23-353404: Kimberly MacDonald’s Court of Record Verses the International Court of Record

First, let’s look at the official, International Court of Record and what really happened with Ottawa Police Services ‘criminal charges’ for 23-353404.

First, Dawn the Delinquent Neilly shows up at My door. I’m hoping they are coming to tell Me they have finally arrested My siblings, instead she serves Me with an UNDERTAKING?

If You pay close attention, on the information they decided to insert in the middle of the information (Christopher the Jailbird Jenkyns, badge #2209, withdrawn at the request of Crown early 2019), they even used a fraudulent name to file that claim! They made ‘VONDEHN’ all one Word which is a completely different legal entity in the system from ”VON DEHN’ and the Title of the Claim! That is fraud on its face (and probably one of many reasons Crown withdrew the charges without Me ever having to defend). They Title the document correctly but enter the last name into the system as one Word. The City of Ottawa used this tactic once, too. They do this to avoid alerting the Ministry to the fact they are trespassing upon My Trust on Record with MOJAG.

It is absolutely a serious offense to try to try to use information that was withdrawn against Me as ‘information’ inserted into the middle of another information. This is executive director, Habib A. Sayah’s professional clowns perpetrating the best fraud they possibly can. I did tell You that police officers are not very bright, right? Just smart enough to follow orders and obey, not quite smart enough to critically think about what they are doing – that might require morals and a conscience.

Interestingly, this document is also a fraud, although a pretty convincing one. This is absolutely NOT from the ‘Court of Record’ related to the claim 22-89835 because if it was, the file number in the top right hand corner would match – they forgot a digit, 22-8935. When it’s not Your claim, it would be easy to miss, but a transcriptionist is paid to be precise and Will not miss a detail as plain and obvious as the CV number!

None the less, the above document is worth looking at because Vinicius the Odious Oliveira says that he has entered this onto the Record as evidence. You Will hear him mention that in one of the ‘hearings’ below. Unfortunately, it is another count of FRAUD! The liar posing as a commissioner of oaths for the Court swears it is a hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice. That is fraud. It is a hearing before an Ontario Superior Court of Justice, which is a completely different entity and a LIE! They MUST make this lie to enter the evidence because the provincial Court does not have any authority to interfere with a Matter before the Superior Court of Justice.

In fact, the entire thing is so horrible, it contains no information that a Justice could prosecute on at all, only allegations. There is no evidence of any crime whatsoever, and no mention of what they are as King for in the Way of penalty if I am ‘convicted’ of these bogus charges.

But Magically, I was apparently found guilty and fined $6280.00, even though I wasn’t there for any of it according to Kimberly MacDonald’s Court of Record… And My last name developed a new hyphen.

You have a couple of discrepancies here, Kim. And We still don’t know the name of the Justice who was conspiring with You, Vinicius and Yvonne the Grifting Goebel. Why was none of this information included in Kimberly’s ‘Certified True Copy’?

Are We to believe that Cathy the Colluding Curry is not complicit of no arrests are getting made? Seems like Kimberly was on damage control and trying to help Cathy the Colluding Curry cover her crimes, no?

Surely they don’t book an entire day for a fraudulent hearing without Cathy the Colluding Curry’s knowledge. And if they do… How negligent and incompetent are city councilors, exactly?
