The Superior Court of Just-Is: Rex Verses Criminal Prosecutor, Vinicious the Odious Oliveira, Part IV

Yeah, this criminal clown posing as prosecutor for Crown is beyond belligerent and incompetent, he is a criminal weaponizing the Courts against Canada’s People and Willfully trespassing upon a Trust Instrument on file with MOJAG. I couldn’t make this stuff up – the arrogance and belligerence of Vinicious the Odious Oliveira is Mind numbing. Take a look for Your Self.

I wonder if he is PROUD to be trespassing upon a Trust Instrument with malicious intent. He doesn’t seem to be able to respond to that Quest-Ion, though he responds to make all kinds of other irrelevant and incorrect assertions, suggesting I must make a requisition to the Superior Court of Justice if I Wish for a copy of the transcript he is hoping to proceed against Me with? Why would he not just provide Me with a copy of the one he has? Oh, right – because he doesn’t have one, he lying!!!

He is tacitly conceding to being guilty of federal crimes by not providing a legal and lawful excuse, and apparently tomorrow is another ‘remand’ hearing, not a JPT, despite the FACT that the Judge has scheduled for there to be a JPT on September 25th at 1:30. I Will provide a recording when I have it edited (because I don’t Wish to include any One else’s Matters before the Court without their consent).

I’ll also be recording the hearing tomorrow so that I can collect more evidence of State Actors violating their oath and attempting to intimidate claimants appealing to the Court for relief and remedy of serious, criminal trespasses causing egregious harm. I guess We Will see if another JP tried to theaten and intimidate Me.

We may be required to report to the RCMP but I’m concerned I Will only reveal more corruption and criminals posing as law enforcement in Canada. Once again, time Will tell.

Vinicious thinks it’s a ‘Good’ photo of him and thanked Me for posting it. I disagree and think he looks like a contemptuous criminal posing as a prosecutor for Crown, but looks are subjective, I suppose. He certainly doesn’t care what the public Record has to say about him, and doesn’t seem to be able to answer simple quest-ions. Maybe he’s a little thick in the head.
