Yes, Ladies and Gentlemen, Truth is stranger than fiction!

We were thing King that after the last Court Present a Sean when We clearly advised the Justice of the Peace that Vinicius the Odious Oliveira is engaged in fraud and attempting to proceed against Me in his personal, private capacity with malicious intent to weaponize the Court against a Man who is in fact a victim of serious, indictable offenses… Well, We were thing King the fraud and shenanigans would finally come to a stop. It appears I am incorrect again!

Consider that all of this is FRAUD!!! Not a single document has been filed with the Court, this is entirely smoke and mirrors! Vinicius the Odious Oliveira Wishes to waste Canadian public money by using the Ontario provincial court as his own personal venue for proceeding against Me in his personal, private capacity, and he’s going to be making the Canadian People pay him to do it! What an amazing dude!!!

I honestly don’t know how People become so morally and ethically bankrupt, that is something some One Will have to be as King of My baby brother, Michael ‘the Villainous’ von Dehn about.

But it is only natural for Us to presume that if the clerks of the court were negligent enough in their duties to the Court and the public that the Justice of the Peace did not receive the Notice I sent to the provincial Court for that morning before My Court Present a Sean, she Will most certainly have received the Notice by now. Either Way, not really My concern if she pleads ignorance because Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent, Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal, and ignorance is no excuse for the (Rule of) Law. I send My Notices to the Court, the Court clerk has the legal and lawful obligation to ensure the Notices are served upon the relevant agents.

Vinicius the Odious Oliveira includes his fake email address, though Yvonne Goebel appears to be using her ‘real’, professional email address at the City of Ottawa. I find it very interesting that all the People colluding against Me as ‘provincial’ Court clerks are in fact double agents for the City of Ottawa (the email address Will tell One who it is they are Truly war King for).

These prosecutors work for the City of Ottawa and are acting rogue to protect the City of Ottawa because the City of Ottawa is so entirely corrupt, they need to have moles war King for the Ontario Provincial Court to protect them from litigation – and without the knowledge of the Provincial Crown Attorney, apparently!?

I could be wrong about that but they haven’t processed any documents onto the Registry, so I presume it is to hide any paper trail because the provincial Crown would never Sign off on such criminal conduct (at least not ‘on the Record’), so they are attempting to ‘hide’ their fraudulent proceedings. Both Vinicius the Odious Oliveira and Yvonne Goebel should spend some serious time in jail, this is the worst kind of breach of public Trust! People who work for the Courts and use their position to ‘fake’ a Court proceeding with malicious intent to intimidate a witness to federal crimes have to be… I don’t even know what to call it! One would have to be exceedingly bold! One is going to use their position as a court clerk to fake a trial!?!

Either the City of Ottawa does this to People all the time and the provincial Courts are complicit with the City of Ottawa’s fraud and corruption, or they believed they could proceed against a Man in fraud and get away with it! So they are either very bold, or very stupid.

This is now evidence of fraud. Nothing more.

The only reason Vinicius would have a ‘1’ behind his name in the email address would be if the original ‘vinicius.oliveira’ at the City of Ottawa were taken. How many Vinicius Oliveira’s do We Imagine are war King for the City of Ottawa, exactly? I sent all Notices to both ‘vinicius.oliveira’ and ‘vinicius.oliveira1’ at the City of Ottawa – neither email bounced back, which means they are both active. Also, if One were receiving any official correspondence from the Court, there would be a proper, digital signature with the full name of the individual responsible for sending and drafting the document, not just initials. ‘YB’? Clerks of the Court don’t Sign official documents with their initials only, this is gaslighting and fraud.

After I very clearly advised the Justice that Vinicius is engaged in fraud, the Court does not have the jurisdiction or authority to interfere with a Matter before the Superior Court of Justice, that I am in fact a victim of serious crimes, and that I Will NOT consent or tolerate any further gaslighting by agents of the Crown as a victim of fraud, she tells Me I Will have an opportunity to Present all of this inform a Sean at trial. I was so furious, I told this stupid woman posing as a justice of the peace very clearly that I Will NOT tolerate any further ignorance or abuse, and that I Will be leaving if she does not hear Me. The stupid bitch continues to ignore Me, so I repeat that I Will be leaving – and I leave!!!

How many People tell a Justice of the Court that if they do not do their job they Will be leaving, then promptly leave as Promised when the Justice refuses to do their job (without a warrant being issued for their arrest)?

