Volume CXIX: The Thoroughly Thrilling Thursday Edition; Thank Full Thing King

Hello every One and welcome to the Thoroughly Thrilling Thursday Edition of the Good News Journal, thank King You for being here.  Today was True to its Word and full of Thrills.  Some time last week I was tall King about a new social business model where every purchase of a product also purchases a product for a person in need.  I had said that I was promoting the Brand Alovea because I liked the Idea and business model, and that I was not receiving any incentive for Posting.  That was True and remains True, though My Friend did thank Me for the Post and said she would like to send Me some samples to try.  They arrived today and I really was very surprised because I wasn’t expecting anything at all and I thought this was a pretty generous sample.

I thought the sunshine added some flavour to the photo.  The ‘evolv limitless’ sample is half a box (28 tablets) up to two can be taken daily.  It is expected to take roughly two weeks to one month to experience the full benefit of any product, and most single orders provide for a four week, twenty-eight day supply.  That seems reasonable because I find thirty days is usually enough to notice the benefit of any Good habit applied daily.

I am also Writing to make a confession this Thrilling Thursday because I have not yet Posted My email to the Canadian National Bank.  My sleep schedule has been a little wonky as of late.  I had planned to get to it later last evening but an afternoon nap ran longer than expected and I got busy with regular domestic stuff like cooking dinner, typical in the Life of Kings without Queens (or Queens without Kings); bachelor Life 101, the struggle is real.  I also had another package to get off to My landlord which I hadn’t mentioned.  I needed to get that mailed off as soon as possible and managed to get that done, too.

Beets and carrots as a side dish for a couple of bacon wrapped chicken breasts, stuffed with asparagus and goat cheese.  I also have a cup of wild, long grain rice to cover the carbs.  I’m going to bake these in My little toaster oven with the chicken but I’ll Give these a fifteen minute head start.  I haven’t done the carrots like this before but beets I’ve done often and they are amazing this Way!  All this going on while I’m Writing this Post.  Okay, so the timer just went off and My dinner is ready but the chicken is supposed to rest for 10-15 minutes after anyway (it was pre-stuffed and wrapped in the store, I performed a careful autopsy to see how to do this My Self next time with some of the other twelve chicken breasts in My freezer).

I guess what I’m trying to say is I’ve been busy doing boring domestic type stuff but the results have been noticeable and I’ve developed quite a collection of photos to Write a few Posts for My ‘Kings without Queens; Bachelor Life 101’ board on Pinerest.  Problem is, those are not the kind of things I Wish to be tall King about right now, they’ve just been what’s taken up a great deal of My time this week and been Keeping Me from getting My email to the Canadian National Bank published along with My plans with respect to how I Will be following up on that Matter.

The Good News is, I am excited to be tall King with You about those Matters because I am more determined than ever to finally get them resolved.

Now, come on…  Tell Me that doesn’t look epic!?  I’m no gourmet chef, that’s for sure, but I can follow a recipe and instructions.  Doesn’t mean I always do but most of the time even when I don’t the results are pretty Good.

I have lots of ‘how to’ photos for other things I Will Write about later in the week, including an amazing chili I made yesterday and how to transform a new plant into a bonsai tree.

For now, I’m going to get going so I can eat this delicious, late dinner.  Thank all of You for being here and a Special thank You to My Friend for the surprise sample package, I am truly stoked!

Love and Blessings,
