City of Ottawa Notice of DEFAULT JUDGMENT, NIHIL DICIT, RES JUDICATA – CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, BREACH OF PUBLIC TRUST, GENOCIDE, AND TREASON

Hello every One and welcome to a Thoroughly Thrilling Thing King Edition, thank Your Royal Highness for the Gift of Your Presence in My House. Today the City of Ottawa were Noted in Default and Judgment was awarded against each of the individuals in receipt of My emails and the Supervisors of each of the Provincial Courts in receipt of My emails in their personal, private capacity.

They were technically in Default as of 5:00 PM on Wednesday, though the wonderful thing about a Default Judgment is that there is no rush for Me to Note them in default, the only ‘loss’ would be if I were hoping to trick them in some Way by providing an unreasonable amount of time for them to respond and they replied before I had the chance to Note them in default. For example, I did receive a reply to the Final Notice of Criminal and Civil Liability for Crimes Against Humanity, Breach of Trust and (potentially) Genocide (which requires malicious intent) if they fail to respond (suggesting intent to cause harm), and if it had been an appropriate reply, I would be compelled to accept it and respond to it. However, the reply I received was not even close to appropriate, just more threats and gaslighting. Here is the email from Caitlin the Shady Salter-MacDonald, acting in the ‘capacity’ of City of Ottawa clerk, which is an acknowledgment of receipt of the Final Notice served upon the City of Ottawa previously. Here is what she had to say…

Honestly, I really didn’t think their replies could get any worse than what I received from Stuart the Hopeless Huxley (who appears to have disappeared into oblivion like so many others who threaten Me) – I was wrong, Caitlin pulls out the incompetence and contemptuous Joker card to Trump all previous Acts by clowns in the City of Ottawa’s circus of corrupt Sean. They really Wish to antagonize Me! They know there is nothing I find more offensive to My Sacred Calling than ‘Mr.’ in a formal email, so keep that in Mind before reading My reply because I am somewhat ‘proud’ of My Self for refraining from telling Caitlin what I really am thing King of her in My email – just the facts.

I’m going to add this Post to a new Page I Created to maintain an International Court of Record which the ICC can use as additional evidence which saves them maintaining countless filings I would need to submit to add to the file because My website was added as evidence to support My application. The above email emphasizes why the International Criminal Court is necessary because it is clear they are gaslighting and attempting to frame Me as the aggressor for as King serious questions regarding the safety and efficacy of medical products mandated upon all of Canada’s People that were Promised they were receiving a treatment for Covid that was ‘safe and effective’. It was no such thing.
