Volume CCLXXXVII: The Fabulous Free Lance Friday Edition; The Law Society of Ontario’s Estate Fraud Collusion Conspiracy

Hello every One and welcome to the Fabulous Free Lance Friday Edition, thank King or Queen You for joining Me, it is always an Honour to have You in My House. Friday’s are My Favourite day for Writing because I allow My Self to rant about whatever I Wish, and I have plenty War Rants to be tall King about today in Deed! I’m going to be exposing a conspiracy to commit fraud on both Me and the Courts of Canada perpetrated by five law firms, seven liars (lawyers), at least one court clerk, and an investigator from the Society of Liars it Self, Carmine Pignataro, which includes countless Acts of Willful fraud, fake Court filings, and false testimony made to three Judges of the Superior Court in violation of the Rules, and with criminal with intent to influence Justice! Yup, if it sounds like some kind of fictional crime thriller or something, but this is actually My True Life Story.

Today’s feature photo is a great Way to start because this was the original motive for the fraud in the first place.

This is the discharge statement I received from the National Bank, courtesy of Noah Potechin of Merovitz Potechin LLP. Lawfully, he can’t threaten Me with power of sale for failing to pay My father’s debt within a certain period of time if he is not also recognizing that I have Power of Attorney as the Estate’s Trustee. If I don’t have access to the equity of the property to discharge the mortgage, it is just threatening a Beneficiary with extorsion. Contra Bonus Mores – Against Good Morals, Maxim in Law.

Noah Wished to sell the house without alerting the Courts to the other claims by convincing My brother and sister that if they agreed to let Noah sell, My opinion didn’t Matter because majority rules. My brother and sister also knew there were $3 million in claims waiting to proceed, and Noah told them they Will get nothing if an Estate Trustee is appointed because they Will have to pay the $3 million and the mortgage debt. But if they keep the Matter private, then Tanja, Michael and Tiffany can all get their share according to Tiffany’s Holograph Will, replacing My father’s half brother (who’s now dead) with Tanja Johnson. I get nothing because I wasn’t down with selling the house unlawfully. Fair enough.

So they had to convince Me that some One had been duly appointed because they knew I would never put up with this. They also had to Keep finding reasons as to why it should be Tanja to Act as the Trustee when We know she hates Me and My father! Michael knows I can’t Trust her, it didn’t make any sense that he would even be as King – but of course now it does.

So Noah hired Milton’s Estate Law who had Hala Tabl solicit Tanja Johnson to carry out his plan and convince Me that Tanja and Michael had the right to authorize the power of sale and receive the remainder funds. My belief is that Tanja Johnson and Michael von Dehn had their share of remainder funds before I even Writ them at Christmas telling them I was going to place Noah on Notice for failing to Notify the Beneficiaries of the power of sale, and for selling the house unlawfully.

When I did place Noah on Notice, they were scrambling. Noah says he has the remainder funds (but didn’t bother to tell any One for three months?) and that he Will hand them over as soon as some One is appointed to Act as the Estate Trustee by the Court. I told My brother and sister NO! He Wishes for some One else to take accountability for his illegal Act! He ‘threatened’ My siblings by saying that if no One is appointed in thirty days or something, he Will deposit the funds with the Court. That’s what I told Noah to do, and I told My siblings the same, insisting that he won’t because he can’t. His fraud Will be exposed to the Court and he Wishes for some One else to take accountability for that. Even better, I’m pretty sure the Plan was that Man should be Me!!!

But My siblings are playing Me, they already have the money, so does Tiffany. Now they have to convince Me Tanja was appointed to explain why she has the money! The make another fake application and serve it on Me with the Endorsement from My sister’s first application that was withdrawn! This is what Carmine Pignataro determined to NOT be fraud! Amazing, right?

So when I complain about all this corruption to the Law Society, instead of holding Hala Tabl accountable for trying to deceive Me, Carmine Pignataro makes a phonecall to the Bracebridge Courthouse as King of Michelle Murphy to keep this Estate ‘private’ and recommends Hala get a Judge to Endorse what was served on Me because it is fraud unless a Judge says otherwise. Enter Justice Casullo. The Endorsement was never intended to be used to file an actual application, only to further deceive Me if I appealed Carmine’s investigation! The Casullo Endorsement was to help Hala Tabl cover up her fraud and deceive Me! What a great investigator!

So when the Trust brings a Claim, they reintroduce all this fraudulent information as evidence of due process in an Estate Application and make that the foundation of their argument! I thought I was reading some of the most suicidal responses to a Claim I’d ever read and I couldn’t for the Life of Me understand why it lasted any longer than the Rule 21 Motion. It was inconceivable to Me that the Court can’t know about all of this!

But of course they do! Justice Hooper’s decision was only because their defense was so pathetic, it is no better than the City of Ottawa’s in the Claim I just won! The Courts were just Playing along the whole time because they knew all three were conspiring together and just Wished to have them influence one more Justice on a Court of Record, and collude together to use that Endorsement against Me in the upcoming hearing because they don’t believe the Endorsement was Vacated. It Will be another Educate-Sean-al day on October 23rd when all these People are being Summoned to Appear in Court.

Greg McConnell, Tiffany’s lawyer advised Tiffany this was the best strategy because she can still get her money without having to deal with creditors wanting three million from her.

Quite the elaborate scheme, isn’t it. A total of three judges unfairly influenced with intent to pervert the Rule of Law, and all to hide $3 million from creditors waiting to proceed against the Estate so they could all pay their Self first and bill as many hours to the Estate as possible.

The Law Society of Ontario is liable to Me because every single lawyer I’ve done business with has been a liar and a cheat, including the City of Ottawa’s Genevieve Langlaise. It is the Liar Society of Ontario, there is nothing lawful about it, and Miko Dubiansky Will be included in My next notice for licensing these clowns and threatening Me for placing them on Notice!!!

That’s My War Rant for today. The Real thing is coming on Oct. 23rd if the fraudsters last that long without getting apprehended. I’m concerned My siblings may get apprehended before the hearing at this rate!
