On February 1, 2017 we received the enclosed letter from you.  Express Legal is a private company that assists clients in obtaining birth, marriage and death certificates from the various government agencies of Canada.  As we are not Vital Statistics and we do not have access to original records, we are unable to assist you.  Please contact Vital Statistics directly for your request.
