The Value of Love
The value of money, they say, is lack,
A weight we carry upon our back,
Measured in coins, in numbers, in gold,
In stories of loss and treasures untold.
One’s gain is another’s empty hand,
Built on the shifting, finite sand.
But love, oh love, defies such chains,
No borders or limits, no loss or gains.
Infinite, flowing, an endless sea,
The more you give, the more you’ll be.
It multiplies in every touch,
A single drop becomes so much.
For love knows not of scarcity’s call,
It blooms, it spreads, it’s free for all.
Unlike the wealth that drives apart,
Love builds a bridge from heart to heart.
In love, we find what money can’t buy—
The truth of connection that will never die.
So chase not the coins that fade away,
But seek the love that’s here to stay.
Its value is infinite, beyond compare,
In every moment, everywhere.
For in this life of fleeting breath,
Love is the treasure that conquers death.
