The Salvation Army Booth Centre Community and Social Services Department: Final Notice to Jason Prevost, Manager
If someone (like Jason Prevost) fails to respond to a letter, it is important to advise the individual of the legal foundation for the complaint – and of the intention to file a claim against the individual or organization for failing to respond to the complaint. The following is My second letter to Jason Prevost which clearly defines what action Will be taken should he fail to respond to My allegations:
Subject: FINAL NOTICE
ATTENTION: Jason Prevost
Aug 21, 2018, 1:59 PM
Please be advised that Your failure to respond to My claims and/or resolve a bedbug epidemic currently plaguing the Salvation Army Booth Centre that have made for deplorable living conditions not worthy of human dignity and which stand to infect the entire city of Ottawa, have left Me no recourse but to proceed with legal action for Willful trespass upon the rights and dignity of the Canadian People and/or clients of the Salvation Army.
As a result of Your failure to resolve the concerns of My Letter, The Salvation Army Booth Centre is currently a liability, both for the city of Ottawa and to the clients subject to its indignant living conditions.
If I believed Your management style is a reflection of the Salvation Army’s corporate policies, the staff You preside over and/or corporate mission statement, then My Claims would be against the Salvation Army. As I feel Your attitude, failure to dignify My letter of complaint with a reply, and Willful determination to withhold resources I know to be available to You that I have requested to assist Me in accomplishing My goals is NOT a reflection of the Salvation Army’s Mission Statement and/or the organization as a whole, My Claim for trespass upon the rights and dignity of the Canadian People Will be against You, Jason Prevost, the individual, not the Salvation Army.
Should You Seek the protections of the Salvation Army’s legal department, then it Will be presumed that the Salvation Army supports Your Willful determination to trespass upon the rights of its clients and/or the People of Canada, and that Your determination to cover up a bed bug epidemic that puts the city of Ottawa at risk of infection is supported by The Salvation Army’s corporate policies and part of their mandate.
“It is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the Rule of Law.” – U.D.H.R. General Assembly Resolution Act, 17A
The ‘Rule of Law’ is Founded in the belief in God as Supreme Authority, and of the equal and inalienable rights and dignity of the human person.
Rights have Supreme authority and jurisdiction over man-made laws. A man made law is the ‘colour of law’, and does not have the power of law to trespass on a [God Given] right.
Now, Therefore THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY proclaims THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.
According to the United Nations, recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world.
I’m going to go out on a limb here and suggest that Your lack of attention and negligence with respect to the concerns outlined in My letters do not reflect the opinions and attitudes of The Salvation Army as a whole, and I Will be recommending You be removed from Your position for a more favourable character that reflects the Salvation Army’s Mission Statement and corporate policies.
