Ontario Superior Court: Continuous Contempt of Criminal Supervisor, Gillian the Criminal Kreling

Not much to say about this narcissistic sociopath posing as a supervisor for the Superior Court of ‘Just-Is’ whatever the clerks Wish to process onto the Registry. Derrick Bert, senior court clerk for the Ottawa Superior Court does not consider it fraud or a breach of Trust to COVET documents and not process them onto the Registry at the time they are received by the Court!

Derrick Bert believes that it’s perfectly acceptable for clerks to covet documents, put them in a private folder and only update the Registry AFTER they’ve successfully excluded every One who may have information harmful to their application. This is just another day at the office as far as Derrick Bert is concerned, so it is clear and obvious this must be a common practice for Derrick and the clerks of the Ottawa Superior Court as well.

What do You think? Is Derrick trying to convince Me that Courts can Issue Certificates without there being any requirement to post that Certificate to the Court? Is it reasonable or believable that as the ‘team lead’ for the Ontario Superior Court that he doesn’t know this constitutes a very serious, federal crime, and breach of Trust? Are all clerks that work under him under the impression that it is ‘acceptable’ to covet documents and not process them onto the Registry the moment they are received? He’s either a serious criminal or the stupidest clerk war King for the Ottawa Superior Court of Justice I’ve ever met – and I’ve met Stephen Pardou. I Trust it is the former rather than the latter…

In fact, it is Derrick Bert who is entirely responsible for telling Me that the ‘Court of Record’ doesn’t mean anything, it can’t be Trusted as the ‘Truth’ regarding a Court matter because SO MANY Superior Courts in the province of Ontario Will covet documents rather than post them to the Registry immediately, that it is virtually impossible to know what the ‘True’ Court of Record has to say because there are a lot of cases proceeding ‘privately’ and ‘off the Record’. We won’t know what’s really going on until all the coveted documents are processed onto the Registry. In fact, in many cases, the litigants Will not even know unless they actually check the public Record after every filing.

But they have known that Bracebridge has been trying to convince Me they are not engaged in fraud for YEARS and the staff at the Ontario Superior Court have witnesses the Bracebridge Courthouse LIE to Me and tell Me that the application ‘is not open to the public’, though they did not receive any permission to hold a ‘private’ hearing which is a violation of My rights and any One’s right to a fair, impartial, and public hearing. They couldn’t tell Me how criminal the activity and behaviour of the Bracebridge Courthouse is because it is the Bracebridge Courthouse they have been colluding with to hide what’s going on with the Estate. The two Courthouses worked together to convince Me that neither one are engaged in fraud and My sister’s Certificate is legitimate – but no Court in the province of Ontario has any Record of the appointment – it was all done ‘in private’.

Derrick Bert and Gillian the Criminal Kreling are trying to ‘normalize’ this behaviour and convince Me that it isn’t fraud to covet documents and process them onto the registry whenever it is most advantageous for the Court and My adversaries in Law.

Gillian the Criminal Kreling does not think it’s a big deal that Case Law precedence was established that was founded in fraud HER Court is responsible for – and for no other reason than all clerks and judges were just too lazy to check the affidavit testimony with the official court of record. Lazy is as lazy does. Not My reputation being destroyed, these corrupt judges bring this shit upon their Self!
