Lori Simpson Management (LSM) Leaves Multifaith Housing Initiative (MHI)

Hello every One and welcome to the Magical Monday Motive a Sean Edition of the Good News Journal, thank King or Queen Your Royal, Moral Highness for being here, it is always an Honour to be Gifted with Your Presence in My House. Today I have some Special Motive a Sean because My new Friend and Featured Poet, Samantha Syrnich Gifted Me (and You by associate Sean) with a new Poem for Peace, and I am hoping You Will feel the effects of its Magic every bit as much as I do. But that is only one of the Magical happening in My Microcosm this most auspicious Monday, the other curious detail is that the audio file of My Superior Court Present a Sean before Superior Court Judge, Marc E. SMITH (more commonly known as ‘Neo Verses Smith’) is the most downloaded document of the day. That in and of it Self would be very uncommon and curious in its own right, but the file was also downloaded without ever visiting My website!

Once again, I know that’s probably hard to believe but I Promise You it is True and would not even tell You if I couldn’t prove it is True. So here is a copy of a printout of My statistics page for a blog that (technically) doesn’t exist anymore. I don’t provide a direct link to My media library anywhere on My Blog, I’m not even sure how I could make a link to My media library publicly available (though I’m sure it is possible).

It was eight last time I looked, ten at the time I made the printout. Why today of all random days? Well, because We had quite the Stellar Present a Sean in Rex Verses Vinicious the Odious Oliveira, Round II!

I report federal crimes to the Jester of a Justice, advise her that Vinicious the Odious Oliveira is acting rogue and attempting to proceed against Me with fraudulent inform a Sean’s NOT endorsed by Crown, and that the Ontario Provincial Court does not have the authority or jurisdiction to trespass upon a Matter before the Superior Court of Justice. All after clearly and explicitly articulating to this Jester of a Justice making a mockery and clown of the Crown that I am only there under duress as a victim of very serious federal offences, including insurance, estate, and court fraud to the tune of three million dollars.

“You’ll have an opportunity to explain all of that at the trial.”

“No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no!’

That’s just a short summary of the very brief hearing before I tell this Jester of a Justice that if she’s not going to hear Me, I Will be leaving. I repeat one time, then I leave. Not one statement I made on the Record was rebut by the Justice. Despite what People might think… Any unopposed statement made on a Court of Record is presumed fact by all parties present. They had fair chance to speak, they chose to do their own thing and disregard My object-Sean’s. Not tolerating anymore incompetent clowns posing as Court judges and justices. Wait until I find out her name, then We have some real fun introducing a new Character for Universal Pictures Greatest Present a Sean.

But the big (Good) News in My Microcosm which is also Good News for the tenants of Multifaith Housing Initiative (at least potentially) of Man’s Macrocosm, is that Lori Simpson Management who has been Acting as the Housing Management company for Mutlifaith Housing Initiative for the past several years have decided to part ways! What a coincidence that this is happening just a couple of months before I have a Matter before the Landlord Tenant Board (LTB) for rights violate-Sean’s to the tune of $35,000.00, and another hearing for an additional $35,000.00 (for repeating the same offense again with intent to intimidate a Claimant with a Matter already before the Tribunal) just a couple months later! Isn’t it kind of amazing how the People responsible for the harm done to Me seem to conveniently leave their post sometime after being placed on Notice?

I had mentioned several weeks ago that I had heard a rumour in the community from My little spies telling Me that Lori Simpson had decided to leave because it was ‘giving her too many headaches’ (to quote My anonymous source directly). They did not specifically indicate that it was because of lawsuits or Matters before the LTB, but they did think it had something to do with all of the maintenance problems that are surfacing. They are some of the newest not for profit housing properties, and they are already falling apart because they are so poorly maintained.

However, rather than speculate on whether or not Lori Simpson is leaving MHI, I can confirm that she is in fact leaving and let You tell her why in her own Words.

Question is, if MHI is not replacing LSM with a new management company, are they planning to manage the property their Self, or not at all? I guess time Will tell.
