Madeleine Myubi’s Criminal Negligence, Incompetence, Social Benefits Tribunal

Well, the Degree of incompetence and criminal negligence of ALL Agents of the Public Trust in Canada continues to astound as Madeleine Myubi claims to have NO IDEA what a DEFAULT JUDGEMENT means on a Court of Record! Can You believe she claims to be a ‘RESOLUTION OFFICER’?! Yeah, apparently, a ‘Resolution Officer’ who seems to believe that six years of Willful trespass upon a Testamentary Instrument, spoliation of government documents to feign ignorance of a Trust Instrument, breach of privacy with criminal intent to spoliate the evidence to avoid accountability, are all PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE Breaches of the Public Trust, and believes these individuals should be able to continue to cause harm to Beneficiaries for at least another month because… Well, once another month when One has been torturing People under threat of economic harm for YEARS? No big deal at all, according to Madeleine Myubi!!!

Yeah, this is absolutely nothing more or less than yet another attempt by a State Actor to gaslight the rule of Law and protect criminal Trustees of the Public Trust so that they can continue to abuse their privileges and cover up their crimes (by spoliating countless more documents to destroy evidence), presumably for no other reason than Madeleine doesn’t Wish to provice Remedy to the Beneficiaries, she Wishes to subject them to as much harm as possible, pleading the exact same ignorance and incompetence regarding the Default Judgement and Court Order awarded against the City. I am going to be as King for her to be held liable for the additional harm she is causing these Beneficiaries by Way of her incompetence and failure to forward the Default Judgement to an individual who can award the Remedy provided and MOST IMPORTANTLY PUT A STOP TO THE HARM BEING DONE!!!

This Degree of incompetence demonstrated by a ‘so-called’ Resolution Officer is mind-numbing.

Madeleine appears to be completely ignorant, yet We know she’s not because Madeleine is OBLIGED to know exactly what is taking place on the Court of Record. This is just one more criminal Act, hoping that pleading ignorance is sufficient excuse for the continued harm becoming Beneficiaries as a result of her incompetence. Here’s My reply.
