An Email to the City of Ottawa’s Kreling Crime Syndicate

Hello every One and welcome to the Second Spelling of Magic on this Witches, Wizards and Warlocks Lucky Wednesday Edition, thank King or Queen You for being here, it is always an Honour and Pleasure to have Your Presence in My House.

The first Spelling of Magic was Cast early this morning upon the Minister of Justice and the Shadow Minister of Justice for the Attorney General’s office to inform them of the City of Ottawa’s racketeering operation taking place at the Ottawa and other Superior Courts across the province.

RICO and Organized Crime:

The RICO Act seeks to strengthen legal tools in evidence gathering and provide enhanced sanctions and remedies for dealing with the unlawful activities of those engaged in organized crime.

The City of Ottawa has a highly sophisticated criminal network involving local judges and justices of the Ontario Superior Court and Provincial Court impersonating Crown to proceed against individuals privately, and using Court clerk Supervisors as ‘gatekeepers’ to block any motions complaining to the (actual) Ministry of the Attorney General and Department of Justice about their criminal activity and contempt for the Rules of Civil Procedure.

One of the most fundamental Rules of Civil Procedure is Rule 1.09.

Rule 1.09 of the Rules of Civil Procedure requires that all parties must consent to out-of-court communications with a judge about a court proceeding unless the court directs otherwise.

I put some of the Words in italics to emphasize that this is exactly HOW the clerks of the Court violate the Rules because they are arrogant enough to believe they ARE the Court, so if a ‘clerk’ directs otherwise and chooses to break the Rules without the knowledge and consent of any other party, that is PERFECTLY FINE according to the Kreling Criminal Cabal.

This allows the clerks of the Court to decide who Will get to participate in a proceeding and who Will be railroaded by the system! Bracebridge, Toronto and Ottawa Court clerks conspired concurrently and congruently to lie to Me about the status of My father’s Estate so that all three courts could proceed against My deceased father separately ‘off the Record’ and in default (he’s dead with no Trustee, Executor or Estate Trustee During Litigation appointed by the Court) so that they can cash in on insurance claims against the Estate without interfering with remainder funds from an unlawful power of sale (also sold without any judicial oversight ‘off the Record’), also wrongly accusing My deceased father of the criminal acts of a gold digging grifter who is as King for a one third share of the remainder funds from the power of sale in one of the three Courts that has ‘no Idea’ she’s responsible for three million dollars in damages to the Estate.

You can read all of that just be reviewing the last week’s worth of Posts. This crime has been reported to every official I know of at the Ontario Superior Court and no One is even responding!!!

Their crime network is so extensive and I have exposed it so fully and completely, that they legitimately have ‘nothing to say’ (Nihil Dicit, Maxim in Law, ‘he says nothing’). The Court has already tacitly conceded on this international Court of Record they are all guilty as charged. We are now just waiting to see what the Minister of Justice and Shadow Minister of Justice Will do about it.

How long Will Canada’s Minister of Justice, Arif the Vile Virani allow this criminal network to continue cheating Canada’s People out of their right to a fair and impartial hearing? Does this not constitute treason at the highest level? Do not these People not allegedly represent the Crown, His Majesty, Charles III?

Oh, did I mention that the Court supervisor is Judge Herb the Criminal Kreling’s daughter (or so I suspect)? It’s also not the first time Herb Kreling has used the Courts and his position to proceed against unsuspecting citizens in his personal, private capacity (in a private Court off Record so that he and the cops can split the money their Self). Is this the kind of publicity the Ontario Superior Court of Justice Wishes to represent his Majesty’s Crown?

I’d be embarrassed if I were the Minister of Justice and Attorney General…
