Yes, today’s title is no exaggerate-Sean, the City of Ottawa’s Auditor General, Nathalie ‘the Ghoulish’ Gougeon was placed on Notice for Breach of Trust for gross criminal malfeasance in the investigation of a complaint made to her office where she has determined on behalf of the Office of the Auditor General for the City of Ottawa that it is perfectly acceptable for public Trustees of Ontario Works to: spoliate (destroy, lose or plead ignorance of) documents from the case files of Beneficiaries, destroy (or plead ignorance of) contracts they have Signed and agreed to Honour, threaten Beneficiaries of Ontario Works with ‘police action’ if they don’t aid and abet the Ontario Works administrators determination to destroy evidence of their Breaches of Trust necessary for litigation (so they can’t be held accountable – no ‘evidence’ of the breach), weaponizing the City of Ottawa’s lawyers against Beneficiaries of the Public Trust to collude with clerks of the Ottawa Courthouse to ‘not process documents’ onto the Court of Record so that there is no ‘Record’ of their efforts to have Matters privately quashed by Judges acting rogue to deny Canada’s People of their right to due process and a legitimate, competent Court of Justice. Apparently, this is ‘just another day at the office’ for the City of Ottawa, and just one part of what the Auditor General’s Role is in Keeping all of this criminal corruption and conspiracy against Canada’s People from coming before any Honourable Justice in a Court of competent Jurisdiction, and at the expense of Canada’s People.
How much ‘waste’ does Nathalie the Ghoulish Gougeon make to exploit the most marginalized People in Ottawa while the City of Ottawa claims to have insufficient funds to provide for the basic needs of the same People?

Well, that’s not a waste of resources at all!!! Thank God We are paying People like Narcissist Nathalie the Ghoulish Gougeon over $200,000.00 to ensure that the criminal trespasses of the public Trustee can continue unabated. Nathalie the Ghoulish Gourgeon believes that Ottawa’s People are not entitled to the same protection of the Law State Actors receive – in fact, it appears as though if One is Acting as a public servant in any capacity for the City of Ottawa, One is EXPECTED to exploit Canada’s People, and perhaps FAILING to exploit these People is the only thing that Will trigger a blip on the Auditor General’s radar. Criminal malfeasance with malicious intent perpetrated by the City of Ottawa’s lead Hand, Lisa the Colluding Kilner, is perfectly acceptable conduct, and not something that Nathalie the Ghoulish Gougeon Wishes to interfere with (at least until the victim of the crime has been sufficiently demoralized and emasculated to Give up on their belief in Canada’s Justice system). According to Nathalie the Ghoulish Gougeon, there is no Justice in Ottawa for criminal trespasses of the public Trustee, Justice for the City of Ottawa means that criminal trespasses of the public Trustee are ‘just is’, a part of living in the City of Ottawa under the treasonous, Trudeau regime.
I guess if I were getting paid a six figure salary to by the People I was expected to audit, I would be a little concerned about exposing too much corruption, too – lest the City of Ottawa’s councillors decide the position is no longer ‘beneficial’ to the City of Ottawa. Part of the job is to collude with the City of Ottawa and cover up their fraud and criminal malfeasance, so I guess exploiting these crimes and holding People to account is a conflict of interest for Nathalie the Ghoulish Gougeon.
Well, I hope she’s been Good at saving some of that cold, hard cash she receives to allow criminal trespasses of the public Trustees lead hand, Lisa the Colluding Kilner to continue because I am going to be as King of Nathalie the Ghoulish Gougeon to be liable to Me for the interest on the Claim I have with the City of Ottawa which allows for 5.3% interest quarterly according to the Courts of Justice Act of Ontario, which means that I Will be entitled to an additional $5,353,000.00 every quarter thanks to Nathalie the Ghoulish Gougeon’s criminal collusion and malfeasance in a highly Trusted position of public office, seriously aggravating the harm being done to a Beneficiary of the Public Trust. If she doesn’t have the cash on Hand and her insurance bond is not sufficient to cover the five million and change she Will be liable to Me for in her personal, private capacity, any property she owns can be liened until payment is received in full, and the outstanding balance can be used as a BAIL bond for her arrest if she is unable to pay. That’s exciting, right!?
I wonder if Nathalie the Ghoulish Gougeon Will be surprised to receive the Notice of Civil and Criminal liability, as she was not so kind and forthcoming as to let Me know who was making the determination on behalf of the Auditor General. Because the agent communicating the decision to Me REFUSED to provide their name for the purpose of litigation (an Act of dis-Honour and FRAUD – any State Actor in any capacity is REQUIRED by Law to provide their name for litigation if One is as King for it) the Principal agent is accountable for the criminal malfeasance and contempt of the agent representing that body politic. It was not hard to find out who the Auditor General is, and the format for email addresses is the same for any City of Ottawa employee – ‘firstname.lastnam(at)ottawa.ca’, so it was not difficult to send an email to place her on Notice.
You Will Notice that Nathalie the Ghoulish Gougeon was also Given Notice of this Post and the last Post where she was placed on Notice of gross criminal malfeasance, so she cannot plead ignorance of the Notice as it is published on an International, (Common Law) Court of Record and international Public-a-Sean.
