I hope every One likes today’s Title and the Word Play concerning the Ontario Superior Court of ‘Just-Is’; I can’t very well call it a Superior Court of Justice or I would already have received My remedy for the criminal trespasses of My siblings and their criminial liars posing as lawyers providing them with entirely unlawful, licentious, ‘legal’ advice to aid and abet their conspiracy against Me because the Superior Courts of each of the provinces are the default Courts of competent jurisdiction. A competent Court doesn’t plead ignorance of the Rule of Law, the Trustee Act of Ontario, the Court of Record, and Will inherit the jurisdiction necessary to provide relief and remedy to a Claimant before it, and determined by the subject Matter at Hand.
Don’t try telling any of that to any of the clerks war King against Canada’s People in the Ottawa Superior Courthouse where the supervisor of the Court, Krystal Jones, allows clerks of the Court to conspire with liars posing as lawyers to arrange private meetings with Court officials in violation of the Rules (1.09), remove documents (a default judgment awarded against the City of Ottawa) from the Registry without Notice to the affected party, switch it out for a ‘Notice of Intent to Defend’ so the City of Ottawa can privately petition a Judge (Justice Sally A. Gomery, also a violation of Rule 1.09) with fraudulent, hearsay testimony with intent to interfere with and influence Justice, as King to have the claims against her clients (the City of Ottawa’s Sana Abou-Araj, Celia North, and Christine Amaro) dismisssed as ‘frivolous and vexatious’. Oh, she also allows for clerks of the Court to Keep documents ‘off the Record’ (covet them) so that the Mininstry of the Attorney General and the Department of Justice have no Idea what kind of criminal shenanigans they might be engaged in. Like I said, not exactly a Court of ‘Justice’; Justice ‘Just Is’ whatever Krystal Jones decides Justice should be. But don’t worry, Krystal Jones is not the only supervisor of clerks for the Ontario Superior Courts of Justice allowing clerks to conspire with liars posing as lawyers against Canada’s Sovereign People.
Jove Ponniah of the Toronto Superior Court of Justice ‘waives’ the requirement for proof of service of documents on entitled parties so that liars posing as lawyers before his Court can proceed against dead People and unrepresented Estates! Aren’t these fantastic People?! Jove ‘the Predator’ Ponniah preys on dead People and also allows for clerks to covet documents by not processing them onto the Registry so that the interested parties can’t participate or interfere with their fraud, and to ensure that the Ministry of the Attorney General and Department of Justice remain ignorant of what they are doing, too!
You are probably thing King this is already an incredible amount of corrupt-Sean and is probably beginning to challenge One’s ability to suspend disbelief, but there is still one more supervisor who allows the exact same criminal conduct to be perpetrated by clerks of her Court, presumably every single day!!! Carrie the Treasonous Thompson of the Bracebridge Superior Court makes it a Crown Hat Trick of Corrupt-Sean for the Ontario Superior Courts of ‘Just Is’ whatever these criminal clowns posing as supervisors are ‘thing King’ it should be.
Today I am going to be sharing some very Special introspective inform a Sean with You concerning the conspiracy against Me. In fact, the Idea is to share as much as I can with You without fully revealing My Hand.
I Will concede that if everything I have just told You is True (which it is), One would most certainly have reasonable cause to presume that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice is entirely corrupted and or conspiring against Me with extreme prejudice. There is no other reasonable explanation. But what IS the Superior Court of Justice? Can a Superior Court of Justice conspire against a Man? No, of course not. Only the People war King for the Ontario Superior Court of Justice can conspire against a Man.
Courts are moved by People who file Motions. They don’t have any Power to do anything otherwise, they are life-less bodies incorporated. Clerks war King for the Superior Court are Trusted to follow the Rules of Civil Procedure and to serve the People of Canada.
So the next theory suggested to Me by Friends in My Microcosm is that perhaps the government it Self is conspiring against Me, as King of the clerks of the Court to engage in this licentious, criminal conduct because they just don’t like Me for whatever reason, or because I author this Blog. In fact, My Friends presume that this is probably what the majority of My audience here believes to be True because it was once a theory My Friends supported. Although I suppose I can’t say that I’m one hundred percent sure that’s NOT the case, I am as certain as I can be without being one hundred percent.
The reason this theory doesn’t make any sense is because if the government were conspiring against Me and using the Superior Courts of Justice to do it, the liars posing as lawyers would be filing their documents onto the Registry!!! There would be no reason NOT to process documents onto the Registry if the government or some other high ranking official had Given some ‘green light’ to use the Superior Courts to defraud Me and steal My inheritance.
Clerks are not processing the documents onto the Registry because they don’t Wish for the Ministry of the Attorney General and Department of Justice to know what they are doing. Here is how I suspect the entire fraud started, and how it managed to get so out of control…
Noah ‘the Preposterous’ Potechin of Merovitz Potechin LLP made an application to the Court to proceed with Power of Sale against My father’s Estate ‘in accordance with the mortgage Act’ sometime after My siblings allowed the property to go into default. His application was legitimately filed (processed onto the Registry) and effectively denied – he was told that there is a Trust on file for the Estate and that he must contact ‘King Sean, House von Dehn’, Trustee and Executor for the Estate of Joachim Heinrich von Dehn, and the proper Court to make the application is in Ottawa (because it Will be the Court closest to the Trustee and Executor of the Estate).
