I honestly haven’t been this excited about Presenting inform a Sean to a Court Justice potentially ever!!!
Most People really don’t look forward to having their day in Court, especially if One is being charged under Canada’s Criminal Code or the Provincial Offences Act. They would Love to charge Me under Canada’s Criminal Code but that would mean the Court would have to (MUST) inherit the Jurisdiction necessary to provide relief and remedy to the Claimant (and they certainly don’t Wish for that)!
The Provincial Courts do not have the authority or jurisdiction to interfere with any Matter before the Superior Court, so I am honestly thing King that tomorrow Will be a big fat nothing burger, but every One has an official invite a Sean to attend the proceeding any Way. The Product Sean starts at 13:30, or 1:30 Post Midi, May 31, 2024.

I won’t bore You with another screenshot showing nothing, but I just used the Court Case lookup tool to check to see if the SUMMONS has been processed yet, and still NOTHING filed with Crown! So if there is nothing before the Court, there is a Good chance tomorrow Will be nothing more than sitting around watching other People pay their parking tickets – that’s about how serious this Court is.
That is why We requested a date for trial for this Matter because if the police are engaged in fraud and don’t Wish to process their paperwork with the Court, I can do it for them! The reality is, this was some kind of bluff, they last thing they actually Wish to see, is for Me to bring this Matter before a Court of competent Jurisdiction. They Will not get away with these kind of shenanigans in a legitimate hearing, they are engaged in fraud with intent to intimidate and harass a Trustee and Claimant in a Superior Court proceeding, and that is a very serious ‘no no’!
So I Imagine I Will likely just wait around all day for a chance to Present to the Court, and they Will never be as King of Me to speak unless I announce My Self and explain why I am there. In the event I am not Gifted with the opportunity to do so, I have already requested a trial date and filed a Notice of Intent to Present to the Court (Appearance – the successful result of a ‘SUMMONING’ Spell).
Criminals don’t generally get excited about Presenting their case to a Justice of the Peace, I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen tomorrow, and I Sincerely hope some of You Will join Me!
