There was a hearing for the rights violation scheduled before the 17th, and Madeleine seems to acknowledge this on the phone without comprehending what a Default Judgment is on a Court of Record. In her defense, Madeleine is not the One with the authority to hear the Matter and make a decision, her official ‘Title’ is Appeal Resolution Officer. At the same time, there is only one Resulotion to be had, which is to Honour the Trust Instrument and provide Remedy to the injured parties whos Trust was Breached, and to do so as soon as possible once it is known that Beneficiaries are being harmed and Trust is routinely breached, including spoliation of documents (a federal (indictable) offense).

As much as People can plead ignorance, ignorance in not an excuse for the Law and does not excuse negligence allowing for continuous breaches of Trust causing harm to Beneficiaries perpetrated by the Public Trustees unabated.
