Introducing Lisa ‘the Colluding’ Kilner, Lead Hand for the City of Ottawa’s Criminal Cabal

Hello every One and welcome to the Super Natural ‘Son’ Day Re-View, thank King or Queen Your Royal, Moral Highness for Your Presence, it is always a welcome Gift in My House. Today’s feature photo portrait is NOT Lisa ‘the Colluding’ Kilner, team lead for the City of Ottawa administrator, it is a portrait of Amy Winehouse I am war King on for Me – I just Wish to promote some beauty in the world while exposing some of the uglier faces of Man’s kind (like Lisa ‘the Colluding’ Kilner).

There is a LOT to review this week and I doubt very much I Will have opportunity to cover everything, so let Me get to some of the best Good News first, and the most important piece of Good News I have failed to report on over the last two weeks is that the City of Ottawa provided Me with receipt of Acknowledgement of My Claim against the City for the $101,000,000.00 (one hundred and one million dollar) ‘Default Judgment, Nihil Dicit’ awarded against the City of Ottawa administrator and public Trustee via Ontario Works!

The reason this is huge for Me is because it is proof of service and proof of receipt of the Default Judgment – they are acknowledging that the City has been Noted in Default already, and that the decision is final. She is not disputing the legitimacy of the Claim, only confirming that it has been received – now they officially owe Me $101,000,000.00 and cannot plead ignorance. It is not an exaggeration whatsoever when I say that there is no Court in the world with the authority or jurisdiction to overturn the Default Judgment, it is final judgment and binding!

The next step Will be a Letter of Demand for payment, as King how long I should wait to receive the funds or if I Will be required to have the Default Judgment enforced by a Court. It Will be interesting to see what they do because if they pay Me directly they may be able to avoid criminal prosecution. If I am compelled to appeal to a Court for payment, I don’t believe charges this serious can be ‘ignored’ by the Court, I believe People Will be fired and potentially even go to jail. I have extensive proof of conspiracy against Me by various departments representing the City of Ottawa, including the Ottawa Police Service who are also in the business of ‘faking’ information to harass and intimidate Me with bogus UNDERTAKINGS and SUMMONS.

The UNDERTAKING and SUMMONS were as King of Me to be in two different places at the same time, though I was told by Dawn the Delinquent Neilly that I can ignore the UNDERTAKING because she made a mistake and didn’t mean to charge Me under Canada’s Criminal Code, she is charging Me instead under the provincial offences Act? She was doing this in an attempt to deny Me the jurisdiction of the Superior Court which is required to inherit the jurisdiction necessary to provide relief and remedy to the Claimant. The provincial Court of Ontario does not even have the authority or jurisdiction to hear the Matter, so I was okay with that because I’m not shy to tell that to the Judge. Apparently, the didn’t Wish for any of that, either!

Both My mic and screen remained muted/blacked out for the entire Show! I could see and hear everyone there, but My camera and mic were never activated! Made it kind of pointless for My Friends to be here because I presume the Court has no Idea how many People I had with Me that day. I did not record the proceedings because I was not anticipating that My name (either Real or the artificial person on the information) would ever be called – it was not. There was absolutely nothing on the Record for Me that day, the City of Ottawa was trying to set up a mock Court for Me with a mock judge to Give Me the ‘illusion’ of due process! How insane are these People?!

And just to let You know that I did cover all of My bases by also filing a Notice of Appearance with the SUMMONS attached, requesting a trial date to Present to a Judge whether My name is called or not. I haven’t heard anything about that yet, and don’t Imagine I Will though I am cautiously optimistic I Will be wrong on that point.

That email confirmation of receipt was My guarantee that Dawn the Delinquent Neilly would not be trying to get an arrest warrant issued for failing to Show up for whatever mock Court they were hoping to create to deceive Me into believing I was being tried in a legitimate Court of Justice!

The question is, who is behind all of this fraud? Is it The City of Ottawa trying to protect their public Trustees because they know how serious their trespasses are? Or is this still residual attempts to defame Me and have Me arrested for exposing the insurance and Estate fraud perpetrated by My siblings and some sixteen or more lawyers in My Claim against the Estate of My father? My Friends tell Me they have no Idea how I manage to figure everything out and or how I manage to handle the stress of these relentless, continuous attacks upon My Character without losing My Mind.

I can only tell You that over time I learn more and more ‘tricks’ liars posing as lawyers try to Play, and it seems they all use the exact same tactics – serve Me with documents that look official as anything that would be filed with the Court, but ‘as a favour to the liar posing as lawyer’, they are as King of clerks not to ‘process’ any of the documents onto the Registry so that the the actual ‘Crown’ has no Idea what is going on – everything is ‘off the Record’ and done in private.

Everything that has been done against Me has been done to convince Me that rogue individuals acting outside of their profession are in fact representing the Court and the Crown in their professional capacity. Even in My Claim against My siblings, not a single document has been ‘processed’ onto the Registry since June 12, 2023, so there isn’t even an official Record of the proceeding Dawn the Delinquent Neilly has accused Me of Recording! So she obviously didn’t obtain the recording from the Court, she obtained it from My Blog! The moment one piece of information from My Blog is entered onto a Court Record as ‘evidence’, the entire Blog is also available as ‘evidence’. Oops. Probably another reason the Ottawa Police requested to RECALL the fraudulent information they were hoping to use to proceed against Me…

At any rate, I’m here to let You know that I did not get arrested and was not permitted to speak or even be seen by the Provincial Court. I did put My Hand up after the Judge had concluded the business on the docket but I was ignored and left the meeting shortly after the Court became ‘private’ (for lawyers with cases later that day to advise and prep their clients).

So I have no Idea what the Ottawa Police Service plan to do now because now they owe Me compensation for the unlawful UNDERTAKING and SUMMONS they Issued with intent to harass and intimidate a claimant before the Superior Court of Justice (a very serious offence by the Way, and I would Imagine that mobilizing the police Will constitute serious ‘aggravated’ circumstances when it comes before an Honourable Justice (if there prove to be any in Canada, We are still cautiously optimistic that Ottawa’s criminal cabal Will pay their dues on Judgement Day before an Honourable Superior Court Justice).

If I am compelled to file an Application to the Divisional Court against the City of Ottawa in order to put a stop to the criminal collusion and trespasses against Me by Ottawa’s public Trustees, Lisa the Colluding Kilner Will also be named on the Application as the ‘lead Hand’ for the City of Ottawa, as I sincerely believe her incompetence is responsible for the criminal conduct of the public Trustees, as she is allowing the breach of Trust to continue unabated which is criminal malfeasance of a public Trustee in and of it Self, and or colluding with the criminal trespasses of the Ontario Works administrator – either Way, it doesn’t look Good for Lisa the Colluding Kilner, and I Will be as King for her to be tried for one count of breach of Trust for every individual she is responsible for allowing to continue and persist with their trespasses against Me.

Lisa the Colluding Kilner was fairly advised of what the consequences of her continued negligence and criminal malfeasance Will be, so she cannot Claim she was not Given fair Notice of personal liability. Some One has to be responsible for every officer at Ontario Works believing they are above the Law and not subject to Canada’s Criminal Code for malicious breach of the public Trust, so it may as well be the lead Hand who has confirmed acknowledgement of these crimes taking place on her watch while she does nothing to put a stop to the harm being done. No One but Lisa Kilner is responsible for the continued harm being done to Me right now, and that is an indisputable FACT.
