Volume CCLXXXV: The Magical Monday Motive a Sean Edition; Criminal Prosecute Sean and Final Sentencing

Hello every One and welcome to the Magical Monday Motive a Sean Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always a Pleasure and Honour to have You in My House. I am thing King this may well become one of the best Posts I’ve ever Writ, and Potentially the most Powerful with respect to Magic and watching Our Words Magically Manifest! I am always tall King about how Words are literally (puns always intended) the Spelling of Magic One is Casting into the world. Well, today I Wish to potentially demonstrate the Power of Magical Spells in a Way that Will (or most certainly should) have an effect on Man’s Macrocosm like We have never seen before – or at least the most Powerful example of Magic on this Blog.

The Idea, is that today I am going to be Spelling Sentences specifically Cast for criminals in My Microcosm. I am going to be Gifting all of the criminals conspiring against Me and the Courts with criminal intent to hide $3 million in Estate assets from creditors (so they could pay their Self first without any judicial oversight) an opportunity to turn their Self in.

I know, You are probably thing King ‘but they can turn their Self in anytime’. Yes, that is True – and also the point. I have very Good reason to believe that the Minister of Justice and Attorney General (and all the appropriate authorities) are already watching all of these criminals like hawks!!! They are just waiting for People to panick, and watching to see what every One does between now and the day of Judgment on October 23rd, 2023.

I believe they were probably onto them months ago, if not years ago – before they sold the house. The authorities have been watching Me to see what I Will do and to find out whether or not I’m a co-conspirator. People are always as King Me, ‘don’t You worry about the government reading Your blog?’. Um, no. Whoever ‘the Powers that be’ are, they’ve been watching Me forever.

The government ‘agents’ in My Microcosm are the police (policy officers), they are looking for any excuse to arrest Me and I guess the other ‘agents’ of Man’s Matrix for Me in My Microcosm are lawyers (liars). Both always seem to be doing everything they can to libel My Character in some Way. Affidavits making fiction fact for just long enough to beat Me up and abuse Me for a bit, then withdraw charges at the request of Crown.

So yeah, if I were involved in trying to fake a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee so that I could help sell a house privately to get My hands on the remainder funds and cheat creditors out of $3 million… Yeah, I don’t Imagine the ‘agents’ of Man’s Matrix would waste much time arresting Me for something like that! So it’s very difficult for Me to Imagine that the Courts have not been fully aware that all these clowns have been trying to perpetrate fraud on Me and the Courts from day one!

Honestly, it’s not that unrealistic a probability at all, especially when You consider that My Story and Trust have been on the Public Record and Received by the Minister of Justice and Attorney General since January 19th, 2017. I told My brother and sister from the beginning that if there is no Will, the Court Will direct any Claims regarding My father’s Estate to Me. A family has the right to administer its own family affairs privately, so the Court doesn’t even have jurisdiction to hear the Matter without My consent!

That’s why the first application that they did try to make without My consent was returned to them, ‘Errors in Application Form’. Still, they refuse to believe Me and continue to try to get Endorsements without My knowledge or consent. But not a single one has been filed with the Court! Why? Because it must accompany the ‘Errors in Application Form’, so the Court is obviously going to immediately know that they are just attempting to get around a direct Court Order by violating another Rule (1.09) to dispense with the requirement for My consent. The Judges Will know they don’t have the authority to do that, which is exactly why Woodley Ordered for the Endorsement to be served upon Me and filed with the Court. Again, it was never filed with the Court! Same thing goes for the Casullo Endorsement. There’s no reason for Me to attack it because it was never filed with the Court with the rest of the forms required for the completed Application Record, which Will only Show that My sister and her lawyer are trying to violate every single rule of the Court.

In a proper Estate Application, every single request to the Court, Order, Endorsement, Objection, Application, Affidavit, every single act that takes place in the Application should be carefully and accurately Recorded by filing it onto the Registry to maintain a chronological timeline of events. Once all documents for the Application are completed, they go into an Application Record that gets filed with the Court and sent to a Judge for review of the completed Application Record containing all previous Endorsements et cetera. The Judge Issues the Certificate (or doesn’t) and mails it back to the Court. The Court then Issues the Certificate and updates the Registry. I don’t remember where to find all this inform a Sean but I have researched extensively previously.

The other clue for My brother and sister should have been that the Courthouse for the Estate is Bracebridge, My brother lives in Guelph, My sister lives in Gorie, and the two first law firms hired to deal with the Matter are located in Ottawa. Why would the National Bank hire lawyers in Ottawa if I’m not the next of kin and the One they have to deal with regarding My father’s Estate?

I’ve been in communication with the Courts about this from day one! I’ve filed a complaint against Hala Tabl with the law society! While the complaint was happening, she was engaged in fraud to cover up the fraud she was being investigated for by getting the Woodley Endorsement ‘Endorsed’ a second time because I had suggested that serving it on Me with an Application dated two years later is fraud! How corrupt can One be!!! It’s insane!

What’s more insane, is that THIS is the lawyer Justice Jaye Hooper dismissed against! But now, what I was thing King was a Jester of a Justice, Jaye Hooper, I am now thing King is Genius Justice Jaye Hooper because if the Court WAS aware the whole time and just baiting My adversaries, her plan was frankly genius. And a momentus gamble! Because of course I’m going to be furious and vacate the Order for fraud! That was the point!!! That’s why it took thirteen weeks, there were probably more than one individual involved in the decision, and I have suspicions that Gomery’s counsel was considered.

So if the Court has been aware since the first application was returned, waiting for Hala to come back with a completed Application while I’m simultaneously messaging the Court about this continuously… No wonder the Court is so pissed! They’re probably as fed up as I am! But, kind of like narcs Will ignore the guys selling dime bags on the corner because it’s better to wait till they restock to get their supplier. Then it’s probably better to wait a little longer to get the supplier’s supplier. Right? See what I’m getting at here?

It’s probably been almost as much fun for the government to watch these criminals perpetrate fraud on the Court as it has been for You and Me! Okay, maybe Me not so much, though it Will be Fun to watch People finally get arrested. I might even be as King if I can go for a ride along for some of the Key Players. It would be so Fun to arrest some of these People!!!

But yeah… I mean, I try really hard to place My Self in the shoes of My adversaries to Imagine what I would do. Honestly, if I received an email like this one, I would be terrified.

It’s just an Invite a Sean to Court, but it’s also Judgment Day. And it is going to be a very bad Judgment Day for some. It Will be substantially less bad for those who choose to turn their Self in and cooperate with a full forensic investigate-Sean.

This fraud is so serious, so involved, has been going on for so long and includes so many individuals in Trusted positions, all of which contribute to aggravated circumstances to be considered at the time of sentencing. They’ve already been sentenced to attend Court on the 23rd of October, 10:00, Ottawa Courthouse, 161 Elgin St., and that Will be Judgment Day for every One involved.

However, those who chose to Give their Self up first… Well, for the first individual to turn their Self in, I Will consider as King of the Court to provide immunity from criminal prosecute-Sean and only a fine for the firm and lawyer in his or her private capacity. I Will be as King of the Court to increase the severity of sentencing relative to how long it takes individaul’s to confess to their crimes.

Any One who waits for Judgment Day to turn their Self over to police or the Courts Will be subject to the maximum penalty applicable by Law, Giving consideration for maximum aggravated circumstances compounding the crimes.

That seems like a Good Resolute Sean Proposal.

Now, the Quest-Ion is, Will they flock together, or start informing on each other? Remember, no One likes a Rat…

Any well Writ Letters of Apology Will also be Given consider a Sean if One is as King for Immunity from criminal prosecute-Sean.
