The following package was sent by regular mail this afternoon, just after 12:30 Post Midi. I followed up with an email to the Honourable Member of Parliament and Registrar General, Francois-Philippe Champagne as King for confirmation of delivery, and to email Orsi Vancsody to advise her that he has received My application made to him under threat of economic duress. The email includes a link to this Post so that everything is on the Public Record and reads as follows:

The email is to let You know a package has been mailed to You containing important, time sensitive information and I require confirmation from You when it is received by Your office.  As this Matter is of critical importance and of great interest to the public and the People of Canada, I have taken the liberty of publishing the contents of the package on their Way to You on the International Public Record so that You are guaranteed an opportunity to respond (in the event the package is compromised en route to You).

Please do let Me know if You have not received the package by this time next week (April 22nd), and I Will send a copy of the documents as an attachment by Way of email.