This Justice of the Peace is lucky I do not know her name, but one day I Will. I could Give her the benefit of the doubt on the day because I have first hand knowledge of how incompetent many of the clerks of the Courts can be and many are conspiring against Me, so maybe she didn’t get the memo before My Court Present a Sean. But the moment I told the Justice that Vinicius is attempting to proceed against Me in fraud is the moment the Justice had a legal and lawful fiduciary duty and obligate Sean to investigate and be as King of Vinicius to produce the inform a Sean! Keep in Mind, the Justice confirms on the Record that she has not seen the inform a Sean, only what is ‘sworn on the docket’. Like anything Vinicius the Odious Oliveira swears onto a Record means anything?! Vinicius the Odious Oliveira believes an Affidavit of Facts is an alchemical process which Magically transforms fiction into fact. It doesn’t – it’s just fraud under penalty of perjury.

Legally and lawfully, the justice of the peace can’t plead ignorance because the time stamp here is two hours before My Court Present a Sean and a Judge or Justice is presumed to know everything Crown knows. A Judge or Justice presiding over a Matter must be fully informed or they can’t do their job, so the Judge or Justice is presumed to know everything the Court of Record knows. This is also why My siblings trying to perpetrate fraud on the Court is pointless and quite literally impossible unless there is collusion on the part of agents of the Court. My sister can show the Court as many Certificates that appear to be Signed by as many clerks of the Court as she can convince to collude with her, but it Will not Magically produce a Court of Record and make it so. If the Court doesn’t know My sister is Acting as the Trustee appointed by the Court, then the Certificate was not awarded to her by the Court, it was awarded to her by a criminal war King for the Court and using her position to impersonate Crown and engage in fraud (Michelle Murphy, Bracebridge Superior Court).

So Vinicius has now been kind enough to provide Me with another piece of evidence to prove he is engaged in fraud, and We get to add Yyvonne the Grifting Goebel to the Cast of Characters in Tiffany, Tanja, Michael and the Magnificent Estate Fraud Cons Piracy. At least there are no shortage of State Actors eager to perform on the world stage!

Of course, if Vinicius the Odious Oliveira and Yvonne the Grifting Goebel Wish to Play Court, We are going to have to make sure I have the opportunity to Cast some Magic and SUMMONS witnesses necessary for the defense of their artificial person. However, it is not the artificial person they are expecting to see in Court, so We must change the Style and Spelling of the Title of the case.

I Wish to remind My readers that these are NOT fake email addresses. This was served upon the official email addresses for the Provincial Crown, the Crown Law Reception office for service on the Crown, the federal Crown and Minister of Justice, Arif Virani, the Ottawa Superior Court of Justice, and witnessed (carbon copied) to office manager Patricia Sloan for Member of Provincial Parliament, Lisa McLeod.

I Promised that I would Post the Summons to Witness on the International Public Record, so now I have been Good to My Word. It Will be very interesting to see what happens now. I can’t help but wonder if Lisa the Colluding Kilner had knowledge of this Notice before doubling down and finally responding to My most recent comlaint to the City of Ottawa. Apparently, the City of Ottawa is not liable to any One when their agents breach the public Trust, violate privacy, spoliate documents necessary for litigation, plead ignorance of Trust law, or damage Trust Instruments and discriminate against individuals with malicious intent to cause emotional, psychological, and economic harm. We’re not sure why because she doesn’t say, she concedes to violating the Trustee Act of Ontario but says that the City of Ottawa is not liable for Wilful trespass upon the Trustee Act of Ontario, or for breaching the public Trust their Self (spoliating documents, violating privacy and sharing personal information trusted to their care, et cetera).

I should just share the letter now but I Wish to make a Post dedicated exclusively to Lisa the Colluding Kilner. Ultimately, I have to determine who is the ‘big fish’ behind all of this corruption. Who is telling the City of Ottawa and their liars posing as lawyers to continuosly double down? As far as I’m concerned, Lisa the Colluding Kilner Will then accept liability in the City of Ottawa’s stead because the only reason I can Imagine ‘the City of Ottawa’ would not be liable, is because ‘the City of Ottawa’ would never endorse this conduct, they are all Acting in their personal, private, capacity, and are therefore not entitled to the protection of their performance bond, they are subject to jail.
