Hello every One, and thank King or Queen You for being here. I am NOT officially (office-I-ally) back, though I am here to Deliver some very Good News!!! Yes, the Title of today’s Post is True in Ways that only a Good and Benevolent God could Orchestrate. Yes, the Universal Conductor has once again for Given Me that which I have been as King of God for to the Letter!!!
The last Motion I Recorded in My Civil Claim, 22-89835 featured another Star in this Universal Production in Harmony with Our Theme of ‘the One‘, dis-Honourable Justice, Marc E. Smith – or Agent Smith if We Wish to be tall King about Our Real Life Matrix – or in this particular case, My Tricks as Master Magi-Sean of unprecedented pro-Port-Sean’s. Amazing how everything relates to citizen Ships being docked (or ‘doctored’), re-Corded, and tied (joinder) to a Port of entry. To un-tie One’s Ship from the Dock so that it can SALE to another Port on commercial Admiralty’s Holy Sea (See) requires a ‘Pass-Port’ from the ships owner (Crown corporation). I’m sure all this Word Play is just a convenient coincidence if We believed in such things. The language of God does not believe in coincidence, only Divine Intervent-Sean.
And, right on queue with Our consistent theme of an emerging Golden Dawn, it was Dawn Neilly of the Ottawa Police Service who Showed up to serve ‘Sean VON DEHN’ with an UNDERTAKING for violating ‘CJA 136(1)(b) and CJA(1)’, which pertain to PUBLISH/BROADCAST/REPRODUCE PHOTO/VIDEO/RECORDING; and to ‘TAKE OR ATTEMPT TO TAKE PHOTO/VIDEO/RECORDING’.
Despite advising delinquent Dawn Neilly that I am NOT the person named on the information, she said she isn’t going to correct the name on the information, and if I refuse to accept the UNDERTAKING on behalf of this artificial person, that I Will be cuffed and detained – although it was expressed to Me in reverse. Something like, “that’s okay, You do NOT have to accept the UNDERTAKING, but if You do, We don’t have to cuff You or detain You.”
As I have said many times previously, never refuse acceptance of service, especially when One has done as I have done with a witness Present (she had some comatose-looking partner with her who said nothing at all except to deny having met Me previously with Sergeant Catherine Wood – it was obvious he was lying and remembers Me well), advising that I am NOT the Man named on her information. I’m being threatened with harm for failing to comply, I don’t even have to Sign ‘without prejudice’ because the threat is clearly expressed in the UNDERTAKING it Self, making it impossible for Me to legally or lawfully accept except under duress.
In Order for consent to be legally and lawfully binding, the consent MUST be fully informed (I have no disclosure of any facts to support this allegation) and Given freely without coercion or intimidation. There are clearly adverse consequences for failing to comply with this unlawful order, and two very intimidating individuals threatening to take Me away in handcuffs if I don’t Sign the agreement.
The most interesting thing about the entire situation, is that detective Neilly’s Voice kept ‘breaking’ as One’s Voice tends to do when One is nervous about something. That was evident when she was tall King to Me, she seemed flustered and unsure of what to say to Me. Although it was clearly noticeable, I didn’t mention it because the idiot standing behind her was confirming My suspicions – he looked even more nervous, almost embarrassed – like he didn’t Wish to be there.
It wasn’t until delinquent detective Neilly handed Me the UNDERTAKING to Sign that I Noticed she was also shaking!!! And NOT just a little! She was shaking like a leaf. When I was as King of her what was wrong, why does she seem so nervous, why is she shaking so much, she says to Me, “Oh, don’t worry about that, I’m always like this?”
“You are always nervous and shaking like this?”
“Yup!”, like that wasn’t unusual for a police officer at all. They’ve got guns, a baton, tasers, handcuffs, bullet-proof vests and God only knows what else, and they are standing in front of a Man who doesn’t weigh more than a buck thirty soaking wet (if I’m lucky and putting on some weight), and they are nervous?
Last time I volunteered to go with them peacefully for making false accusations against Me, constable Jenkyn’s decided that was ‘resisting arrest’, sent Me flying through the air with one of My arms so that I had to grab a door frame to avoid falling on the floor on My face, only to have him drop kick Me in the back to bring Me to the ground, breaking one of My ribs. All charges he made against Me were withdrawn by the request of Crown, no apology or compensate-Sean was ever Given. I’m the One who should be feeling nervous!
And yet for whatever reason, I wasn’t nervous, I was furious – and of course that is the intent. Make Me angry because something tells Me they know exactly how dangerous I can be if One makes Me angry, so the hope is that I Will lash out at some One and become violent. I’m not dangerous because I’m violent, I’m dangerous because if I don’t avenge My enemies, God Will – and He does a much better job than I could ever dream, which helps Me temper My raging inferno. Pigs Will be pigs. Oink, oink, despicable detective, delinquent Neilly.
The most interesting thing about this Will be obtaining the disclosure. I wonder if they Will try to ‘redact’ parts of the inform a Sean again. A ‘redacted’ inform a Sean is also a constitutional violation and a violation of Principles of Justice governing full disclosure.
Beautifully, this is also a breach of contract on the part of Catherine Woods and constable Christopher Matthew Jenkyn’s who Promised to never again violate My inherent rights in favour of victimless crimes and corporate policy. Obviously, Jenkyns and Wood are very slow learners.
However, this Will be every interesting in Deed because I have no Idea what Recording this may pertain to – or perhaps all of them? What makes this a ‘Golden Dawn’ for Me, is that criminal court is a lot harder to defraud because People are seriously harmed if the Court makes an incorrect decision. One can perhaps consider commercial losses ‘negligible’ at least morally speaking – the harm done to a Man by the loss of property is Real but indirect, less obvious, easier to ‘gaslight’. Putting a Man in prison for a victimless crime for upholding a Trust obligation that is entirely lawful on a federal level… Not likely to succeed, even in the corrupt climate of Canada’s Courts with Arif ‘the Vile’ Virani and Justin ‘the Treasonous’ Trudeau at the helm of the citizen’s Ship.
The International Public Record has been updated, and I Will be bringing this Matter before the International High Court of the King’s Bench when I come up with an appropriate Title for this new Present-a-Sean.
