Letters to Councillor Cathy Curry – Notice of Liability

Hello every One and welcome to the Tuesday Tell a Vision Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always an Honour and Pleasure to be Gifted with Your Presence.

Yes, all elected public officials in any capacity do have a legal and lawful obligation to respond to concerns the People of Canada may bring to them. That is why they are called public SERVANTS.

Ignoring complaints from the People is a breach of the Public’s Trust, and We all know that ignorance is no excuse for the Rule of Law. One must respond to a complaint from the People when there is a moral or ethical obligation to do so. When One learns that a Beneficiary is being abused or exploited by a public Trustee, the One who receives the information has the legal and lawful moral and ethical obligation to put the harm to a stop immediately.

The very first thing One should do when they receive a complaint, is respond!!! At least confirm receipt and provide an estimated time to investigate the complaint. If One knows that a Beneficiary is suffering and takes no action to put the harm to a stop, the public servant is guilty of criminal malfeasance causing aggravated harm for their breach of Trust. Why aggravated harm? Because it is bad enough that one public servant breaches the Trust and refuses to respond to correspondence. Now there are two, so it is twice as bad. When We multiply that number by the number of Ontario Works agents Clara Freier is weaponizing against Me, We have very seriously aggravated harm.

Now, We have City Councillor, Cathy Curry, who knows that the general manager for Community and Social Services, Clara Freier, has in fact been ‘instrumental‘ in allowing landlords to steal from the public Trust by authorizing those payments which exceed the amount required for rent. Why are they authorizing more money to be taken than what the tenancy agreement states is required? They have a copy of My tenancy agreement for exactly that reason – so they DON’T authorize for anything more than what is required by the contract. That contract was Signed at 370 Catherine Street, the office that Clara Freier is allegedly responsible for managing!

Cathy Curry correctly suspected that the fraudulent ‘kickback scheme’ covered by the CBC was ‘just the tip of the iceberg’, but when she has overwhelming evidence to substantiate her suspicions, she takes no action? Interesting, no?

Wouldn’t You know, only seconds before I was about to Post the Notice of Liability served upon Cathy Curry this morning, Cathy Curry responds!!!

I am VERY pleased to be able to report such Good News today, and although I considered deleting the first half of this Post because Cathy Curry has responded, I decided not to because everything I’m telling You is True and precisely why Cathy Curry DID respond (and why other State Actors should take Notice).

Now, I’m not THRILLED with the reply except to say that she DID reply! That is HUGE!!!

As far as not being able to get involved because of conflict of interest legislation… Well, I strongly disagree with that despite the fact that Cathy Curry is correct, and so therefor her response to Me is reasonable. I no longer have a valid complaint to the Divisional Court against Cathy Curry in her private capacity because they accept Applications based on whether an Action or Decision is incorrect and or unreasonable. See how that works?

I disagree because I feel it’s just as narcissistic as anything else, but I can’t blame Cathy Curry – I can only disagree with the legislation. She’s advised Me that she’s forwarded My complaint to the proper individuals (though she doesn’t explicitly say who they are), and I have also filed a formal complaint with the City against Clara Freier. I Will Trust that Cathy has done what she has told Me she has done. I Give People the benefit of the doubt whenever I can.

So thank You VERY MUCH Cathy Curry, You are proving to be an example for others to follow. I’m still curious to know why Arthur White-Crummey hasn’t returned any of My emails yet. He’s not on Notice, he’s not guilty of anything – so what does he have to lose? You have to agree with Me, it is very strange that he does not respond because (theoretically) he has no reason not to and this should be a great story for him if he reports on government corruption, city council and the Courts, no?

I would think so. Seems suspect to Me…

Anyway, that is the Good News for this Tell a Vision Edition. Every One on the world Stage is an Actor playing a Role. So far, Cathy Curry is proving to be a Star in Universal Pictures Greatest Present a Sean (a Lighthouse von Dehn Product-Sean). 😉