The Notice of Civil and Criminal Liability served upon Nathalie the Ghoulish Gougeon is one of the most read Notices for the amount of time it has been published. I’m sure that this fine pedigree bitch posing as a politician and public servant Will be thrilled to know that INTEGRITY COUNTS – despite the fact that she has zero integrity and probably needs to look up the Word in a dictionary if she believes that her office is an example of ‘Integrity’. For Nathalie, Integrity is allowing criminal trespasses of State Actors on the People they were Trusted to care for to continue unabated, excalating and exaggerating a claim already valued at over one hundred million dollars?!
At least they are not complaining about the amount I am as King for, and the Degree of contempt I am experiencing at the Hand of Ottawa’s ‘most competent’ authorities Will only further justify the dollar amount. The position of the public Trustee relative to their ability to put the crimes to a stop and involvement in the corruption is the primary factor for a Court to review when considering how much jail time or financial compensation One should be entitled to for ‘aggravated circumstances’. At least if opposing counsel does eventually complain about the Value of the Claim, I can Show that the Auditor General had no problem with the Value of the Claim and felt that the situation should be aggravated and escalated. Right? If she were going to complain about how much I’m as King for, the review of My complaint to her office would have been the ideal time, but she seems to think that a hundred and one million dollars is perfectly reasonable, so I am inclined to agree. However, she’s not doing anything to put a stop to the harm being done to Me, so We Will make her liable for the interest of 5.3% quarterly. It’ll take her some time to pay that off, I’m sure.
I now have Home for Good, Multifaith Housing Initiative, Ontario Works, the City of Ottawa administator and ‘lead Hand’, Lisa the Colluding Kilner, the Ottawa Police Service, clerks of the Ottawa Courthouse, judges of the Ottawa Courthouse, and the Auditor General all conspiring together to help each other avoid criminal prosecution for their Willful trespasses upon Me! How crazy is that!? And so far, for no other legal or lawful reason other than their belief that the Rule of Law and the Trustee Act of Ontario in particular, does not apply to State Actors in the City of Ottawa! Mind numbing, really!
That’s quite a lesson for today, isn’t it?! I know, not quite what I have been telling You in the past with respect to how Canada’s legal system works. But Canada’s legal system doesn’t seem to be war King, does it? That’s because every One war King for the Courts is in fact war King against Canada’s People and protecting the criminal cabal who pays their salary. Another conflict of interest…
Toronto police are aiding and abetting car theft by as King of People to leave their fobs for their vehicle on the porch and easy for criminals to access so that they can steal Your car without incident! The Toronto police don’t Wish to see any One get hurt, they just Wish to help the criminals steal more cars from Canada’s People!!! They probably get a cut of every car exported to a foreign country by whatever mafia they are war King for as a ‘special bonus’.
Anyway, that’s the Sensei-Sean all Saturday Edition. I’m not entirely sure what My next steps Will be. I Will concede it is difficult to know how to move forward when it is so clear and obvious that none of the People We Trust to uphold and protect the Law in Canada are actually war King for the People, they are criminals who have infiltrated every single department in Canada to protect Canada’s treasonous traitors from ever being apprehended for their crimes. The police chief from Toronto should be fired immediately and charged with treason. That’s what would happen if Canada were actually a constitutional democratic Monarchy. It is not. Under Prime Misfit Justin the Treasonous Trudeau, Canada has become a fascist dictatorship where every Trusted official is only protecting the criminal cabal to Keep the illusion of Canadian democracy alive. You don’t have a choice, the politicians are bought and paid for long before the elections, You have the illusion of choice because they all represent the same criminal cabal. That is precisely why no One is getting arrested, despite the fact that CSIS KNOWS the last two elections were rigged and Justin Trudeau is an illegitimate leader who stole the position with help from the Chinese government he and previous governments have been colluding with for YEARS.
We might try reporting all of this to the Ontario Provincial Police – but are We really expecting anything better after what We’ve experienced so far? Let’s face it, these police are paid to protect the government, not Canada’s People. Canada has officially been taken over by Nazism – this time flying a banner of transgender theory to illiminate the definition of Man’s kind entirely, erasing the definition of each sex by creating an artificial ‘third’ sex. And People at the Ottawa Courthouse actually add to their Signature ‘they/them’ as if they are suffering from multiple personality disorder. I Will refuse to Trust any One so confused about who they are with important Court documents. If One believes they are multiple People, they have serious cognitive disfunction and should not be war King for the Courts in any capacity. This is propaganda bullshit, and I Will not consent to any of it, politics have no place in a Court of Justice – it should not even be allowed on Court documents, it is a PROPAGANDA psy-ops!
Canada was usurped by foreign interests officially in 1974 when Canada lost its right to print its own money debt free for Canada’s People (Pierre Elliot Trudeau was responsible for that, JT just taking after dad). Ever since, Canada has been owned by the International Monetary Fund through private banks that serve the World Economic Forum and their depopulation, eugenics agenda for a ‘brave’ New World Order. A bus I really enjoyed watching drive through Washington DC. I only Wish I could add Justin Trudeau’s picture to the mug shots. But believe Me, People are waking up, criminals responsible for the global plandemic Will hang at Nuremberg 2.0. It can’t come soon enough. I wonder if Nathalie the Ghoulish Gourgeon Will get an invite a Sean? Is she part of the World Economic Forum, is THAT why she’s aiding and abetting the city of Ottawa’s crimes against Beneficiaries of the public Trust? Only time Will tell.
