Ottawa’s Auditor General Nathalie ‘the Ghoulish’ Gougeon Conspires and Colludes with City of Ottawa’s Criminal Conduct

Hello every One and welcome to the Fabulous Free Lance Friday Edition and what an incredible Free Lance Friday I have to share with You today!!! Yes, I can confirm that the City of Ottawa is pretty much nothing more than a criminal cabal posing as public servants. Police are thugs there to defend the treasonous Acts of the Trudeau government rather than defend the constitutional rights of Canada’s People according to their Oath, public Trustees are there to exploit Beneficiaries for their own personal amusement and saddistic pleasure, threatening Canada’s most marginalized People with economic harm for failing to comply with Orders that violate their inherent rights, weaponizing the municipal police forces if Beneficiaries do not aid and abet the City of Ottawa’s determination to destroy evidence of their crimes necessary for victims of their narcissistic abuse for the purpose of litigation and compensation for their continuous wrongdoings done with impunity and malicious intent to demoralize and emasculate the People they were Trusted to care for. But as far as Nathalie the Ghoulish Gougeon is concerned, this is an acceptable level of criminal negligence and malfeasance, Ontario Works can spoliate as many documents as they Wish from a Beneficiaries case file without consequence, and she tacitly concedes that all State Actors in the City of Ottawa are immune from criminal prosecution, absolutely above the Law, and are not accountable to any One for anything! The Auditor General is APPOINTED by the City of Ottawa, paid by the City of Ottawa, and they only choose People they know are going to help them cover their fraud – that’s why they receive such a big paycheque. They are not there to hold the City of Ottawa accountable, they are there to help them cover their crimes.

I know, that’s a big accusation, but I have all the proof. The Auditor General was placed on Notice of Fraud and gross criminal malfeasance for closing the investigation today on the grounds that there is already a Claim before the City of Ottawa, and therefor they cannot interfere. Unfortunately, the Auditor General’s first priority is to aid and abet the City of Ottawa’s determination to gaslight Me and tacitly concede to Me that the Rule of Law just does not apply to State Actors, and the criminal trespasses upon Me can continue for as long as it takes the City of Ottawa to respond to My Claim – which according to their website, could take up to six months?! The Rules of Civil Procedure only provide twenty days, an additional ten days maximum if One is as King for more time. Why? Because these Rules are based on Common Law Principles integral to Justice. People are entitled to a swift and speedy remedy, so the City of Ottawa Wishes to slow it down by stalling the Claim for an additional six months. If they can’t provide a reasonable response in twenty days, another six months Will not do a damn thing for them, they are guilty as charged and STALLING (because they should be going to jail if the Rule of Law applies to every One equally).

So if there is a swamp of corruption to be drained, it looks like the center of corruption in Canada is the cest pool of Ottawa and it’s un-Trust-worthy State Actors who mandated a bioweapon posing as a vaccine on the unsuspecting populace, promising it was ‘perfectly safe and effective’, while it proved in Truth to be neither of those things. They also coerced, intimidated, and threatened every single individual in Canada with their fascist dictates, so not One Canadian provided legally binding consent because One can’t provide legally binding consent if One is not fully informed, and the government of Canada and Health Canada lied to Canadians and continue to do so to this day!!!

These People need to be arrested for treason, but for now the Auditor General was placed on Notice of Civil and Criminal Liability for not putting the criminal trespasses of Ottawa’s public Trustee to a stop the second they learned of the trespass, and also for failnig to advise the City of Ottawa that the Rule of Law does in fact apply to State Actors.

It appears as though all of these ‘review’ boards (like the Auditor General) are just there to Create the illusion of accountability and Give the People a sense of false confidence. They are really the Ones who allow the City of Ottawa to continue with their criminal trespasses unabated, aggravating the harm done to the Claimant, exaggerating the Value of the Claim and keeping the Matter ‘under the radar’. I guess maybe in this case they don’t care because the Claim is already one hundred and one million dollars and no One at the City of Ottawa has the slightest clue how an economy works, so for them it may as well be a hundred trillion and the Auditor General doesn’t really care how much the Claim is worth, she’s happy to continue aggravating the harm done to Me as much as the City of Ottawa Wishes to stall My Claim so that the criminal trespasses of Ontario Works can continue just a little while longer (I can only presume).

Even the Friends in My Microcosm were very disappointed to see this development because they believed the Auditor General was a legitimate office for complaining of corruption, but they have exposed their Self as complicit with the absolute worst kind of corruption imaginable. Not at all worried that the Ottawa Police are serving People with FRAUDULENT summons and undertaking that are not processed with the Court or Crown, and with no other intent than to intimidate a Claimant before the Superior Court for reporting three million dollars in insurance fraud? Why does the City of Ottawa care about defending a bunch of corrupt lawyers engaged in over three million dollars worth of insurance fraud? Because the City of Ottawa is guilty of much worse, so they are going after Me instead… Simple.

Would You believe that when I responded to tell the Auditor General that the decision was unacceptable and is in fact MORE criminal malfeasance, further breach of Trust by State Actors, and aiding and abetting the criminal trespasses of the City of Ottawa by Way of association. They know the City of Ottawa is spoliating documents, weaponizing the police against a Man with fraudulent information, conspiring with clerks of the Ottawa Court to Keep any Matters damaging to the City of Ottawa’s reputation ‘off the Record’ (not processing documents onto the Registry so there is no permanent ‘public’ Record of when documents were filed with the Court), conspiring with Home for Good to cut of subsidy to People without Notice to them with malicious intent to have them evicted for failing to return forms the City of Ottawa doesn’t even send, and that Multifaith Housing Initiative is complicit with their fraud and colluding with them!!! Not a single individual has even been reprimanded or told that this type of conduct is inappropriate, unprofessional, and ‘unbecoming’ of Trusted professionals (to say the least).

Imagine if any One of Us were this negligent in a job or position! How long does One think they Will last? But State Actors can treat People however they Wish, be as cruel and unkind as they believe the power and authority of their position allows them to be, forgetting entirely that the People they serve are their Kings and Queens, their Sovereign authority! How arrogant these State Actors have become, and how far they Will fall when they are thown from their High, High horse!!!

Of course, I was ‘blocked’ and the file no longer exists shortly after I placed them on Notice of Civil and Criminal Liability for Breach of Trust and colluding with the City of Ottawa, even if they are only colluding by Way of incompetence (which is hardly believable considering her resume), they are criminally negligent for failing to report the crimes of the public Trustee, and therefor allowing the crimes to continue unabated, exaggerating the Claim and aggravating the Claimant. This is gross criminal malfeasance, and it Will now be the Auditor General who Will be named on My application to the Divisional Court, and I Will be including every page of the report to them, and their reply which is quite clearly and plainly, ‘incorrect, unreasonable’ and a gross waste of resources. This woman should go to jail.

And Mara the Wicked Witch Watson of Multifaith Housing Initiative’s ‘self appointed’ Community Gardening Gestapo manager, BANNED an eight year old girl from the Community event last Sunday for refusing to accept a bracelet to Show support for Israel, and instead telling Mara the Wicked Witch Watson that, ‘no, Palestine Will be free!!!’. She was BANNED from the Community even for supporting Palestine. Multifaith Housing Initiative is officially run by Zionist Nazis.
