Volume CCLXXXVIII: The Witches, Wizards and Warlocks Lucky Wednesday Edition; The City of Ottawa’s Breach of Public Trust

Today’s Luck was another unusually high number of downloads of the Default Judgment awarded against the City of Ottawa on September 15th, 2023 for Breach of Public Trust. The problem is, not a single individual within the City of Ottawa or the Tribunal appear to have lifted a finger to put a stop to the harm being done, and continue to breach the Public Trust by failing to Enforce the Order against them, or Provide the Remedy awarded to the Beneficiaries.

I can completely understand why the City of Ottawa might be sore about Me winning a massive lawsuit and Wish to delay the Remedy as long as possible because that’s exactly what they’ve been doing for the last six years and is essentially the nature of the Appeal to the Tribunal in the first place. But to know that there is another injured party waiting to receive Remedy and failing to provide it is a Degree of negligence that is unacceptable. There really is no other Way to describe it, it is indefensible before a Court because neither ignorance or incompetence is any excuse for the Law (or violating it). So, “oh, We didn’t know the Judgment was binding, he’s not a judge…” really isn’t going to cut it.

The excuse I received from Madeleine Myubi was that the case file had not been assigned for review yet. So Madeleine presumes that just because the Court hasn’t confirmed that the Default Judgment is binding, it isn’t effectively binding yet. Unfortunately, that’s not True. The Default Judgment is binding the moment it is made and served upon opposing counsel. Failing to recognize that fact is only further breach of Trust and criminal negligence causing harm until the fact is recognized and the Judgment is carried out.

I’m also going to tell You right now that I don’t believe for even one second that Madeleine doesn’t know the Default Judgment is binding, she’s only claiming that she’s not qualified to make that assertion. A Resolution Officer most certainly knows that a Default Judgment obtained by Way of written, summary proceedure is a (default/no contest) Resolution! She’s just gaslighting to stall and liable in her personal, private capacity for the delay if the Matter has not been passed on to some One with sufficient authority to communicate the Judgment to the City.

But I do believe that My converse a Sean with Madeleine yesterday was productive because of the number of times the Default Judgment was downloaded today. Twenty-two more dowloads today, most within a few hours after midnight!

But the other Beneficiary is Genuinely in a very difficult situation and was as King of Me if there is anything she could do to help! That’s how much she requires her Remedy, her Life partner has only been Given a few months to Live and most of her time is spent taking care of her partner in pallative care. I suggested adding an Affidavit to let the Court know how much she requires the Remedy but even that is too overwhelming for her considering everything else she has going on.

So today I decided to share the email thread as an Affidavit Testimony on its own, and Will be as King the Beneficiary if she Wishes to make Affidavit Testimony directly to the Court, and if so I Will make a Requisition for Accommodation. Accommodation requests are made for Special cases for People with unique circumstances and this situation certainly qualifies. So the following evidence was added to the Claim.

And for those who haven’t read the Default Judgment yet, it is well worth it for any One who Wishes to understand a little more about how a Sovereign economy would work without central banks (foreign intervenors of the Public Trust, legitimately).

Already four hundred and forty-two downloads in less than two weeks, more than double My next most downloaded document! I said I was thing King it Will hit a thousand before the end of the year, I believe it Will hit one thousand before the end of next month, probably much sooner!

But I still have to chase after State Actors to get the Judgment Enforced, so I’m also following up with local authorities.

When One is a debtor, the creditor can contact the debtor once a day to recover their debt until the debt is recovered or until payment arrangements are made without the correspondence being considered harassment according to Canadian Law. I know this little fact because I once collected debt for the Canadian government when I was a war King class Man! And True Story, One must pass a mini-IQ test to qualify for the job. Fifteen People made it to the final interview which was nothing but a Written test. Five top grades get the job. I was one of five (they don’t tell You how You did). One is also required to use a fake name (because One is not liable in their personal capacity, the agency assumes liability for My actions anyway), so I used a fake name that was obvious and clever (or so I thought at the time), ‘Frank Sharp’. Laugh all You Wish, I collected $2.5k on My first day and was the only collector to ever receive not one, but two THANK YOU cards!!! I kept them for so long, too… I was the nicest collector One would ever Imagine, and I got the job done (I can be very persuasive when I Wish to be). Top five producer on the board the entire time I was there (three months, I hated it), then I got into sales.

Anyway, Catherine Will get a letter from Me every day until I receive My Remedy, and I might legitimately pay for My next grocery bill with My thumbprint just to see what the police do! I finding My situate-Sean rather hilarious these days. So the ‘CW27’ just means Catherine Wood, 27th of September so that I’m not overwriting previous documents.

Alright, that’s it for now. I was too busy with other things yesterday for a Matrix Interpret a Sean but I did watch John Wick IV the other day and that movie kicks ass! Keanu is making some killer films, pun intended. Tonight I downloaded Mission Impossible IV and I’m looking forward to it because I love spy movies (Good ones), My favourits series so far being the Jason Bourne quadrology (though only the ones with Matt Damon meet the high franchise standard).
