Volume CCLXXXII: The Terrific Two’s Day Edition; My Naughty Little Sister, Tanja Johnson

I am getting very excited about My next Motion hearing and preparing My materials for the day. Primarily, I’m war King on a Reply Factum which You can find here, pass Word is ‘Lucky Seven’. But if You DO go and check it out, You Will discover why it’s Truly a Terrific Tuesday in My Microcosm because last week I was tall King about how Michael and I knew about Tiffany’s Will from day one! I shared the email after I had received Tanja’s Factum for the upcoming Motion.

“Tanja had no knowledge that an original of the Holograph Will existed until February 22, 2023. Tanja has no reason to believe that the Holograph Will is not valid.”

Last week, Tanja says she had no knowledge of a Will until February 22, 2023. She has ‘no reason’ to believe it is not valid.

And literally as I am Posting and uploading the last Reply Factum I received from Christopher for Michael, I receive an email from Erica Kapa, telling Me that she made an error last week and sent the wrong reply factum! Really? Just how many versions of Tanja’s story are there, exactly? Well, if they do not respond to My email soon, that Will be My next Quest-Ion, and I’ll be adding these emails and details to My Motion Record.

See, a ‘Motion Record’ is a Record of everything that takes place from the start of the Motion to the date of the hearing relevant to inform a Sean the parties Wish to bring to ‘move’ the Court. So I’m Creating a Motion Record at the same time I’m Creating a Factum and although they might typically ‘object’ because I’m not serving My Motion Record on them, they can’t object because My Motion Record does not contain any new information, it’s just a Record of events and inform a Sean I’ve received.

Funny they think that Tanja’s temporary amnesia doesn’t change the substance of the Motion. Really?

Tanja’s understanding and belief is that the Holograph Will was revoked by the testator. This understanding was based on discussions she was not privy to between Tiffany Singh, the named executor of the Holograph Will, and Michael von Dehn prior to the First Application, and is consistent with the behaviour of Tiffany Singh since then.

So now they are telling a new Story. Tanja knew about a Will, but she thought it was revoked?

“Tiffany Singh has previously stated that that the Holograph Will was revoked.”

There are SO many more problems here now than there were before!!! Why? Well, now they are trying to convince the Court the Will was revoked by Tiffany. If that’s True, then why did Greg McConnel contact Tanja? And how did he know she’d been awarded the Certificate if Tiffany revoked the Will and has not retained Greg as her lawyer? There’s no Way for the public to know about this Estate because there is no Court of Record.

What’s really going on? It’s bank fraud, really. And it’s the Canadian National Bank that’s behind it. There are $3 million in Claims waiting to proceed against the Estate until a Trustee during litigation (ETDL) is appointed by the Court to represent My father. If the bank lawfully enforced its right to proceed under power of sale, they must have an ETDL appointed, at which time ALL claims against the Estate Will proceed, and all Beneficiaries (listed on the REGISTRY) Will receive Notice. The bank didn’t Wish to compete with the other claims against the Estate, so they didn’t Wish to have any One officially appointed. They Wished to sell the house privately to hide it from creditors, and took advantage of My brother and sister’s negligence by telling them that if they agree, it’s all ‘legal’ because they are the majority interest holders.

The lawyer, Hala Tabl, is paid for by National Bank out of the Estate funds to ensure Tanja gets the application so they can Sign off and leave Tanja liable to the other $3 million when the insurance company (or whoever) finds out what the bank did to hide assets. Insurance companies are powerful, they Will not be happy about what Noah (for National Bank) did to get around their claims, and if they find out My brother and sister helped to ensure they get their share… Well, then they are complicit in the crime, aren’t they?

That’s also why Tanja Johnson has the money in a fake bank account not registered to her home address. They are trying to hide bank fraud money.
