Emails to Arthur White-Crummey, Journalist for CBC, Reporting on Corruption

Today’s feature photo is CBC News Journalist Arthur White-Crummey. He is responsible for authoring the CBC article on the Auditor General’s finding of a ‘Kickback Scheme’ between City of Ottawa employees and landlords receiving subsidies from the City. Clara Freier went on Record to say that she was ‘absolutely horrified’ to hear this kind of thing was going on and believes it is not a pervasive issue.

Cathy Currie (City of Ottawa Councillor, Ward 4) on the other hand, believes this is ‘just the tip of the iceberg’…

Well, I find it all very interesting because I have since advised Arthur White-Crummey that Clara Freier oversees all kinds of abuse, theft, and exploitation of public resources. It was at 370 Catherine Street’s Ontario Works office where Multifaith Housing Initiative obtained the form to allow for them to draw rent directly from the public Trust account created for Sean von Dehn’s Benefit – a form they then used to draw $60 more per month than they were authorized to take, all while refusing to provide receipts for payment of rent in violation of the Residential Tenancy Act!

By the time I discovered the fraud, they had skimmed roughly $600.00. That’s theft of public money! It’s the whole reason Clara Freier’s staff and department are engaged in fraud and willful trespass upon a Trust Instrument with malicious intent to antagonize the Beneficiary, and now attempting to weaponize the Courts against Me before I can expose them all.

Yeah, I guess Cathy Curry is correct, “the oversight just isn’t there”. Or maybe the oversight is there but maybe Clara Freier is a sociopathic fascist instructing case workers to weaponize the Ontario Works Act against its intended Beneficiaries for their own nefarious pleasure and entertainment? I bet Cathy Curry never even considered that possibility because One would have to be a sociopath in order to think like that, right? This is why I think Clara the Criminal Freier is a sociopath – she seems to enjoy antagonizing and traumatizing Ottawa’s most vulnerable People.

I was as King Arthur White-Crummey to let Me know if Nazi Nana the Arrogant Asante and Clara the Criminal Freier were more forthcoming with explanations to him (as to why they are stealing from Ottawa’s most vulnerable and further aggravating the harm done by refusing to respond to urgent email requests advising them of their error) than they have been with Me. So far, no reply yet…

Failing to respond to an email when One has a legal and lawful obligation to do so is a breach of Trust. When it is done by a public Trustee, it is a criminal breach of Trust, or criminal malfeasance causing harm. The longer the harm is done to the individual, the greater the aggravated circumstances. Circumstances are further aggravated by considering the position and authority of the individual and its relevance to the harm and criminal negligence being done – like say the manager of Community and Social Services witnessing the abuse of case workers against Beneficiaries and doing nothing about it.

Clara Freier is witnessing economic, emotional, and psychological abuse and is allowing it to continue unabated – make no mistake about it, that is a criminal breach of Trust. Arthur White-Crummy is either off today or doesn’t Wish for the People of Ottawa to know how corrupt the manager of Community and Social Services for the city of Ottawa really is.

If that’s not why he’s not responding, then the CBC is entirely corrupt and only reporting on fraud to Give People the illusion of accountability. Believe there is accountability when they tell You who got fired, what they were charged with, and how long they were sentenced to serve. When the CBC won’t tell You the names of two City of Ottawa employees engaged in fraud… Well, it’s kind of like Justin Trudeau deciding not to tell Us who the Chinese spies are in his administration. We know they exist, We just don’t know who they are – and that’s okay with Canadians?! Canada is a Banana Republic (or worse, maybe).

But I’m going to keep Writing Arthur until I receive a reply. We’re going to find out if he’s an investigative journalist, or a propagandist trying to Give People the illusion of public accountability.

For the Record, the article indicates that no City of Ottawa employees were fired. One resigned, and a supervisor was placed on leave – though the supervisor was already on leave for another, unrelated issue?! And We’re supposed to feel more secure? Were any charges laid? My guess is no.

What they are really telling You, is that the City of Ottawa is entirely corrupt, and they are immune from prosecution, they own the police. Canadians appear to be living in a fascist dictatorship where politicians pay their self first and worry about the rest of the federal budget later. They can steal from You whenever they Wish, and if You are a vulnerable minority, it is Clara Freier’s goal to crush every hope and dream One might have. Right Clara the Criminal Freier?

Only an entirely incompetent and morally bandrupt individual would allow the type of emotional and psychological abuse perpetrated by her staff on Ottawa’s most vulnerable People to continue without consequence. I believe only a sociopath could be so morally and ethically bankrupt.

But let’s wait to see what Arthur White-Crumme y has to say, shall We? Does he know Clara Freier and her minions are attempting to set up a mock trial with a mock judge to further threaten and intimidate Me for exposing so much corruption?

This is all the evidence I should require to put Vinicius the Odious Oliveira and Yvonne the Grifting Goebel away for a long time – that is, if state actors are subject to the same Criminal Code every other Canadian is subject to. I wonder if this Will get Arthur’s attention, or is this also an ‘acceptable’ level of corruption and wasted taxpayer dollars? Is Arthur an investigative journalist or a career propagandist?
