Volume CCXC: The Magical Monday Motive a Sean Edition; A Day of Thanks for Giveness

Hello every One, and welcome to the Motive a Sean all Monday Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always an Honour and Pleasure to have You in My House. Today I have a very Special Thanks Giving Edition for every One, but especially My siblings. One of the things I am Truly most thank Full for, is My ability to for Give and for Get. The moment One for Gives, is the moment One fore-Gets because they are free to focus on their Life’s Purpose without distract-Sean’s. I fore Give People before they are even as King… The problem is, One is required to be as King before One can be fore-Given!

That’s also why this is an important Post not only for My siblings, but for every One else in the world, too, especially State Actors. My Trust Instrument requires Me to fore Give of any One who is as King, it is a Principle in Law Writ directly into the Trust Instrument which determines the Situs (Jurisdiction) of the Trust.

When all of My adversaries in Law discover that One can only gaslight for so long before Matters Will come before a Court of competent Jurisdiction, the wise thing to do would be to come to Me with an apology and a counter offer. Lawyers/liars are so egomaniacal that they just can’t do it, and State Actors appear to be just as bull headed and stupid.

Not only are agents of Ontario Works akin to lemmings running toward their certain doom, their collective cognitive dissonance with respect to the reality of their situation only assures that it Will not be a quick and sudden death, they are choosing to hit every jagged boulder on the drop down to ensure they break every bone in their proverbial body before finally meeting their demise and drowning in the ocean below.

Madness to any One watching this Scene unfold on the World Stage but I guess State Actors figure their on stage performance hasn’t really harmed them too much yet because mainstream media Will never tell You about Me until they have no choice. Actually, they were forced to once!!!

That’s a Funny Story too, but One I’ve told before so I Will not retell it again save to say that the Significance of the Story is that the two Ladies who requested for Me to participate insisted that I introduce My Self as King Sean, of House von Dehn. I told them that if I do that, the paper Will be obligated to Honour it because it’s a legitimate legal Title, like doctor. Initially, that only increased their enthusiasm. I had to advise them that printing My Title in the local paper is the last thing the City of Ottawa Wishes to be compelled to do, and that they would likely cut My portion of the interview or not print the article at all.

I was correct, basically. The interview was on Thursday and was supposed to be in the paper by Friday morning, no later than Saturday if they missed the print deadline. A week later one of the Ladies contacted Me as King of Me to intervene and gave Me the contact email for the publisher because the story still wasn’t published and she believed that he was ‘gaslighting’ and making lame excuses.

I don’t think I officially placed the publisher on Notice but I did say something about Honouring the contract and that there would be legal consequences if they didn’t. Within an hour I was being re-interviewed by Olivia Blackmore, as King of Me why I chose to move to Ottawa.

But back to Giving Thanks this Thanks Giving. I am also thank Full for My ability to fore Give. I have fore Given My Brother and Sister, but they must be as King of Me for Giveness before it can be Granted. Two weeks today, if either of My two siblings have not yet sent Me a Hand Writ Letter of apology, they Will be going to jail, or at the very least getting arrested. The lawyers Will probably go straight to jail because they should know better.

Oh, and I still have to place Michelle Murphy and Carrie Thompson from the Bracebridge Courthouse on Notice of Summons!!! I almost forgot about those two! I guess I’m only Giving them two weeks Notice now, but that’s more than sufficient. If they don’t Wish to come, I Will be as King for war Rants to be Issued and they can be humiliated at their place of business. Nothing more humiliating than being removed from Your job in the middle of Your shift by police!!!

Now of course, My siblings lawyers Will be telling them that all of this is just nonsense and Fantasy Fict-Sean, that I don’t have any Power to Issue War Rants and have People arrested.

That is a point I strongly disagree with, simply because even if they were correct and I didn’t have any authority to Issue arrest War Rants, the Judge most certainly does, and there is nothing to stop Me from as King, and only defense counsel Will be able to convice the Court otherwise because the Court doesn’t have the luxury of making decisions, only People can do that, and they do so when they are feeling sufficiently moved by a party to do so. I can be very convincing when I Wish to be, and I believe I can move a Judge to Enforce any Order I am as King for in accordance with Canadian Law and the criminal code.

