Either I am uncovering one of the most sophisticated crime syndicates operating in Canada’s Courts where their main base of operations is the Ottawa Superior Courthouse, or I am uncovering an elaborate scheme and plan against Me specifically…
We know absolutely that three Court Supervisors in the Ottawa, Bracebridge, and Toronto Superior Courts were deliberately keeping Court filings ‘off the Record’ to avoid alerting the Crown Attorney or any other entitled parties to the Claim, so that they could file against My deceased father in default (without My knowledge), wrongly accusing him of the criminal Acts of woman by the name of Tiffany the Gold-Digging Grifter, Singh, and to cash in on a three million dollar business insurance policy (INTACT insurance whose principal lawyer, Rohit the Sacrilegious Sethi is effectively stealing from his employer to allow a fraudulent claim to succeed)!
This was so that the Bracebridge Courthouse could simultaneously claim to have appointed My sister as the Estate Trustee by also not processing documents onto the Registry and conspiring with clerks Michelle the Misfit Murphy, Kimberly the Malevolent Meredith, and Court Supervisor, Carrie the Treasonous Thompson arranging private meetings with Judges to Sign Certificates and Endorsements to Give the ‘Illusion’ of due process. All to convince Me that My sister had been duly appointed so that I would stop as King questions about the Estate. My sister knows nothing about anything, especially Estate management, so she has no Idea that if she were in fact Acting as the Estate Trustee, she would have a duty and obligation to be Acting in My best Interest and preserving the True (Real) Value of the Estate for the remainder Beneficiaries, which also requires her to provide disclosure to them upon request as well as a full Record of all assets and accounting. I have seen nothing but fraudulent court documents sworn to be True in affidavits of perjury!
Meanwhile, this extensive racketeering operation allows My dear baby brother, Michael the Villainous von Dehn, to accept the three million dollars in Claims ‘in care of’ My father at the Toronto Courthouse to oversee My father being noted in default and wrongly accused of the criminal acts of Tiffany Gold-Digging Grifter Singh. This Way the remainder funds Tanja is receiving from the unlawful power of sale Will not be affected by the three million dollar insurance claims proceeding against the Estate in default! Genius, right!
We have all the evidence We could possibly ever need to prove all of this beyond any shadow of doubt primarily because the Court of Record still shows My father is UNREPRESENTED, and I have a copy of every single claim that My brother has been receiving ‘in care of’ Joachim Heinrich von Dehn. It’s going to be awfully hard for Michael to say he did not knowingly commit fraud and perjury on a Court of Record.
However, this whole chapter should have ended more than a year ago – November of 2023! Ever since (and to be Truthful, for quite some time even before that) the Ottawa Superior Court has been ‘ghosting’ Me for attempting to report My siblings fraud on the Court. It could not be more straightforward, yet the clerks GHOST Me?!
The only thing I really do feel stupid about, is not realizing sooner that it was the clerks and Supervisors of the Ottawa Superior Court that have been colluding with My siblings to make sure that My complaint for fraud never reaches the trial coordinator so that I cannot win My claim! Many of their Court clerks Will be in serious trouble and are looking at indictable offenses!
So they tried to intimidate Me by colluding with other City of Ottawa employees working at double agents for the Ontario Court of Justice to send police to My house threatening Me with six months in jail or a $25,000.00 for Recording the proceedings in CV-22-89835. The Court refused because they know My siblings are engaged in fraud, so rather than withdraw the charges or whatever it was the Crown told them to do with them, they doubled down and set up a fake hearing for Me at 100 Constellation Avenue, claiming that the Ontario Provincial Court has the jurisdiction and authority to interfere with Matters before the Superior Court of Justice. I told the JP she is wrong and was as King if she is in the Court on her Oath and Bond today. She told Me she does not answer to Me? That is a ‘no’. So I was as King her name.
“Justice for Courtroom 101.”
“I am as King for Your name for the Record because I believe You are a fraud.”
“I don’t answer to You.”
I’m paraphrasing from memory but You can listen to the entire charade here.
Of course, the Justice just left the Court, then continued after I had suspended her and Vacated any orders she may make for FRAUD – all on Record. She awards judgment against the artificial person anyway. This Justice is a complete joke and needs to be fired and sent to JAIL!!! Along with Vinicius the Odious Oliveira and Yvonne the Grifting Goebel.
Now, I guess this massive operation they set up could be exclusively for Me, a ‘one off’ type thing. But is it really believable that three Superior Court Supervisors and all of their clerks would collude together if this sort of thing is not just another day at the office? Seems pretty clear to Me they do this all the time and just never believed I would be able to do anything about it. And maybe I can’t. Maybe it is such a tight little operation that the Judges are in on it, too.
However, I maintain the Faith and Will not believe such nonsense until I hear it from a Judge directly. If a the trial Judge, Sally A. Gomery tells Me all of this is acceptable, I Will concede under duress and appeal the Decision. But I am losing patience, so tomorrow is the deadline before all conspirators (which now includes the entire Ottawa Police Department and all City Councilors and the mayor) Will be Noted in Default for Racketeering and Treason!

And here’s the money their stealing from the public Trust for the fake hearing… I’m guessing I was noted in default in My absence for $6280.00 for Recording the proceedings and reporting the fraud to the Court.