It’s not a stretch at all – let’s just rely on logic and reason… If Bracebridge is the proper Court for filing an application related to the Estate, then why did the Canadian National Bank hire lawyers in the City of Ottawa? Why did My sister hire lawyers in the City of Ottawa – more than five hours from where My sister lives and even further from Bracebridge Court they are claiming is the ‘proper’ Court for the application? It doesn’t make any sense. Both of the initial lawfirms involved are located in Ottawa? Just a coincidence that it happens to be where the Trustee and Executor of a private Trust on file with Canada’s Minister of Justice and Attorney General happens to be stationed (stay-Sean’d, in My case)? Convenient coincidence for Me, no?
So Noah the Preposterous Potechin hired a Trust and Estates firm, Milton’s Estate Law, offering to pay them from the Estate assets to solicit Tanja Johnson to make an application, and to make the application under Rule 74 (claiming it is a small, uncontentious proceeding when it is known to be both contentious and worth considerably more than the $150,000.00 maximum allowed under Rule 74) and to make the application with the Bracebridge Courthouse hoping that My Trust Instrument wouldn’t Show up on the Registry under the Rule 74 application, alerting the Ottawa Courthouse. They were wrong.
The application was rejected and they were advised they must obtain My consent to the application, and to dispense with a bond, and to include a copy of the ‘Errors in Application form’ with any subsequent application Record for a CAET. So they just decided to get around the requirement by not processing any further applications onto the Registry. Instead, they are as King of court clerks to Sign documents, arrange private meetings with Judges, and Issue Certificates and Endorsements to Give Me the illusion that an application is before a legitimate Court! This is one of the other reasons that Hala is engaged in fraud because she is defying a direct Court order with malicious intent by not telling the Judges the full story.
Obviously, some One also tried to bring claims against My father’s Estate in the City of Toronto only to receive a similar reply from the Court – the initial application was rejected for failing to Give Notice to the Trustee and Executor. So they just refiled, this time as King of the clerks of the Court to Keep the Matter ‘off the Record’ so they could continue to proceed against a dead Man and unrepresented Estate without My knowledge or consent, violating and trespassing upon My Trust obligate Sean’s to My late Father. They probably just told the clerks of the Court that they are only screwing over a Man who believes he’s a King and Will never be the wiser for their fraud – a Self Presented, Sui Juris litigant with no hope in hell of ever holding any One accountable for their crimes against Me.
Their arguments must have been convincing because they all colluded with these liars posing as lawyers even after their attempts to process documents onto the Registry without My knowledge and consent were rejected by the Ministry of the Attorney General and the Department of Justice. They just figured I’d be too stupid to know the difference. It is unwise to underestimate My potential when I have sufficient Motive a Sean.
Now, Vinicius ‘the Odious’ Oliveira has been solicited by State Actors war King for the City of Ottawa to proceed against Me, posing as a Crown prosecutor with fraudulent police inform a Sean’s that were also rejected by the Ministry of the Attorney General and Department of Justice! Again, presumably hoping I Will be too stupid to know the difference.
Who is behind soliciting Vinicius ‘the Odious’ Oliveira? Well, directly, it’s Henry ‘the Shyster’ Suzuki, though it was Christopher Anti-Christ Man Cox who was as King of Henry the Shyster Suzuki to report Me to Agent ‘Sellout’ Smith (who was clearly bribed by some One or just decided to leave his hearing aid and two war King brain cells at home on the day of the hearing) for recording the proceedings and posting them here. Henry the Shyster Suzuki conveniently ignores My complaint to him of the federal crimes for fraudulent testimony made to the Court by opposing counsel with malicious intent to influence justice and pervert the Rule of Law and trespass upon a Trust Instrument. Instead, he goes out of his Way to contact Katie ‘the Complicit’ Shaw of the Toronto Superior Court (the One supervised by Jove Ponniah conveniently proceeding against My deceased father in default without having any One appointed to protect his legal or lawful rights – I guess Ottawa has no ‘court security’ to report things to?), as King of Katie the Complicit Shaw to report Me to the Ottawa Police Service?
No, it’s because Jove the Predator Ponniah is trying to save his own ass and when the Judge (agent Smith) wouldn’t do anything about the recording, opposing counsel alerted the Toronto Courthouse and this was the best story they could come up with. The Ottawa Courthouse clerks were not successful weaponizing their judges against Me, so they contacted the Toronto Superior Court to see what Jove the Predator Ponniah could come up with!
On Lucky Wednesday of next week, I’ll be as King of Vinicious the Odious Oliveira exactly who was as King of him to bring these charges against Me because the only thing I do know for sure, is that these charges are NOT coming from the Ministry of the Attorney General and the Department of Justice.
I’ll have to Keep You in suspense on the rest of the inform a Sean I have to Present at the Judicial Pre Trial for ‘Rex Verses Vincious the Odious Oliveira and the City of Ottawa’. Why do I suspect the City of Ottawa is responsible for putting Vinicius the Odious Oliveira up to this? Well, they have tacitly conceded to gross criminal malfeasance causing harm, breach of Trust, and conspiring against Me as well. Here’s today’s latest to the City liar posing as lawyer, Genevieve Langlaise.
No reply whatsoever after she learns her client is engaged in fraud, conspiring with Canada Post to produce fraudulent receipts for ‘registered mail’ delivery with malicious intent (Mens Rae) to cut off subsidy to a Beneficiary of the public Trust without Notice to him, and with further malicious intent to have him evicted. She witnesses Kelly Kritsch’s contempt, corruption, lies and narcissistic nature first hand and has had nothing to say since she learned about all of this fraud!!!
Do Keep in Mind, these are just hypothesis I am thing King about. Although they are the best theories I have come up with to date, it is possible that I am wrong. Unless of course We Trust Maxims in Law. 😉