I’m going to be making Friendly with some Judges pretty soon, I am thing King. I feel like I already have to be perfectly honest with You. Now, I could still prove to be wrong, and maybe Canada’s Courts are just entirely corrupt, but I am thing King that Justice Gomery is in fact a very Good Judge who just happened to make a mistake once, and only because she was unfairly influenced by the City of Ottawa’ s lawyer, Genevieve Langlaise. Second time the City’s lawyer violated the Rules of Civil procedure to unfairly influence a Judge of the Superior Court with criminal intent (Bobby Beaudoin) to interfere with Justice. She’s in a LOT of trouble with every One right now!!! Expect her to be (officially) fired very soon if she hasn’t been already.

But even after that, Gomery has proved to be very impartial in this Matter so far, and has Honoured both the Trust and My (legal) position in relation to it. As far as Jusice Jaye Hooper is concerned… Well, I did call her a Jester of a Justice because her decision was a joke – I didn’t realize it was intentional and (more importantly) for My Benefit).

That’s why it took thirteen weeks to make the decision because it was a huge gamble. It was so ridiculous, I was tempted to withdraw the claim ‘no confidence in the Judiciary of the Court’ and take the claim and decision to the Divisional Court for review. But I figured I’d wait to see if My siblings try to ride that wave and use the decision to support their own motion because then I have them on collusion to perpetrate fraud on the Court with malicious, criminal intent to influence Justice and defame the Character of the Trustee, and undermine his Trust Instrument.

That was the exact same Idea Justice Hooper had. She already knew based on how I responded to the threats to remove video recordings that I was not going to just allow such a ridiculous decision to stand on the Record (even if I’m threatened with jail) and that I would probably vacate the decision, or at least file a Motion to do so. Her Honour requested receipt of acceptance, and I responded to advise the Judge the decision was unacceptable (proper legal and lawful Word) and heard no reply (which is a tacit agreement on a Court of Record).

The Courts know that the only defense My adversaries have is to gaslight, so the Courts found a Way to take advantage of their arrogance! Just because opposing counsel like to pretend the Notices they are served with mean nothing and can just be ignored, that doesn’t make it True. Never was True, never Will be. If You say nothing, You are presumed guilty because Honourable People Will defend their Character on the world Stage.

Opposing counsel believe that because there was no reply, the decision stands. Again, only True in their fantasy version of this Story. One of the Ways You KNOW Justice Hooper made the incorrect decision on purpose, is how she Styled the decision. A Judge Will never override the ruling of another Judge. Sally Gomery referenced the Trust and Trustee in her Endorsement ‘on the Record’. Justice Jaye Hooper doesn’t even have the authority to ignore Sally’s previous Endorsement, it is precedence – that’s how this stuff works!

Sally knew the Court agreed to hear My request to vacate one of her previous orders and the Court Will not hear a motion to Vacate a Judge’s Order unless they intend to follow through. The City of Ottawa was only invited for the same reason My siblings are being invited on the 23rd.

Now of course, maybe this is all Fantasy Fict-Sean and I Will get arrested for all the advocacy work I do here. There must be something criminal about reporting on corrupt State Actors and lawyers/liars, member of the ‘Law Society’ which appear to be nothing more than criminals with a license to steal. I did tell You that licenses are only to permit licentious behaviour, right? I tell no lies.

The worst part of this situate Sean, is that I cut My Mum off, too. My Mum was encouraging My brother and sister, telling Me to leave the Matter alone and stop ‘causing problems’. I can deal with all of that, but I can’t ‘pretend’ to have a relationship with My Mum while My siblings are engaged in serious fraud. My Mum is thing King I’m exaggerating, Tanja and Michael are so perfect in every Way, they would never try and screw Me over or hide estate assets from creditors. My Mum Will blame Me for My siblings getting arrested. That’s how serious the cognitive dissonance is with My family. Sad, isn’t it?

So I am reminding My Brothter and Sister that if I don’t have an apology Letter in My Hand before I walk into Court on the 23rd of this month, You Will be entirely subject to Canada’s Criminal Code for Your conduct, and I Will feel no remorse as I have Gifted You with every opportunity to avoid criminal prosecute-Sean.

If You can’t do it for Me, do it for Mum. I know she can Live without Me in her Life, but the two of You… That’s going to be very hard for her. And Your children. Think of Your children. Is all of this worth it, or time to apologize? Tick tock…
