The following letter was faxed to the Guelph Police Department this morning.
I maintain the cover sheet and fax transmission number for My records so that I can show the court My peace offering was received.
Now the Guelph Police Service have a Duty and responsibility to dispute any claims in My letter within thirty (30) days and/or present them to a Judge or Justice. If they fail to present the letter to a Judge or Justice, they are interfering with judicial process and can be removed from their civil duties.
