We have an especially Fabulous Free Lance Friday Edition in store for You today because I recently discovered that the unlawful legal advice provided by Michael Thiele on CFRA 580 Radio’s Morning Rush has been completely removed from the internet! And some People Will still believe these things are a coincidence?

Above is the link to the Morning Rush Radio Show from My original Blog Post where Michael Thiele was providing unlawful legal advice to landlords, advising landlords that they may be as King for One’s medical records and deny applicants tenancy if they refuse to provide those records or show that the individual is ‘unvaccinated’. That is absolute nonsense, entirely unconstitutional, and to the best of My knowledge, lawyers are not supposed to be offering legal opinions to the public because they can be sued if they provide misleading information (as Michael Thiele did here).
I hope You Will check out My original Post on the matter because I was furious! The whole point to My critique of his commentary was to let the public know he is absolutely incorrect and to (potentially) offset some of the harm the misinformation may cause to People that might Trust Michael Thiele as some kind of expert on tenant rights – he’s not. I don’t Wish to be unfair, this is a Globe and Mail endorsement for Michael Thiele and his particular area of expertise.

Residential Landlord and Tenant Law is not constitutional Law and has nothing to do with the inherent rights of Canada’s People outside of what are afforded to tenants by provincial legislation (such as the Landlord Tenant Board).
I was furious because Michael Thiele was catering to the fascism and adding to the discrimination experienced by those who chose not to get vaccinated – People like Me. Producing photo identification and medical records was required to travel anywhere in Nazi Germany because the People allowed it to happen!!! Liars posing as lawyers like Michael Thiele told People it was acceptable and ‘legal’ to discriminate against People with extreme prejudice based exclusively on their medical records.
So You can Imagine how pleased I am to know it is gone!
Despite his twenty years of experience in litigation, Michael Thiele has a $35,000.00 claim to defend against before the Landlord Tenant Board for Mutlifaith Housing Initiative to respond to on the 17th of this month and hasn’t provided a single document in defense yet – according to the rules, his time to provide information for the hearing has expired and he’s technically in default. We’ll see what happens on Lucky Wednesday…
He still annoys Me because he’s determined to allow landlords to believe they can be as King of tenants to produce proof of vaccination status and or their medical records in an application for tenancy. Technically, he is correct – but once again, only on a technicality because as King One for their medical records may not be illegal or unlawful, but discriminating against any One who doesn’t Wish to provide the information would be! See how the information is misleading? This is how liars posing as lawyers talk in riddles with legalese to confuse and confound People.
However, You Will notice he is much more cautious with the language he uses. I’m going to advise landlords that an application for tenancy that includes questions related to vaccination status or other private medical information is absolutely inappropriate and unconstitutional in Canada. Although it would be hard to prove that a landlord were refusing to rent because One fails to provide medical information, the application it Self is unconstitutional and a potential ’cause of action’ against a landlord. So don’t be a fascist dictator slumlord (like Multifaith Housing Initiative) coercing, intimidating, and discriminating against individuals who do not Wish to participate in the medical experiment.
Ben Shapiro has removed every video I have ever criticized here on My Blog, and now the lawyer who Will be ‘tall King’ for Multifaith Housing Initiative next Lucky Wednesday defending against Me, has had his ‘Morning Rush’ interview Magically disappeared from CFRA 580 Radio without a trace?! This is Fabulous Good News for this Free Lance Friday Edition and too Good not to be tall King about!
I wonder if it was CFRA 580 Radio that decided to remove the show because they didn’t Wish to be sued, or if it was by request of Michael Thiele after reading what I had to say about it.
Either Way, the whole point to Writing a critique of Michael Thiele’s legal opinion is basically the same Idea as serving some One with a cease and desist Notice. Removing the interview from the internet is the Honourable thing to do when One is wrong about something and spreading potentially harmful and unlawful, legal advice. So I do acknowledge that Michael Thiele has done the Honourable thing by conceding he was wrong and removing the information. For most lawyers, publicly admitting to any wrongdoing would just be too much for their ego to handle. I Will Give Thiele kudos for showing some humility and doing the right thing by removing the interview – that’s what We call putting on big boy pants!
On that Note, I Wish to close today’s Post with a Post from X related to Danielle Smith, Alberta’s premiere because We all know that Justin Trudeau Will never grow up enough to put on his big boy pants!
Danielle Smith is also correct. Canada’s constitution is the highest Law in Canada and Alberta is going to remind the federal government. Trudeau Will bash Danielle Smith because she is a strong female Character on the world stage who inspires courage and confidence in others. Trudeau cannot stand strong, confident People, especially women. If Jody-Wilson Raybould were still Canada’s Minister of Justice and able to do her job without Trudeau Treason’s interference, I believe Canada would be a completely different country today and some of Canada’s elected officials would be in jail today – that’s precisely why she’s no longer the Minister of Justice and Attorney General.
Okay, I’m going to share one more Post from X because this speech is awesome and well worth reading the subtitles if not familiar with Spanish. I Will confess this last one is more for the state Actors on the world stage who think they can continue to eat cake while the People eat crumbs. There Will be a revolution if things continue this Way, and the poor Will eat the rich…
