Notice to the Social Benefits Tribunal for Criminal Breach of Public Trust

Hello every One, I Will have the usual, ‘Super Natural Son Day Edition’ later today, this is another Special Post for the City of Ottawa’s Public Trustees (State Actors in any Role on the world Stage).

I have mentioned here in this Public a Sean several times that the only reason I’ve been so emphatic and assertive in My emails to People like Sana Abou-Araff, Orsolya Vancsody and other Public Trustees, is because I know how serious these charges are, and how much trouble these People Will be in if I am ever compelled to bring them into Court!!! And here We are, six years later, every single Public Trustee still pleading ignorance as their only excuse for violating My Trust in God!!!

Yes, My Trust Instrument requires Me to for Give People who are as King for it. I have been fore-Giving these People for six years, presuming they are just too stupid to know better, and not really Wishing to be compelled to file criminal charges against them because I know how serious these charges are!

Private, criminal prosecute-Sean is something that is always available to every Man and I have so much evidence because of this International Public a Sean, I don’t even need to file a Claim into a Superior Court or similar Court of competent Jurisdiction to prosecute according to Canada’s Criminal Code, especially if the criminal offence is plain and obvious. If I were to just hand over all the inform a Sean in My Appeal to the Social Benefits Tribunal including all the Notices served upon them and the hearing, the Default Judgement awarded against them and the rest of the inform a Sean regarding their contempt since that Default Judgement and Remedy for the Beneficiaries was awarded against them that would immediately put a stop to the harm being done… They really Will not have a choice but to prosecute because it Will be on the Registry once it’s filed, just like any Claim made to the Superior, Divisional, or any other Court of competent Jurisdiction.

So I’m making one last effort to let these People know how serious these charges are just to see how long they allow for the ‘aggravated circumstances’ to continue. Every day they don’t carry out the Default Judgment awarded against them, they do so at their own peril, further aggravating their criminal negligence, and their position is also taken into consider a Sean for aggravated circumstances at the time of Sentencing – it is a requirement of the Judge to consider aggravated circumstances, and how many People are taking advantage of thier Trusted position (like a police sergeant, for example). Not reasonable to know that a Sergeant doesn’t know how serious these charges are, is it?

But at this point, unless they come to Me grovelling, I Will be spending the next little while deciding how I Will proceed. Options include private, criminal prosecution, requesting a meeting with a Justice of the Peace for Crown prosecution, a review of the inform a Sean by the Divisional Court, emphasizing how ‘incorrect and unreasonable’ (and criminal) the Social Benefits Tribunal hearing was.

The other great benefit to having an International Public a Sean, is that it IS a legitimate Court of Record AND a Court of competent Juris-dick, Sean!!! I am considerably more well Versed in Law than any lawyer I have had opposing Me so far!!!
