City of Ottawa Corrupt-Sean and Canada Post Mail Fraud

Hello every One and welcome to the Tuesday Tell a Vision Edition of the Good News Journal, thank King Your Royal, Moral Highness for being here, the Gift of Your Presence is a Blessing bestowed upon My House. Today’s feature photo is Vinicius ‘the Odious’ Oliveira, a corrupt Crown prosecutor war King for the City of Ottawa and attempting to weaponize the Courts against Me for this Public a Sean – so We’re going to make sure every One knows who the Star of the Show Will be. However, today We are tall King about other Acts of corrupt-Sean perpetrated by the City of Ottawa as We learn more and more about their involvement in Canada Post mail fraud.

A program called ‘Home for Good’ provides (housing) subsidies to People who qualify in the City of Ottawa. The program is run entirely by State Actors, or City of Ottawa employees. Because the government is so incompetent and homelessness is now considered a crisis and emergency situation in the City of Ottawa, it’s only logical to expand government to increase the amount of government salaries and expenses paid annually, pay these People very well from the public Trust account Created for the People’s Benefit (that apparently doesn’t have sufficient resources to put the necessary funds directly into the Hands of People in need – and if One doesn’t know what I’m tall King about, just think of it as the ‘annual budget’; whatever the government is promising to spend money on to improve the lives of Canada’s People) so that they can provide (often insufficient or partial) subsidies to People in need of housing, and use those subsidies as a means of exploiting Canada’s People in violation of their rights under threat of homelessness and eviction for failing to comply. What could be more benevolent, right?

Instead of trying to explain exactly who and what Home for Good is, I’ll let the City of Ottawa tell You in their own Words with a copy of the regulations they are bound by. This Way I can’t get accused of misrepresenting the program…

This document was sent to Me today by Kelly ‘the Contemptuous’ Kritsch to Show Me what the program requires of Home for Good in Order to provide subsidy to People who qualify. State Actors war King for Home for Good at the City of Ottawa have cut off subsidy without Notice to Me on three separate occasions, claiming that necessary information packages were not returned to them – they just leave out the fact that they never sent the package in the first place.

This time We know for sure that the City didn’t Give Me Notice that the subsidy was going to be revoked in June because the renewal package and or Notice that was sent to Me by Registered mail was returned to the City of Ottawa. The receipt claims the package was received by Me, and that I Signed for the package as ‘D. Cote’ on the 23rd of May. Another receipt claims the package was delivered to Me on June 14th with a Signature on file, also reading ‘D. Cote’! ‘D. Cote’ has been a busy individual!!!

Kelly Kritsch is trying to tell Me that the Signature reads ‘D. Cote’ because the package was returned to the City of Ottawa on June 14th, 2024, and the receiver for Canada Post at the City of Ottawa had to Sign to show it had been returned. Well, that is a nice try but the receipt is dated four days before Kelly Kritsch claims to have received the package. It is also somewhat astounding that the receipt also claims the package was delivered on May 23rd, 2024 (just one day after it was mailed)? I wonder which is True. We know that what Kelly Kritsch is telling Us is not possible unless she is able to warp the space time continuum.

But don’t worry, the City of Ottawa has magnificent influence, so apparently they just requested for Canada Post to produce another receipt dated just a few days later than Kelly Kritsch is claiming to have Signed for the package so that the fraud Will not be as obvious.

Exact same receipt, only the date it was Created has changed!!! Amazing, right?! Has any One seen this degree of mail fraud ever?! Seriously. Who would have SO much influence at Canada Post that they can convince clerks to provide new receipts to match their story? Only the City of Ottawa, and only to protect corrupt Trustees exploiting Beneficiaries. I wonder how many receipts they have claiming I’ve Signed for packages as ‘D. Cote’?

So I figured it was only fair to let both Kelly and the City of Ottawa’s lawyer know that I’m going to be sharing Kelly’s story with the Ombudsman for Canada Post who are currently investigating the fraud.

But it’s not only receipts of delivery that have been tampered with, the date the package was accepted by Canada Post also appears to be altered on Kelly Kritsch’s version of the receipt…

Although I don’t understand the motive or purpose for it, the date on the top right of the receipt (the red date stamp) has been altered!!! It was stamped on the 24th of May, but Kelly Kritsch appears to have taken a red pen and Written a ‘3’ over the ‘4’ to make it look like May 23rd? Why? If You look at the document closely it is easy to see that the original stamped date reads May 24…

So if the package was returned on June 14th, then how does Canada Post have a receipt showing a Signature of acceptance dated June 10th, 2024?

Sounds like Kelly Kritsch is caught in a lie – what are You thing King? Here is the email exchange I received from Kelly Kritsch today, attempting to explain the fraudulent Signature they have on file Showing I received a package that was in fact returned to them (and for which I now have proof).

They don’t answer any of My questions, they simply continue to assert that it’s My fault that the subsidy was revoked because they tried to send Me a package that was returned to them. No One from the City of Ottawa bothered to contact Me to let Me know the package was returned to them, no One called a courier to make sure I received the package immediately (considering it contains critical information that Will cause Me undue economic harm if I fail to receive it). Nope. The intent was to make sure I didn’t receive it while simultaneously attempting to prove that they did send the package by Way of Registered mail so they can vindicate Me as the irresponsible party who refuses to return correspondence to them.

The irony is, I don’t have a contract with Home for Good because they cut off subsidy without notice to Me in November of 2021!!! By breaching that contract, they lose their right to contract with Me in future. The only reason rent ever got paid at My new address is because I arranged to meet with the landlord to give MHI access to the public Trust account Created for the Beneficiary. That contract was Signed on Septemeber 11th of 2023, and MHI doesn’t Wish to produce it because it Will expose how long they revoked the subsidy previously.

I’m as King of Kelly Kritsch why I would contract with an organization that cuts off subsidies to People they were Trusted to provide it to without Notice so that the individual has to hear it from their landlord or in an N4 Notice to End Tenancy for Non-Payment of Rent!? Who would subject their Self to such negligent, narcissistic abusers? Not Me!

Kelly lets Me know she doesn’t like My tone. I let Kelly know I don’t like her criminal malfeasance and continuous attempts to gaslight Me while failing to explain why subsidy was revoked without sufficient Notice to avoid having to be served with an N4 to learn about it!?

Why am I providing consent forms to contact any Ministry of the Canadian government to ensure the unit continues to qualifies for their program if they are not going to use that consent form to contact the Ministries necessary to ensure the individual is still eligible for the subsidy? If they have not received Notice that an individual no longer qualifies for the subsidy, what reason do they have to presume anything has changed?

As You can see, I have once again caught the City of Ottawa in a web of lies and deceit, attempting to rationalize their gross criminal malfeasance. It Will be interesting to see what the Ombudsman and the City of Ottawa’s lawyer has to say about all of this.
