Introducing Ottawa’s Criminal Kingpin, Lisa ‘the Colluding’ Kilner

Hello every One and welcome to the Fabulous Free Lance Friday Edition of the Good News Journal, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always an Honour to have Your moral Highness in My House. It is a Fabulous Free Lance Friday today because We placed Lisa ‘the Colluding’ Kilner on Notice of criminal liability for attempting to use City of Ottawa employees war King as Crown prosecutors for the Ontario Court of Justice (Vinicius the Odious Oliveira and Yvonne the Grifting Goebel) to proceed against Me in fraud, effectively ‘impersonating’ Crown with malicious intent to intimidate.

City of Ottawa criminal, Lisa the Colluding Kilner’s co-conspirators are not very bright, though! We Presented this ‘invitation’ to a fraudulent, ‘mock’ trial to office manager Patricia Sloan for Member of Provincial Parliament, Lisa MacLeod today. Her assistant laughed out loud when I showed her the Notice I received, as King if it looks like a proper ‘Notice of Trial’, specifically referencing the ‘FILE# 24-0697’.

“Is this supposed to be a legitimate file number?”

“Well, if it IS, then there Will be a public Record so We can look this file up, right? Wrong. No such file exists, there is NOTHING in the system for Me, confirmed by the Minister of Justice and Attorney General. So why are they continuing to double down on their fraud?”

Well, We don’t have an answer to that question yet, but the officer manager for the Member of Provincial Parliament, Lisa MacLeod has committed to war King with Me to get one. We are also going to be contacting the office of Larry Brock ‘officially’ because he is allegedly the Shadow Minister of Justice, meaning that he Will shadow Arif Virani as member of the opposition party to ensure they are not infiltrating and corrupting the Courts, or engaged in fraud…

I’m sure Larry Brock Will every bit as interested to know why Arif ‘the Vile’ Virani is not apprehending the criminal clerks war King for his Court and putting a stop to the harm being done to Canada’s Sovereign People. Would weaponizing the Courts against Canada’s People to cover up the crimes of state actors war King for the City of Ottawa constitute an Act of treason? I am thing King that because they are in fact impersonating His Majesty, Charles III to do so, that the answer Will be a resounding YES!!!

Is this why no One war King for the Courts has anything to say to Me about the Notice of Summons to witness served upon twenty-eight People so far (and counting)?

Last Thursday, November 7th, twenty-four People were served with a Notice of summons to witness. To this day, there has been no protest of acceptance. Silence is consent.

Today, another four People were added to the list of People served with a summons to witness on March 11th, 2025, when Vinicius the Odious Oliveira Will be attempting to use Canada’s Courts and the Crown’s reputation to defraud Canada’s People into believing he’s acting as a legitimate Crown prosecutor – he’s not, he’s a FRAUDSTER impersonating His Majesty with malicious intent to cause harm to Canada’s People and deprive them of their right to Justice. Lisa the Colluding Kilner is the ‘lead administrator’ for the City of Ottawa and their ‘legal’ department, so We are presuming that Lisa is the principal criminal attempting to weaponize the Ontario Provincial Courts against Canada’s People – an Act of TREASON! Way to go, Lisa the Colluding Kilner!!! (I’m sure the City of Ottawa is very proud.)

We added Lisa the Colluding Kilner as principal ‘kingpin’ of the conspiracy against Me, Kelly the Criminal Kritsche who has been colluding with Beth Lambert (would You believe I forgot to invite Beth the Licentious Lambert?! So many People living rent free in My Head, but I Will have to get on that soon!), and of course their two primary liars posing as lawyers, cheating People out of their right to a fair and impartial hearing by petitioning clerks and judges of the Court in violation of Rule 1.09 (a very serious violation of the Rules), Samantha the Malevolent Montrieul, and Genevieve ‘the Liar’ Langlais.

They are all just a bunch of criminals using their highly Trusted positions in society to betray Canada’s People and cheat them out of their right to Justice. They are all morally bankrupt narcissists, but especially Lisa the Colluding Kilner. She’s obviously behind Vinicius the Odious Oliveira’s conspiracy but even if she were to claim ignorance, they ALL work for the City of Ottawa, so it is presumed they are guilty ‘by association’. Considering Lisa the Colluding Kilner reviews all claims filed against the City, it seems she has the greatest motive to cheat Canada’s People out of due process.

And of course, no One had anything to say in reply to any of that. Today We followed up with another Notice to the Court because if the City of Ottawa Wishes to hold a fake trial, We are going to make them work for it!!! A trial allows Me to call witnesses – twenty-eight so far, every single one legitimately has information necessary for My full defense (and twenty-nine once We add Beth the Licentious Lambert).

We also require a copy of the transcript because We have no Idea how many days they have scheduled this hearing for and I Will require at least three days to Present My defense, Vinicius hasn’t even indicated to Me what he Will be as King of the Court for if he were successful in bringing his fraudulent charges against Me! What fraudulent sentence Will he be see-King from this fraudulent Court?

I also require the transcript because I Wish to add the Justice of the Peace to the Notice of Criminal Liability but I don’t know her name yet, so I am as King of the Court for that, too! The Courts all have a legal and lawful fiduciary obligation to respond to Me (or any One else for that matter) if they Wish to protest anything I am as King for. If My email requires a reply and I don’t get one, a clerk of the Court is guilty of breaching the public Trust at the very least – as clerks of the Court, it is collusion, interfering with justice, and infiltration of Canada’s judiciary by criminal, foreign agents NOT representing Canada’s People, but the City of Ottawa corporation.

So here’s My last email request for information (disclosure) that I require for (the mock) trial, sent to virtually every official email address for Ontario’s Provincial Courts I could find that were relevant.

You know, the irony is that even though Vinicius can’t actually convict if he’s not actually Acting as Crown because ‘the Crown’ is what Gives the Court the authority to do anything. Without a Sovereign, there is no Court! Only a Sovereign (or His representative State Actor) can hold court. The moment I walk into that room, I Will be the only Crown Acting in any official capacity, and I have the authority to do anything a King can do.

We’re setting up a meeting with Honourable Member of Provincial Parliament, Lisa MacLeod who is determined to find out why Arif the Vile Virani appears to be perfectly fine with clerks of his court conspiring to perpetrate treason against Canada’s Sovereign People.

I think the Trump era may mark the beginning of the end for #TrudeauTreason.
