Volume CCLXXIII: The Thoroughly Thrilling Thing King Edition; Default Judgment, an Order, and a Reply from the Crown?

Hello every One and welcome to the Thoroughly Thrilling Thing King Edition, thank Your Royal, Moral Highness for being here, it is an Honour to have You in My House. It should be no Mystery what today’s Post Will be about because the Intent-Sean was to make the Title of the Subject Matter as Inform-a-Sean all as possible now that I’m back on Twitter. It’s kind of encouraging to be thing King that each Post goes out to an additional 4006 People everyday without having to do anything more than Publish a Post. Twitter encourages free speech and is the perfect place for a Free-Lance Journalist, as Tucker Carlson is currently demonstrating. This kind of corruption taking place in any country’s Court system should be alarming, so I Wish to have as much exposure as possible. That is also why Your Presence is such a Gift in My House.

The Courts in Canada (and any other Common Wealth country) represent the Crown. The clerks of the Court are Called ‘Registrar’s because a Registrar takes accounting of Crown property for the public Record. Any officer of the Court is by default an officer of the Crown. These are also ‘the Agents’ in the Matrix films I was tall King about.

‘Represent’ is the correct Word for Agents of the Court because they are not the Crown but they are presumed to be Acting and Presenting on behalf of the Crown. Essentially, an agent of the Court in any capacity should be as accommodating as any One would expect any Good and Honourable King or Queen to be if they were hearing a complaint from the People. This is also why I say that in the Matrix, the reason the Agents are so dangerous for Trinity (who I’m suggesting represents ‘the Crown’) is because if they don’t Act Honourably, then their Act-Ions stand to tarnish the repute a Sean of the Crown.

What is the relate-Sean to today’s Post? Well, ‘the Courts’ know that the Estate Application is a fraud because no documents have been Registered onto the Public Record (processed by the Court), so there effectively is no Court of Record. We know this is True because the Courts have an obligation to provide Me with a copy of any Court of Record concerning My interests upon request and were unable to do so. The Courts also have an obligation to inherit whatever jurisdiction of law is required to provide Remedy to the Claimant when they know a right has been violated.

Is it reasonable to believe that if the King were to know that clerks allegedly representing His Honour were colluding to deprive a Man of his right to participate in the judicial process regarding his Father’s Estate, that he would be okay with that? My guess is that the Crown would never tolerate that kind of conduct by a clerk of their Courts, but what do I know? The Superior Court is the one causing Me the most harm right now because they are My last recourse for Remedy and they’re not providing it. I don’t believe ‘the Crown’ Will tolerate this kind of conduct, so I placed ‘the Crown’ on Notice of Civil and Criminal Liability, and Default Judgment, Nihil Dicit, Res Judicata was awarded against them today, along with an Order for the Case Conference hearing on Magical Monday.

They were in Default as of 5:00 PM, Monday, June 5th (My name day, so easy to remember), and the Notice of Default Judgment was served upon them this morning at 7:37. All agents of the Court represent the Crown. Service on Agent is Service on Principle, Service on Principle is Service on Agent.

I wasn’t really expecting much in the Way of a reply except maybe confirmation of the Case Conference for Monday but I’ll send a separate email tomorrow as King for confirm a Sean of that. However, I did get a reply, though it’s pretty clear it wasn’t meant for Me – if it was, it’s exceedingly cryptic. At the same time, if it wasn’t meant for Me I figured I should let them know it was not received by ‘Laina’, the individual it was addressed to…
