Principles regarding the Estate procedures as they were unfolding. One would be thing King that One’s siblings would Wish to take advantage of this knowledge, rather than take advantage of Me. Instead, they were second guessing Me on various points, the first being that they Will require My consent to make any application for a CAET, there is no Way around Me!!! Michael told Me that he’d been as King another lawyer, and ‘his lawyer’ (I don’t believe he was Truly as King any One at all – just a lie attempting to gaslight) said that because We are all equal in entitlement to a share, ‘majority rules’ and they can proceed witout My consent. And they believed that despite My insistance otherwise. Tanja’s lawyer had her application returned to her on April 20th, 2020 – this was Tanja’s first attempt to make an application without My knowledge or consent.

It’s just one of many examples. In an email to My sister I specifically tell her that she requires My consent for precisely the reasons the Application is rejected. April 20th, 2020. The most interesting and notable detail regarding this document specifically, is that it was Given to Me accidentally!!! Hala Tabl, Tanja Johnson, and Michael von Dehn never intended for Me to see this document. If Tanja does not receive My consent, she is required to make an Application for a hearing so the Court can hear My object-Sean’s.

Just a couple of points of interest here before I share My most Glorious Gift Given by God today!

In the above document, if You look at Exhibit ‘E’, the Notice of Application, You Will Notice it is dated March 29th. The consent form Signed by Michael von Dehn is dated February 25th!!! That was the first time they were trying to get around Me. Michael obviously can’t consent to a document that hasn’t even been Created yet! For consent to be legally and lawfully binding, it must be fully informed, free from coercion or intimidation. You might also Notice that where there should be a date to inform Me of when the Application hearing Will take place, it is blank! They didn’t let Me know the date so that I couldn’t respond. When I try to object, they tell Me there is no application for a CAET before the Court. Worse still, the same is True of the second application (2022).

Michael Gives his consent on the 17th, but the Application is dated March 24th! Again, Michael can’t consent to an Application he hasn’t seen – he has no idea what the Application Will say when he Gives his consent. Considering We know Tanja filed an entirely new application to try and get around the Court’s requirement for Sean’s consent which included a sworn affidavit a full week later – that is proof of fraud – and it is only one of countless examples. Tanja hasn’t even Sworn the Affidavit when Michael Gives his consent, and that is a part of the Application he’s allegedly consenting to.

It is also worth noting that Tanja’s lawyer, Hala Tabl, seems to have convinced her that an Order ‘dispensing with My consent’ to make the Application means that she no longer needs to serve Me with any documents in the application, she can do whatever she Wishes and believes I don’t even have a right to know about it!!! Obviously the lawyer Will know this, too, which again is why all this ‘information’ is rather Mind-numbing for any lawyer who might read it that is familiar with Estates or even just basic legal Principles in any Common Law jurisdiction. Everything Tanja was doing in the Application was done Secretively, and that is strictly forbidden in Canadian Courts (allegedly). We know Michael was conspiring with her because he was consenting to her Application before it was Created, so We can presume he was consenting to how she was planning to make her application because he wasn’t relying on any evidence or information – presumably they discussed whatever Tanja Will attempt to do to Sean, he has Given Tanja ‘free reign’.

But why is today such a Glorious Son Day in Celebrate-Sean of My father in heaven? Because today’s Gift from God is the most damning and incriminating evidence of My brother and sister’s determine a Sean to conspire against Me.

What makes the following audio Recording so especially Magical this Son Day, is that it comes to Me immediately after finally putting together the last few pieces of the puzzle.

Although Tanja Johnson is the Lucy of My family, I’m not usually the Charlie Brown – that’s Michael’s role. Michael knows that what My sister is doing is wrong, but her wrath is even more terrifying than mine. Michael would rather let Tanja hold the ball Promising a touchdown because he’s so determined to believe that this time Will be different. I know Lucy’s tricks, so I stopped letting her hold the ball for Me a long time ago. This was like My brother as King Charlie Brown to Trust Lucy, knowing full well what she Will do.

I now believe that Tanja and Michael have been privately colluding with Noah Potechin, (agent for the National Bank) from very early 2000 to ensure the property went into default. They were worried that if I were appointed, I wouldn’t agree to sell the house, so they forced the Estate into default by refusing to Show Me the bills from creditors so that I could Keep the accounts in Good standing.

I’m going to Write a second Post later today that Will be Called ‘Sensei-Sean al Stories, Conspiracy Theories, and Savage Siblings’ that summarizes My conspiracy theory regarding My own savage siblings. It Will also serve as a Way to organize My thoughts before Writing My Reply Factum. It may also be pleasing to know that one of the primary goals drafting My Reply Factum Will be to Keep it as short and concise as possible (and perhaps also the Respondents/Moving Party). Basically, I’m hoping to make a list of tall King points for the motion with links to public documents. The last time I disputed all their arguments in a Reply Factum, they were categorically ignored and never addressed. This time, I am going to be as King these Quest-Ion directly.

Wow, this is long but I still didn’t tell You why today’s Recording is so Magical! My old laptop died in October of last year, along with the last Recording of My sister’s converse a Sean with Me on the telephone. The phone converse a Sean is a week after another phonecall with My brother where he finally Promises to Trust Me when I tell him that Noah Will not be able to deposit the funds into the Court because he Will have to Show he had some One appointed to Act as Estate Trustee to represent My father’s interests before he sold the house. He does not have the required documents and proof of service required to deposit the funds with the Court because he is guilty of fraud. Although he has been making arrangements with Tanja and Michael without My knowledge and consent, he doesn’t have any legal right to do so! Whatever arrangements Tanja is making with any creditors should be cc’d to both Me and Michael. Record of bills, receipts. There is none of that in any of their information. And although Tanja may believe she has right to an equal share, she Will not be listed as such on the Court Registry by default, regardless how much Michael and I Wish to Honour that Claim, it doesn’t exist on the Registry. Tanja is legally a descendent of the Johnson House or family as far as the Registry is concerned.

