Criminal Collusion in the Superior Court of Justice – A Treasonous Triad

Yes, the Bracebridge, Toronto and Ottawa Courthouse clerks and their supervisors have been conspiring against Me by not processing documents onto the Registry so that claims can proceed against My deceased father without any judicial oversight, and My sister can ‘fake’ an application that looks very legitimate except there is no Record of the appointment on the Registry so that My dear baby brother can continue his fraud at the Toronto Courthouse uninterrupted.

Gillian the Criminal Kreling has had first hand knowledge of all of these crimes for at least three years. Plenty of evidence in My testimony showing that Michelle Murphy is deliberately keeping the Matter ‘off the public Record’ until after a Certificate issues?! But that’s okay as far as Gillian the Criminal Kreling is concerned. She doesn’t care her negligence helps to create case law precedence established in fraud – why would she? They used the very same determination obtained in fraud as precedence in the second motion with Marc E. Smith clearly demonstrating how important it is to report fraud to the Court as soon as some One has knowledge of the crime or it stands to sully the entire Case Law database! And it’s already been used against Me.

But Gillian doesn’t care. She doesn’t believe she has any duty to apprehend the criminals or make sure that supervisors of the Toronto and Bracebridge Courthouses are arrested for taking advantage of their position with malicious intent to deprive entitled parties of their right to participate in the proceedings. She’s fine to let the three million dollars worth of insurance fraud and false claims made against My father continue without any judicial oversight at the Toronto Courthouse. She has first hand knowledge this is taking place in other Superior Courts but is supporting the Affidavit testimony of My siblings claiming My sister was duly awarded a CAET, pleading ignorance of the official Court of Record?

And she Wishes for Me to believe she is not a criminal or at the very least, a morally bankrupt degenerate? Who lets fraudulent claims proceed against dead People Showing My brother is receiving those documents but suggesting they don’t know My siblings testimony to the Court was entirely fraudulent? Does that sound believable to any One?

This stupid bitch posing as a supervisor for the Ontario Superior Court of Justice believes it is perfectly acceptable for fraud to remain on a Superior Court of Record? She has no moral or ethical obligation to report the fraud in the interest of Justice? Yeah, stupid is as stupid does. Ignorant she may be, but ignorance is no excuse for the Law.
