Volume CCLXXXVIII: The Super Natural Son Day Edition; A Letter to the Premier, Doug Ford

To the Honourable Premier, Doug Ford,

Good day, Sir, I have a rather URGENT Matter for Your most immediate attention.

Attached, You Will find a Default Judgement, Nihil Dicit, Res Judicata awarded against the City of Ottawa in an Appeal before the Social Benefits Tribunal (SBT) on Friday, September 15th, 2023.

The Default Judgement and attached Notices it contains, detail gross criminal negligence as Trustees of the Public Trust in their administrative Duties to Beneficiaries of Ontario Works, and either by Way of further incompetence, or with malicious intent, continued to trespass upon a Trust Instrument on a Court of Record in Real time before the tribunal.

Now they are showing as much contempt and criminal negligence in response to the Default Judgement awarded against them as they were before the SBT.

Not a single individual from the City of Ottawa has lifted a finger to provide the Relief and Remedy the Beneficiaries are Entitled to by the Default Judgement awarded in their favour, nor has anything been done to put a stop to the harm being done.

This is a very serious Issue and I publish everything on My Blog. Not even the City’s lawyer or local police Will respond. Is the level of corruption in the City of Ottawa so great that these People can’t be touched, that this sort of behaviour is acceptable? Does the Rule of Law not apply to Beneficiaries of the Public Trust?

Please just read the Default Judgement, it is self explanatory. Although I know You concede to no wrongdoing, I am impressed You are restoring the Land to the Greenbelt – it was the right thing to do. It helps make You more Trust-worthy. I respect that.

I’m offering a $1,000,000.00 reward for the first Law Enforcement Agency to take Action, and a personal bonus of $100,000.00 to the first individual to take Action in response to this very serious Matter.

The longer the Default Judgement is delayed, the more potential harm Will be done both to Beneficiaries of the Public Trust, and any information they may Wish to spoliate before an appropriate investigation can be conducted.

I look forward to hearing from You, I believe this is a Matter for the OPP, I would love to know why the Ottawa Police do nothing. Who do they work for, exactly?

We’ll try something a little different if We don’t hear something before 5:00 Post Midi on Magical Monday, it Will be time for Casting some new Spells.

I did hear something. This is an update because I’m not sure what time I emailed the premier but I did receive an automated reply at 9:07 Post Midi. However, in addition to posting the email, I would like to point out the line that I find most critical.

“There may be occasions when, given the issues you have raised and the need to address them effectively, we will forward a copy of your correspondence to the appropriate government official.”

I’m pointing this out because this is in fact ‘due process’ if You Will. Any ‘Trustee’ of the Public Trust (such as Doug Ford or any other State Actor) has a Duty and obligation to address the concerns of the People, and if they are unable to do so, they have a Duty and Obligate Sean to notify the appropriate government agency to deal with the Matter.

Notice it says ‘We Will forward…’? What I’m getting at here, is that I should be able to report this Matter to ANY government agency and as soon as they find out harm is being done to Beneficiaries of the Public Trust, THEY have the Duty and Obligate-Sean to notify the appropriate Ministry to take action and stop the harm. Failure to do so is negligence causing harm. I’m not a State Actor, so I don’t have any olbigate-Sean to know what Ministry or agency to contact to put a stop to the harm being done, but Doug Ford most certainly should (for example).

For now, I’m just excited that I Will finally have an opportunity to Honour My Father proper three weeks tomorrow! Time is such an elusive thing because even September seemed like forever to wait, initially. But three weeks Will pass quickly and before We know it, My siblings Will be standing before Me in a Court of Law. My brother is probably Wishing My Words did not Magically Manifest because he Will remember Me telling him that if he ever betrayed Me with respect to My Father’s Estate, he Will find him Self in a Court of Law with Me one day. Three weeks (3×7) tomorrow.

So I’m war King on brushing up My Character for Court and having a lot of Fun, feeling very Creative and Inspired these days!