It is the most damning converse a Sean because it’s the first time that I Truly get a sense of just how far they have all gone to deceive Me! There are now a total of four law firms conspiring against Me to help My brother and sister perpetrate this fraud. I now believe that Tanja and Michael were consulted before the sale of the house, consented to the sale of the house, and were Given Notice of the remainder funds as soon as they were received. They didn’t tell Me because there was no judicial oversight and they figured I would never follow up with the Noah regarding the remainder funds and there would be no Way for Me to know My siblings already received them.

The fact is, ladies and gentlemen, if anything Noah did was legal and lawful, he would have deposited the funds into the Court, then Given Notice to the Entitled Beneficiaries. The Court makes sure Noah has all the required documents and receipts before the funds can be received, not (ignorant) Beneficiaries!

The reason Tanja and Michael are so afraid to let Noah deposit the funds into the Court is because they already have them at this point!!! Noah doesn’t even have them!!! That was the most shocking real eyes a Sean of all. If Tanja and Michael did not receive the funds shortly after the sale of the house, Tanja most certainly received them before their fraudulent Certificate was Magically issued, and that’s why it’s so important that she makes the ‘Application’. They have no intent of making any official application (filing the documents with the Court), this is only to fool Me into believing Tanja has a reason to be in possession of the remainder funds. Tanja would have had to transfer the funds back to Noah before he could deposit them with the Court – that’s why it’s ‘more complicated’ to deposit the funds with the Court, the Court Will catch the fraud.

Because My computer died and I couldn’t find the audio of the Recording in the files here on WordPress, I thought I had lost this evidence forever. However, just as I am Giving thanks to God for the most recent inform a Sean I received that let Me know irrefutably that My sister and brother are colluding together, I also discover that My most downloaded file of the day is the Recording I was thing King I had lost!!! I swear I checked all My audio files frantically one day when I first realized it might be lost – nothing. No audio recordings of phonecalls with Tanja. And today I wake up and the audio I couldn’t find is today’s most downloaded document and perhaps the second to most damning piece of evidence against My sibligns.

Some Notable moments:

12:30 – “I don’t know the normal processes, Sean, but I’m sure he followed everything.” – Tanja Johnson

Perfect example of a narcissist. She admits she has no Idea, but she knows I’m wrong. Trust the banker’s lawyer in favour of Your brother because he would never lie, right?

15:10 – “Let him follow through on his f-ing Word and deposit the funds with the Court, then I Will support Your application to get them out.”

Long pause… “That makes it more complicated, Sean.”

(and after some protest from Me) “No, Sean. I’m not Willing to do that.”

Nothing suspicious about that at all. It’s only more complicated because she already has the money. Tanja would have to Give the money back to Noah, somehow make it look like the money has always been there, then Noah deposits to the Court. He knows that, she knows that. Also Keep in Mind that at the time of the Recording, I still think My sister is negligent, not malicious and have no Idea she has the money – that’s the part I just figured out. But every One else knows My sister has the money!!!

“Well Tanja, then I’m going to object to Your application.”

“Then FINE! I’m sorry but it Will go through without Your approval, Sean!”

Gee, that’s interesting, right? How does Tanja know it Will go through? Is she psychic, did they bribe the judge? How does she know so absolutely? Unless… she already knows there Will never be a hearing?

“And how is that?”

“Because I don’t need both of You to approve it – I don’t. Says who? And have You got Michael’s consent?”

“Yes, I do!”

You can almost feel the betrayal. Less than a week before this, My brother Promised he would never support My sister’s application again, and We agreed that Noah should be compelled to deposit the money with the Court. He told Me he hadn’t heard from Tanja in ages and that she had no interest in making any future applications – ‘their plan’ was that because no One could agree on who should Act as Estate Trustee, the money Will just dry up in a bank account. Or at least, that’s what Michael Wished for Me to believe.

After a long silence of devastate-Sean…

“And so then, You are going to accept liability for all harm Noah has done to the Estate?”

“I guess so.”

“Don’t guess, Tanja!”

“Yup. Then I guess You’re… Yup.”

“So that’s it, You Wish for Me to bring a Claim against You, You’re accepting full liability for what Noah’s done to Us?”

“Yeah, if You feel there’s been some kind of wrongdoing.”

But perhaps the most incriminating of the entire audio, and (more importantly) how Tanja knows her Application Will succeed.

23:55 – “If I fill out the Application, he Will Give the funds to Me.”

Six second pause. 24:01 – “Say what?!“

“If I fill out the Application (yeah), Noah Will Give the funds to Me and I can disperse it to the rest of You.“

I couldn’t believe I was hearing right the first time – and she states it so boldly and shamelessly!

“Noah has Promised You that?”

“Yes!”

That’s the fraud. Never any intention to actually FILE documents, just ‘start’ an application, show Noah the Application, and he releases the funds – Tanja’s off the hook because I believe she’s made an Application and am (endlessly) waiting for a hearing for this Application that I Will never receive, and trying to respond to an Application that doesn’t (actually) exist. Now to get My share, I have to sue My sister and brother because they sure as shit have no intention of telling Me anything.

My sister thinks majority rules – it doesn’t. She can proceed with an Application, she just can’t proceed without a hearing for the Endorsement of the Certificate which is now required because I did not Give consent. It’s Common Sense – the Court Will Wish to know why I’m not Giving consent, so they Will Wish to hear from Me. The Courts probably figure that if I don’t Trust My sister, I Will Wish to be especially well informed, not less informed of what she’s doing.
